英语教学中文化素养渗透浅探

每一种语言都是一种特定的文化形态的载体。英语教学中进行文化素养渗透具有着重要性和必要性。增强学生的跨文化敏感性．提高学生的文化意识,是激发学生英语学习兴趣、提高英语运用能力的关键途径。     

Processes of Early Childhood Interventions to Adult Well‐Being

This article describes the contributions of cognitive–scholastic advantage, family support behavior, and school quality and support as processes through which early childhood interventions promote well‐being. Evidence in support of these processes is from longitudinal cohort studies of the Child–Parent Centers and other preventive interventions beginning by age 4. Relatively large effects of participation have been documented for school readiness skills at age 5, parent involvement, K‐12 achievement, remedial education, educational attainment, and crime prevention. The three processes account for up to half of the program impacts on well‐being. They also help to explain the positive economic returns of many effective programs. The generalizability of these processes is supported by a sizable knowledge base, including a scale up of the Child–Parent Centers.     

论我国违宪审查制度的缺陷及完善

我国违宪审查制度虽然处于草创时期，但由于后发优势的发挥，也确实搭建了一个较为先进的违宪审查模式雏形，只是由于相关配套制度的缺失与不完善，致使这一制度尚未发挥作用，当务之急是找准现行制度的缺陷，并提供行之有效的理论方案。

通过研究布尔函数二类规范展开形式之间的关系,在综述现有图形转换方法的基础上,对原有的图形方法作了补充,从而进一步揭示了最小项展开系数与Reed-Muller展开系数之间的内在联系,形成了较为完整的图形转换方法.

高校科技工作者对科技成果转化的看法和建议——对湖南本科高校科技成果转化问卷调查结果的分析

科技成果转化率长期偏低问题,一直困扰着我国理论研究者和实际工作者,更是当前科技成果转化成现实生产力迫切需要解决的难题.作者对湖南26所普通本科院校420名科研工作者问卷调查表明:科技工作者自有的科技成果30.1%已经转化;已转化成果中,三成在省内转化,七成在省外转化;易转化成果供给不足的主要原因是"产学研结合不够紧密"和"缺乏优秀技术创新人才的成长环境和机制";科技成果转化难的主要原因是"缺乏转化启动资金"和"成果偏离市场需求";政府应重点拓宽的转化途径是"校企科技合作"和"校区科技合作";最需完善的成果转化方式是"产学研结合"和"技术入股与合作";他们最希望政府在科技成果转化方面提供的服务是"投入专项资金"和"完善各类技术服务平台";最需要获得的技术转化服务是"创业孵化服务"和"成果产业化服务";高校科技成果转化产生的社会效益主要是"提升产业技术水平"和"形成新兴产业";他们对科技成果转化政策感到"满意"和"较满意"的比例为52.5%.

本文阐述了一种工程机械油门控制系统的油门操纵阀,是对现有同类产品的结构进行改型设计和更新换代,避免了异物卡死操纵阀的现象,从而提高产品的使用寿命;采用焊接件总成取代了铝支架,缩短了生产周期,大大降低了成本,提高了产品的性能,简化了产品结构,使得驾驶操作更舒适。     

高校转型发展语境下，地方院校广播电视学教育教学改革探析

广播电视新闻学更名为广播电视学后,学科专业方向更为宽泛,突破了新闻学的传统框架。另一方面,传统的新闻传播活动规则发生了很大的变化,这就要求我们在教学理念、人才培养目标和教学模式等方面进行调整和改革,培养应用型人才以适应地方高校转型发展的要求,满足社会与时代的需求。     

Separation of sperm and epithelial cells based on the hydrodynamic effect for forensic analysis

In sexual assault cases, forensic samples are a mixture of sperm from the perpetrator and epithelial cells from the victim. To obtain an independent short tandem repeat (STR) profile of the perpetrator, sperm cells must be separated from the mixture of cells. However, the current method used in crime laboratories, namely, differential extraction, is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. To achieve a rapid and automated sample pretreatment process, we fabricated a microdevice for hydrodynamic and size-based separation of sperm and epithelial cells. When cells in suspension were introduced into the device''s microfluidic channels, they were forced to flow along different streamlines and into different outlets due to their different diameters. With the proposed microdevice, sperm can be separated within a short period of time (0.5 h for a 50-μl mock sample). The STR profiles of the products in the sperm outlet reservoir demonstrated that a highly purified male DNA fraction could be obtained (94.0% male fraction). This microdevice is of low-cost and can be easily integrated with other subsequent analysis units, providing great potential in the process of analyzing sexual assault evidence as well as in other areas requiring cell sorting.
