复原力研究述评——兼探国内幼儿教师复原力研究现状

通过对国内外有关复原力研究的文献综述,兼对国内教师尤其是幼儿教师复原力研究的简析发现:国外复原力的一般性研究大体经历了三个阶段,即确认阶段、系统阶段与干预阶段,专门关于教师尤其是幼儿教师复原力的研究,无论国外还是国内都仍处于较初级的阶段;国外研究,在主题内容、方法手段上都呈现多样,而国内一般性研究的主题、方法尚属跟进(国外),但“师专性”研究却在这两方面显得滞后,亟待铺展.

高校博物馆是教育系统开展科普活动的重要科普基础设施,如何促进高校博物馆建设对提升我国科技创新能力具有重要意义。本文归纳总结了我国高校博物馆发展现状和问题,分析了制约高校博物馆发展的成因,提出促进高校博物馆发展的若干对策。

采用献资料、问卷调查、统计等方法，分析我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状。学校体育得不到重视，造成高水平人才断层，训练成材率低。其原因是观念和机制、管理造成的。     

基于社会契约论视角的弱势群体保护

伴随着资本主义国家的建立而兴起的一种政治理论,它的很多观点无论在启蒙时代的欧洲还是在当今时代的中国都闪烁着智慧的光芒。社会契约论力求在自愿平等关系上解决社会各种矛盾,它所强调的自由、平等、人民主权等精神原则与当今中国对弱势群体的关注和保护的价值追求不尽相同。本文在重温经典的基础上以社会契约论的理念精神为切入点,为加强对弱势群体的保护提供新的理论支撑。     

Distributed cooperative controller design considering guidance loop and impact angle

This paper presents an integrated distributed cooperative guidance and control scheme for multiple missiles to attack a single target simultaneously at desired impact angles. The scheme is divided into two parts: individual part and cooperative part. For the individual part, partial integrated guidance and control method is adopted to generate the elevator deflection (which is a realistic control input) to ensure that the missiles fly along their respective desired line of sight and hit the target; this is in contrast to previous works which analyze only the engagement dynamics and use missile accelerations as the control input, however, the proposed controller also considers the missile dynamics, thus enabling the implementation of an autopilot. For the cooperative part, using only information from adjacent missiles, the proposed distributed cooperative controller can make all missiles hit the target simultaneously. Hence in this scheme, each missile can hit the target at desired angles and at the same time, thus achieving salvo attack. Simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.     

全球农产品贸易的虚拟耕地资源流动演变及影响因素

为定量探讨农产品贸易的耕地资源效应,本文在核算1986—2016年全球农产品贸易隐含耕地资源量的基础上,揭示了全球虚拟耕地资源流动演变特征;采用贸易引力模型,分析了影响全球虚拟耕地流动演变的因素。结果表明：①1986—2016年全球农产品贸易导致的虚拟耕地资源流动量增长1.74倍,虚拟耕地输出国（地区）主要集中在耕地资源充裕国家（地区）,且输出量迅速增加,虚拟耕地输入国（地区）则主要为人均耕地资源较低或经济发展迅速的国家（地区）。②从社会经济、资源禀赋及区域关联选取相应指标对虚拟耕地流动演变的影响因素分析表明,人口规模、人均收入、贸易协定对虚拟耕地流动具有显著促进作用,其中,人均收入增长对经济发展程度不同的国家（地区）影响具有显著差异;输入国（地区）土地和水资源禀赋对其虚拟耕地流动具有显著的负效应,贸易国（地区）之间的地理距离对虚拟耕地流动具有显著的负效应。中国自2004年开始成为全球最大的虚拟耕地净输入国,作为耕地资源绝对稀缺国家,随着中国人均收入的提高、人均农业资源短缺的加剧,虚拟耕地资源输入量将持续增加,应采取相应措施,保障虚拟耕地的可持续供给。     

Spatio-temporal analysis of tamoxifen-induced bystander effects in breast cancer cells using microfluidics

The bystander effect in cancer therapy is the inhibition or killing of tumor cells that are adjacent to those directly affected by the agent used for treatment. In the case of chemotherapy, little is known as to how much and by which mechanisms bystander effects contribute to the elimination of tumor cells. This is mainly due to the difficulty to distinguish between targeted and bystander cells since both are exposed to the pharmaceutical compound. We here studied the interaction of tamoxifen-treated human breast cancer MCF-7 cells with their neighboring counterparts by exploiting laminar flow patterning in a microfluidic chip to ensure selective drug delivery. The spatio-temporal evolution of the bystander response in non-targeted cells was analyzed by measuring the mitochondrial membrane potential under conditions of free diffusion. Our data show that the bystander response is detectable as early as 1 hour after drug treatment and reached effective distances of at least 2.8 mm. Furthermore, the bystander effect was merely dependent on diffusible factors rather than cell contact-dependent signaling. Taken together, our study illustrates that this microfluidic approach is a promising tool for screening and optimization of putative chemotherapeutic drugs to maximize the bystander response in cancer therapy.

浅析独立学院毕业生就业问题及对策

随着高校毕业生人数的增加,就业市场供大于求,高校毕业生就业日益困难。独立学院由于其自身特有的一些特点,相对于公办院校,面临着更加严峻的就业形势。如何做好毕业生出路指导已成为了独立学院的一大挑战。本文基于福建某独立学院2010届毕业生的就业情况分析独立学院毕业生就业的现状及存在的问题,进而挖掘独立学院毕业生的就业优势,最后提出解决独立学院就业难的若干对策。
