Processes of Early Childhood Interventions to Adult Well‐Being

This article describes the contributions of cognitive–scholastic advantage, family support behavior, and school quality and support as processes through which early childhood interventions promote well‐being. Evidence in support of these processes is from longitudinal cohort studies of the Child–Parent Centers and other preventive interventions beginning by age 4. Relatively large effects of participation have been documented for school readiness skills at age 5, parent involvement, K‐12 achievement, remedial education, educational attainment, and crime prevention. The three processes account for up to half of the program impacts on well‐being. They also help to explain the positive economic returns of many effective programs. The generalizability of these processes is supported by a sizable knowledge base, including a scale up of the Child–Parent Centers.     

中成药追风透骨丸的急性毒性及药效学研究

急性毒性试验结果表明,NIH小鼠对追风透骨丸的最大耐受量为120g/kg.追风透骨丸12,6,3g/kg可显著延长小鼠热板法致痛的痛阈值,并有量效关系;3个剂量组也可显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应;对棉球所致大鼠肉芽组织增生及鸡蛋清引起的大鼠关节肿胀均有显著的抑制作用。3个剂量组均可显著延迟大鼠实验性体内血栓形成;高剂量组使血浆凝血酶原时间,凝血酶原消耗时间,白陶土部分凝血活酶时间延长;3个剂量组可使大鼠肠系膜微循环血流速度增加,改善微循环状态,降低全血粘度和血浆粘度,并有一定的抗菌作用,对链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为50g/L.     

成果导向教育理念下职业核心素养培育的实践逻辑及其课程建构

现阶段我国职业教育正处于"黄金发展期",在经济结构供给侧改革时代要求下,社会大众对职业教育人才培养提出了更高质量的发展要求,其中与行业产业发展相匹配的职业核心素养培养越发变得重要。职业核心素养作为社会生产力与生产方式发展变化的产物,必然随时代发展而不断充实和完善,科学界定职业核心素养基本内涵,并借助成果导向教育理念,从转化原则、课程目标、教学内容、开发路径、评价标准等方面对职业核心素养的课程结构进行建构,是当前加快职业教育课程教学改革的重要实践课题。     

钢筋锈蚀对再生混凝土梁柱节点抗震性能的影响

为研究钢筋锈蚀后再生混凝土框架节点的破坏特征和抗震性能,对钢筋未锈蚀、锈蚀而保护层未开裂、平均锈胀裂缝宽度为0．2mm及平均锈胀裂缝宽度为0．4mm四种情况下的再生混凝土及普通混凝土框架边节点,进行了低周反复荷载对比试验;观察节点的受力过程及破坏形态,分析试件的荷载一位移滞回曲线、承载能力、强度和刚度退化、延性以及耗能能力等力学特性．结果表明：相同锈蚀程度下,再生混凝土节点的强度比普通混凝土节点小,再生混凝土节点的刚度退化比普通混凝土节点严重,再生混凝土节点表现出更好的延性,再生混凝土耗能较普通混凝土耗能弱;随着钢筋锈蚀程度的增加,再生混凝土与普通混凝土节点的强度降低,刚度减小,延性减小,耗能能力降低．     

Measuring Knowledge Integration Learning of Energy Topics: A two-year longitudinal study

Although researchers call for inquiry learning in science, science assessments rarely capture the impact of inquiry instruction. This paper reports on the development and validation of assessments designed to measure middle-school students’ progress in gaining integrated understanding of energy while studying an inquiry-oriented curriculum. The assessment development was guided by the knowledge integration framework. Over 2 years of implementation, more than 4,000 students from 4 schools participated in the study, including a cross-sectional and a longitudinal cohort. Results from item response modeling analyses revealed that: (a) the assessments demonstrated satisfactory psychometric properties in terms of reliability and validity; (b) both the cross-sectional and longitudinal cohorts made progress on integrating their understanding energy concepts; and (c) among many factors (e.g. gender, grade, school, and home language) associated with students’ science performance, unit implementation was the strongest predictor.     

Extraction of Partial Discharge Acoustic Signal by Wavelet Transform with Teager＇s Energy Operator

To develop a measurement system for monitoring partial discharge （PD） without the effect of external interferences,an algorithm of PD signal extraction based on wavelet transform with Teager＇s energy operators was presented. Acoustic signal generated by PD was selected to remove excessive interfering signals and electromagnetic interferences. Acoustic signals were collected and decomposed into I0 levels by wavelet transform into approximation and detail components. “Daubechies 25” was proved to be the most suitable mother wavelet for the extraction of PD acoustic signals. Compared with conventional wavelet denoising method, Teager＇s energy operators were adopted to the PD signal reconstruction and the signal to noise ratio was in creased by 20%-25% inthe experiment,without lost in energy and pulse amplitude.     

高校图书馆利用OA期刊开展信息服务的实践探讨——以桂林医学院图书馆为例

开放存取(OA)资源对提高图书馆信息资源保障能力和用户服务水平均具有重要意义。桂林医学院图书馆对OA期刊进行搜集、整合,通过建设OA期刊检索平台为用户提供参考咨询服务。高校图书馆在利用OA期刊开展信息服务时应有针对性地进行资源配置,有选择地配备人员,保持数据库建设的持续性,保证OA网站资源的稳定性,重视OA期刊的宣传推荐工作,做好数据的维护更新工作。     

新媒体约稿方式的价值探讨

随着新媒体时代的到来,传统约稿方式的功能渐渐弱化。从新媒体定义出发,阐述采用电子函件约稿、网站约稿、微博约稿、短信约稿和虚拟社区约稿这5种新媒体形式的约稿方式的特点,分析它们在新传媒环境中对约稿方式的革新作用,并提出以新媒体为媒介的新型约稿行为的注意事项,为期刊约稿的"新媒体化"提供新的思路。     

高校图书馆特色虚拟馆藏建设策略

探讨了特色虚拟馆藏的作用,并从特色虚拟馆藏的搜集原则、建设内容以及建设时应注意的问题等几个方面着重阐述了特色虚拟馆藏建设的策略。     

全血肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶的微量测定及初步应用

通过对微量指血和血清肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性的对比研究，发现两者间虽有显著性差异，但两者的结果高度相关，并且两者间可以通过回归方程进行换算。表明微量指血与血清测定肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性具有可比性。且取材方便，能进行常规化测试，具有推广应用的价值。
