略论竞技武术国际发展中的问题及建议

竞技武术作为推广的先导和窗口 ,预示出广阔的发展前景。武术已经成为亚运会常设竞赛项目 ,为实现竞技武术最终的发展战略目标 ,进入奥运 ,尚有许多问题急待解决。以竞技武术国际化发展现状为研究对象 ,探讨其中的问题及对策 ,为推动武术国际化进程 ,使武术进入 2 0 0 8年奥运会献计献策     

浅谈中西传统建筑的艺术特色

中国古代建筑在审美趣味上注重含蓄和意境,西方古代建筑则注重神秘、威严和张扬。前者具有注重群体统一,后者注重单体之完美。     

武术之乡--武术产业发展的增长极

文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法、实地考察等研究方法对武术之乡已经具备了的发展武术产业的生产要素进行分析,认为武术之乡较国内其他地区在发展武术产业上有较大的资源优势。从区域经济的增长机制上看,武术之乡是发展武术产业极具价值和现实意义的增长极,是开发武术产业第一选择的区域切入点。     

农村居民流域生态治理参与意愿的距离效应——以石羊河流域为例

明确农村居民流域生态治理参与意愿的距离效应,是提升生态治理效益评估精度及充分理解公众诉求的重要前提。本文基于石羊河流域390户农村居民实地调研数据,借助选择实验法获取流域居民生态治理参与意愿,运用MNL模型分析了距离对不同流域区段农村居民生态治理参与意愿的影响。结果表明：与以往研究得出的“距离衰减”规律不同,石羊河流域中游农村居民生态治理参与意愿随着距河流和水库距离的增加而增强,以及下游农村居民生态治理参与意愿随着距水库距离的增加而增强,呈现出“距离强化”规律。据此建议：①将距离效应纳入到生态治理效益核算的方法体系,以提高核算精度;②生态治理政策设计应更多地考虑公众诉求的差异性,以获取公众支持;③生态治理方面的宣传教育工作可结合距离效应进一步细分宣传对象。研究旨在为内陆河流域生态治理的相关政策制定提供更具针对性的依据。     

Information theory of metasurfaces

We propose a theory to characterize the information and information processing abilities of metasurfaces, and demonstrate the relation between the information of the metasurface and its radiation pattern in the far-field region. By incorporating a general aperture model with uncertainty relation in L²-space, we propose a theory to predict the upper bound of information contained in the radiation pattern of a metasurface, and reveal the theoretical upper limit of orthogonal radiation states. The proposed theory also provides guidance for inverse design of the metasurface with respect to given functionalities. Through investigation of the information of disordered-phase modulated metasurfaces, we find the information invariance (1−γ, where γ is Euler''s constant) of chaotic radiation patterns. That is to say, the information of the disordered-phase modulated radiation patterns is always equal to 1−γ, regardless of variations in size, the number of elements and the phase pattern of metasurface. This value might be the lower bound of radiation-pattern information of the metasurface, which can provide a theoretical limit for information modulation applications, including computational imaging, stealth technologies and wireless communications.     

Double stochastic resonance induced by varying potential-well depth and width

The role of potential-well depth and width on stochastic resonance (SR) driven by colored noise with different noise correlation times is explored and evaluated by deriving the analytic expression of output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) as a most widely used indicator for quantifying SR phenomenon. Double resonance peaks are observed and shifted between single peak and double peaks when SNR is expressed as the function of varying potential-well depth, varying potential-well width, additive noise intensity, multiplicative noise intensity and the intensity ratio between two noise, respectively. Moreover, the SR behavior induced by varying potential-well depth is different from that induced by varying potential-well width. Even the shapes of SNR curves under different correlation times and coupling strength for potential-well depth are opposite to those for potential-well width and furthermore they are also of dependence on initial conditions. Above clues may be helpful to the precise control of SR by varying potential-well depth and width separately for weak signal enhancement.

以J高校为例,在前期调研的基础上,发现现有科研经费管理中出现的诸多问题主要来源于流程管理问题,随后运用流程优化的策略和方法,对科研经费预算管理的流程进行诊断并提出流程优化设计方案,有效地消除管理流程中不必要的审核环节,减少等待时间,提高业务办理的便捷性;同时,流程衔接的信息化,使得面向科研人员的服务水平和管理流程的运行效率都得到了提升。     

女性体育旅游的社会经济特征与发展潜力研究——基于北京市女性居民体育旅游有关情况的考察

体育旅游是广大群众体育消费的重要内容之一。通过对北京市女性居民体育旅游社会经济特征,包括年龄、受教育程度、职业、收入、结伴旅行的群体特征等的考察,探讨女性居民体育旅游的发展潜力,旨在更有针对性地引导女性群体参与体育旅游,促进体育消费,推动我国体育旅游产业的发展。

十年来我国团体操科研论文发表的研究

运用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国十年来团体操科研论文情况进行研究分析。结果表明：团体操科研工作相对滞后;论文篇数总体呈上升趋势、而高质量论文呈下降趋势;论文多以独立作者完成、合作情况较少;研究领域广但数量较少、研究深度不够,专注性不高。
