20世纪70年代以来美国高等教育结构调整的特点及启示

美国上世纪70年代以来高等教育结构出现了一些调整,在层次结构上大量增加了副学士学位和硕士学位的授予量;在形式结构上,私立大学,尤其是私立营利性大学发展迅猛;在科类结构上,适应经济发展的需要大力发展应用学科.借鉴美国的经验,我国今后的高等教育结构调整要注意与经济发展的协调性,大力发展研究生教育和高等职业技术教育,进一步促进民办高等教育的健康发展,加强学科专业结构与社会经济发展的适应性.     

基于积极心理学的艺术心理治疗述评

积极心理学是西方心理学界兴起的一个新的研究领域,现在受到越来越多研究者的关注.本文在对积极心理学的概念及与心理治疗相关的积极心理学研究内容进行简单介绍的基础上,进一步引入积极心理治疗和艺术心理治疗的概念.进而把积极心理学与艺术心理治疗相结合提出基于积极心理学的艺术心理治疗理念,并对其主要分支--文学艺术治疗进行简单评析.基于积极心理学的艺术心理治疗的理论观点和实践模式还有待临床的进一步检验和开发.     

英语专业测试中的"盲点"剖析

英语专业测试中存在许多“盲点”,这些“盲点”涉及测试目的、测试内容、命题技巧、成绩分析以及评估等各个环节,在很大程度上影响了测试效度和信度,进而给教学带来不少负面效应。依据语言测试理论时种种“盲点”的生成原因和负面影响进行剖析,有助于测试者认清语言测试的本质,克服目前存在的问题,以提高英语专业测试的质量。     

职业教育学研究的未来范式——以问题为中心的跨学科研究

目前职业教育研究尚未形成共有"范式",研究者在不同的理论框架下讨论相同的问题时产生了很多分歧。范式对学科发展起到很大的推动作用,职业教育学研究也需要一个共同的研究模式,职业教育学学科建设关注职业教育实践问题的同时也要构建理论体系。无论从实践层面还是理论层面上看,以问题为中心的跨学科研究将成为职业教育学研究的未来范式。     

基于一般P-C矩阵的R族科学发展节律指标——科学发展节律指标研究(1)

一论文集的一般P-C矩阵由论文数据和引文数据两部分组成.基于一般P-C矩阵并引入"等时性"概念,我们创建了关键变量Ck.Ck表示的是不同年份发表的论文在各自发表后第k年的引文数量的平均值.借助Ck可以构建R族科学发展节律指标,定义为引文观察值和引文期望值的比值,用于反映科学发展的节律.R族指标包括4项指标①指标R--被引年视角加三角形引文窗口;②指标R′--被引年视角加平行四边形引文窗口;③指标r--引用年视角加三角形引文窗口;④指标r′--引用年视角加平行四边形引文窗口.以Journal of Documentation为例,本文具体说明了R族序列的计算和R族指标的应用.     

Membrane trafficking and vesicle fusion

The functions of the eukaryotic cell rely onmembrane-bound compartments called organelles. Each of these possesses distinct membrane composition and unique function. In the 1970’s, during George Palade’s time, it was unclear how these organelles communicate with each other and perform their biological functions. The elegant research work of James E Rothman, Randy W Schekman and Thomas C Südhof identified the molecular machinery required for membrane trafficking, vesicle fusion and cargo delivery. Further, they also showed the importance of these processes for biological function. Their novel findings helped to explain several biological phenomena such as insulin secretion, neuron communication and other cellular activities. In addition, their work provided clues to cures for several neurological, immunological and metabolic disorders. This research work laid the foundation to the field of molecular cell biology and these post-Palade investigators were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2013.     

辍学现象与控辍保学思考

辍学是一个历史现象,更是全社会关注的焦点问题。在精准扶贫战略背景下,要有效解决辍学问题,必须深入到辍学现象的内部,厘清概念、透析本质,深刻、全面认识“辍”的发生机理,寻找到“控”的切入点。同时,要以客观、冷静的态度和方式,充分考虑客观实际,认识控辍保学工作的艰巨性、复杂性、长期性和有限性,从目标确立、实施步骤、巩固措施等方面做好工作。     

中国管理科学研究队伍的年龄结构研究

对中国管理科学11种高影响因子期刊所记录的论文作者年龄数据进行了科学计量学研究。揭示了管理科学研究队伍年龄表现的数量特征:管理科学研究队伍年龄结构为青年峰的偏单峰分布,35岁以下的第一作者已占据半壁河山且保持稳定发展;学生作者(特别是博士生)是发表管理科学论文的重要群体,构成了中国管理科学队伍的年轻化趋势;二人和三人合作是我国管理科学领域主要的科学合作形式;青年-中老、青年-老年是居于主导的二人合作年龄结构,中年-青年-老年、青年-中年-青年是常见的三人合作年龄结构;师生之间的合作研究是最主要的合作形式。     

Standardization of a dilution method for cyclosporin (C2) estimation in renal transplant patients

Accurate monitoring of blood cyclosporin C2 levels is vital to prevent over immunosuppression and acute renal toxicity in patients who receive organ transplant. The matrix used to dilute patients’ C2 samples prior to the assay affected the final measured values. Hence there was a need to develop a method of dilution that would accurately estimate C2 levels when cyclosporin levels were beyond the calibration range of the method employed. Whole blood, cyclosporin free hemolysate and cell and protein free supernatant obtained after pretreatment of normal blood were used to dilute patients’ C2 samples. C2 was measured in 188 patients using the supernatant method of dilution. C2 was correlated with Co and dose of cyclosporin received by the patient. The use of cell and protein free supernatant obtained after pretreatment of normal blood as a C2 diluent detected higher levels of C2 in the sample. Measured C2 correlated significantly with Co and the cyclosporin dose received by the patient. The uniformly aqueous cell and protein free supernatant ensures uniform dilution of the patients’ C2 sample and measures higher cyclosporin levels.
