整体优化:高校图书馆建设若干问题的思考

本文从系统论的视角审视高校图书馆建设中的整体优化问题，着重对高校图书馆建设中的建筑设置、内外环境、文献信息、队伍建设、读者服务等方面存在的问题进行考察分析，并结合当前高校图书馆发展的实际情况，对这些问题的优化及其与整体优化的关系深入进行了探讨。     

基于软件测试的缺陷管理系统的研究

研究了如何应用软件缺陷生命周期控制法解决软件测试中发现的缺陷，并对缺陷进行管理，为决策者提供决策支持，提高所开发的软件质量。阐述了系统的体系结构、业务流程、主要功能及主要表结构设计，并总结了缺陷管理的意义。     

Lighting the Shroud of Turin for Exhibition in 2015

ABSTRACT

Lighting a cultural heritage artifact requires balancing visual perception with preventive conservation, by providing the best lighting (in terms of spectral distribution and quantity) to enable the viewer to appreciate details and color, while limiting photo-induced degradation. The paper outlines the methodology applied by a multi-disciplinary team while lighting the Shroud of Turin at its last public exhibition in 2015. The methodology considered the special requirements of the Shroud, including exposure to ultraviolet light, while providing appropriate display conditions that would meet audience expectations. The desired appearance (readability of the body image and color) was defined with the help of Shroud researchers and confirmed by subjective tests, while appropriate light levels for preservation were set in agreement with standard requirements and using knowledge of the degradation of linen in visible and UV light. The installation provided a controlled environment and a managed visitor route to the Shroud, assuring excellent perception of both details and color, with the lowest illuminance level about 15?lx.

关于记忆资源的整合近年来引起众多学者的关注,为了解当下研究现状,采用文献研究法分别从异构记忆资源整合对象、整合基础、整合思路与整合技术四个方面对异构记忆资源整合的研究现状进行系统梳理、归纳,并基于记忆资源整合建设现状思考剖析“数字记忆”资源建设中存在的问题,提出个人观点以求为推动研究和实践进一步发展提供参考。

"美丽中国"理念下"美丽出版"的实现离不开政府部门宏观策略的实施,包括制度性策略、规划性策略、整合性策略和导向性策略,这些宏观策略的使用能对"美丽出版"的贯彻与实施起到引导与规范作用,有利于"美丽出版"的早日实现.     

Not All Perceptual Gaps Were Created Equal: Explicating the Third-Person Perception (TPP) as a Cognitive Fallacy

Explicating the third-person perception (TPP) as a cognitive fallacy in the process of comparative social judgment of media effects, we propose that not all self–other perceptual gaps in media effects should be considered as TPP. When there is reasonably valid and accurate information regarding self vis-à-vis others on media consumption and vulnerability to media influence, the associated self–other gaps in media effects are not exaggerations, hence, not TPP. TPP results from cognitive biases in information retrieval and application in the process of comparative social judgments. Such biases are in the forms of self-other information differential, assimilation, contrast, and anchoring effects. Caveats in interpretation of extant evidence and implications for future TPP research are discussed.     

电子图书对图书馆的影响及对策

电子图书在馆藏和阅读、读者及馆员素质要求、馆舍及设施、读者服务及图书馆评价等方面都对图书馆有重要影响。图书馆人应当正确认识电子图书的影响和作用 ,积极开展电子图书的研究 ,逐步建立电子图书的传播环境 ,开展电子图书利用的馆员及读者培训工作 ,做好其收藏和使用工作。参考文献 6。     

论多维视角下中文科技图书学术影响力评价体系的构建

[目的/意义]在分析当前图书评价研究现状的基础上,结合现实的数据应用特征,从多维角度建立中文科技图书学术影响力评价体系,进行图书学术影响力评价的有益探索.[方法/过程]采用书评分析、引文分析、专家调查法、层次分析法、加权综合评价法等多种方法进行研究,在评价的基本框架内选取27个研究指标并将其归纳为4个维度,在确定权重的基础上选取医学领域3个学科进行实证分析.[结果/结论]实证分析结果给出了3个学科不同类型最有影响力的图书目录;发现科技图书呈现长尾分布、外文图书翻译版影响力高等特点.最后利用CALIS馆藏图书馆数量对实证分析评价结果进行验证,证明评价体系的有效性.     

信息检索中修饰语作用的研究

在海量信息中检索时,与用户查询相关的信息常常被漏掉,而与查询无关的信息———信息垃圾,却大量地出现在检索结果中。改进文本信息检索系统的质量,提高检索效能,已成为亟待解决的问题。本文针对能够影响检索效力的一个易被忽略的因素———修饰语,研究其在文本信息检索中的作用。为此,构建了修正的向量空间模型(Modified Vector Space Model,MVSM),并以英文文本进行试验,进而说明修饰语的作用。     

数字产品定价模型的建立与应用

在前学者研究的基础上,对数字产品与传统产品区别的认识、数字产品的动态成本与动态效用的分析结果作了相应的补充和修正。通过对数字产品动态成本与动态效用集成的分析,建立了数字产品的数学定价模型,数学分析结果表明模型与实际相符,由数学模型可获得与市场对接的定价数据。
