太极拳研究的现状分析

文章通过对《中华武术》、《武林》、《少林与太极》、《武魂》、《武当》等武术专业期刊03-07年以来刊登的关于太极拳方向的共885篇文章进行整理归类,统计各分类数量比例,分析研究相关内容,探讨太极拳研究的现状。     

高校篮球教学与训练的新方法研究

随着我国的高校体育教学改革的不断发展和深入,我国高校的篮球教学和训练方法取得了长足的进步。但是,目前我国高校篮球的教学当中还存在着一些不足,阻碍了篮球教学的进步与发展。通过对普通高校的篮球教学与训练当中所存在的问题进行剖析,为高校篮球的教学与训练提出了一些新的方法与建议,以求促进高校篮球教学与训练的顺利开展。     

基于学生体质健康的“阳光长跑”干预效果研究

在大学生体质健康现状的视野下,响应国家“阳光长跑”活动的政策,借鉴成功的实践经验,采用实验法,制定“阳光长跑”干预实施方案,开展研究工作.结果显示:1)大学生在4个月的“阳光长跑”活动干预下,有氧耐力、柔韧素质有显著性的变化,而速度素质、平衡能力变化不明显;2)“阳光长跑”活动干预对提高机体有氧代谢酶活性、呼吸机能、刺激腰背部、腿部肌群柔韧性有重要帮助,而对大学生腿部力量、脚踝力量、机体平衡能力的刺激较小,没有显著影响.     

甘肃省业余羽毛球运动员后场正手击高远球的运动学分析

运用文献资料法、三维影像分析测试和图像分析法、数理统计和综合分析法,对甘肃省业余优秀羽毛球运动员后场正手击高远球技术的参数进行分析.结果显示:甘肃省业余羽毛球运动员的肌肉质量和力量在竞技对抗能力上处于劣势.通过相关性检验,发现准备阶段、引拍阶段是影响甘肃省业余羽毛球运动员整体技术的关键阶段.准备阶段肘关节角度直接影响挥拍阶段顶肘、吊拍的动作衔接;引拍阶段躯干扭转角度小影响腰腹背肌肌力的储备量;挥拍击球阶段动作基本符合“鞭打”的原理;随前阶动作还原速率过慢,影响下一次动作的准备.因此建议甘肃省业余优秀羽毛球运动员应注重专项力量和身体灵活性的训练,来弥补先天身体形态上的不足;应依据身体形态的指标选拔优秀苗子,把培养甘肃省青少年羽毛球后备力量作为一个长期阶段性的目标;以专业运动员技术动作的关节角度为标准,学习、纠正和完善自身动作,保证技术动作的合理掌握和运用,从而有效提高甘肃省各年龄段业余羽毛球运动的整体水平.     

Skating start propulsion: three-dimensional kinematic analysis of elite male and female ice hockey players

The forward skating start is a fundamental skill for male and female ice hockey players. However, performance differences by athlete’s sex cannot be fully explained by physiological variables; hence, other factors such as skating technique warrant examination. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the body movement kinematics of ice hockey skating starts between elite male and female ice hockey participants. Male (n = 9) and female (n = 10) elite ice hockey players performed five forward skating start accelerations. An 18-camera motion capture system placed on the arena ice surface captured full-body kinematics during the first seven skating start steps within 15 meters. Males’ maximum skating speeds were greater than females. Skating technique sex differences were noted: in particular, females presented ~10° lower hip abduction throughout skating stance as well as ~10° greater knee extension at initial ice stance contact, conspicuously followed by a brief cessation in knee extension at the moment of ice contact, not evident in male skaters. Further study is warranted to explain why these skating technique differences exist in relation to factors such as differences in training, equipment, performance level, and anthropometrics.     

世界男子排球锦标赛发展研究

采用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法等方法对男排世锦赛的竞技格局和发展特征进行研究.得出,各大洲整体竞争格局:欧洲对奖牌的垄断格局被打破,形成了欧洲、南美洲、中北美洲争霸的局面,但欧洲仍占有绝大部分的奖牌;各国整体竞争格局:大多传统强国依然强大,但竞争加剧;伊、德、塞、阿等近年来实力上升,与传统强队的差距明显缩小;荷、日、韩、中等实力相对下降.排球世锦赛发展特征:世锦赛赛制不断完善,但仍有不足;近年来参赛队伍迅猛增加,竞争日趋激烈;排球技术趋向全面、战术互相糅合、体能拥有高度,强调速度和力量的方向发展;高科技手段不断引入.     

Guangzhou Opera House： A Theatre That Has Changed A City

＂Architecture is music in space, as it were a frozen music. ＂A theater is a perject mix of the two. The past three years has seen the construction of numerous theatres around China. They are not only cultural landmarks, but also bear significant economic and social implications. It is the joint responsibility of builders, operators and managers to make them cultural icons that play a key role in promoting local cultural and art development. The reporter recently visited Guangzhou Opera House, put in use jbur years ago, in order to find its success in bringing cultural experience Jor local citizens.     

Deterioration of Yungang Grottoes: Diagnosis and research

Yungang Grottoes, in Datong City of Shanxi Province, China, as the state-level key cultural relic preservation organ, have been subjected to severe degradation due to natural and human factors over the years. Since January 2010, site investigation and research on Yungang Grottoes, assisted by the Xi’an Relics Protection Center and Yungang Grottoes Cultural Research Institute, have been carried out in the laboratory of cultural relics conservation materials in Zhejiang University. Our investigation of the deterioration characteristics of these grottoes is presented here. The paper describes about 12 types of diseases in detail represented by dust deposit, salt crystallization and black crust. Relevant samples have been collected and analyzed by means of SEM, FT-IR, XRD and EDAX to study the potential hazard to the sandstones and conservation methods, which could be used to help guide remediation efforts directed at reducing the weathering problem.     

上海市一线运动员心理服务需求现状调研

目的:了解上海市一线运动员存在的心理困扰及应对方式、对运动队心理辅导内容和方式的期待,提出心理服务工作设想。方法:对562位运动员进行问卷调查。结果:上海市一线运动员对心理知识的了解程度低;在训练比赛中的心理困扰主要有担心失误、运动成绩长期没有进步、缺乏比赛信心等,在日常学习生活中主要困扰为未来的职业发展与人生规划、伤病问题、失眠、情绪控制不佳等;运动员对提高运动表现的心理技能训练、兴趣爱好培养、人际交往沟通等辅导内容感兴趣,偏向一对一心理咨询和集体辅导活动方式;不同年龄段、项目的运动员心理困扰、应对方式及其期待的心理辅导内容方式存在差异。结论:运动员心理服务中不能忽视心理健康教育,需以问题为导向设计辅导内容,注重普遍性和特殊性结合。     

优秀竞走运动员江姗姗冬训训练负荷研究

冬训是全年训练周期中唯一不受竞赛期影响,可长时间进行系统训练的准备期,对于提高运动员竞技能力和运动成绩尤为重要。以优秀女子竞走运动员江姗姗为研究个案,运用实地调查法、数理统计法对江姗姗2020年冬训期训练情况进行梳理和总结,探析其冬训期训练负荷和生理指标变化的特点和规律,旨在为竞走项目冬训期科学化训练提供有益参考。
