《桂苑笔耕集》所见"委曲"探赜

"委曲"是唐宋时期一种非正式的下行文书。本文通过对《桂苑笔耕集》所收二十首"委曲"的文本细读,结合史实分析,并发掘以往学者所忽视的一些材料,对"委曲"的文体特征、产生背景及政治内涵进行了再探讨。唐宋时期边镇将帅为加强与下级将佐及当地民族头人的沟通,以公文下教,称为"委曲"。这一文体产生于唐末藩镇割据这一特定的历史环境,它是当时错综复杂的政治纷争与官场人际关系的反映,同时又折射出边镇将帅的治军驭下之术。     

基于前沿和热点的学科门户信息服务模式研究——以天津医科大学肿瘤医院图书馆为例

根据医院图书馆的用户越来越依赖网络获取信息的特点,本文对学科的研究热点和学科前沿进行分析,找到主动性信息服务与用户需求的契舍点,并根据研究结果利用网络信息服务平台为医院用户提供有针对性的信息服务.

Identification of the materials used in an Eastern Jin Chinese ink stick

Chinese ink stick has a long history and a special importance in the Chinese culture. For the first time, Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) was used to identify the materials in an ancient Chinese ink stick. Four types of constituents could be detected in the archaeological ink stick of the Eastern Jin period (317–420 AD): (1) borneol (Chinese name bing piàn); (2) compounds related to essential oil or tar of conifer wood: cedrene, aromadendrane, cedrane, cuparene, cedrol, retene, methyl dehydroabietate and 9-methyl retene; (3) marker compounds from animal glue; (4) polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from soot. The information obtained through this study provides conclusive evidence for use of additives of borneol and cedar oil, binding media of animal glue and pine wood soot in the ancient ink stick.     

Functional analysis of helicase and three tandem HRDC domains of RecQ in Deinococcus radiodurans

RecQ is a highly conserved helicase necessary for maintaining genome stability in all organisms. Genome comparison showed that a homologue of RecQ in Deinococcus radiodurans designated as DR1289 is a member of RecQ family with unusual domain arrangement： a helicase domain, an RecQ C-terminal domain, and surprisingly three HRDC domain repeats, whose function, however, remains obscure currently. Using an insertion deletion, we discovered that the DRRecQ mutation causes an increase in gamma radiation, hydroxyurea and mitomycine C and UV sensitivity. Using the shuttle plasmid pRADK, we complemented various domains of the D. radiodurans RecQ （DRRecQ） to the mutant in vivo. Results suggested that both the helicase and helicase-and-RNase-D-C-terminal （HRDC） domains are essential for complementing several phenotypes. The complementation and biochemical function of DRRecQ variants with different domains truncated in vitro suggested that both the helicase and three HRDC domains are necessary for RecQ functions in D. radiodurans, while three HRDC domains have a synergistic effect on the whole function. Our finding leads to the hypothesis that the RecF recombination pathway is likely a primary path of double strand break repair in this well-known radioresistant organism.     

Edaravone protects PC12 cells from ischemic-like injury via attenuating the damage to mitochondria

Background： Edaravone had been validated to effectively protect against ischemic injuries. In this study, we investigated the protective effect of edaravone by observing the effects on anti-apoptosis, regulation of Bcl-2/Bax protein expression and recovering from damage to mitochondria after OGD （oxygen-glucose deprivation）-reperfusion. Methods： Viability of PC 12 cells which were injured at different time of OGD injury, was quantified by measuring MTT （2-（4,5-dimethylthia-zol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide） staining. In addition, PC 12 cells＇ viability was also quantified after their preincubation in different concentration of edaravone for 30 min followed by （OGD）. Furthermore, apoptotic population of PC 12 cells that reinsulted from OGD-reperfusion with or without preincubation with edaravone was determined by flow cytometer analysis, electron microscope and Hoechst/Pl staining. Finally, change of Bcl-2/Bax protein expression was detected by Western blot. Results： （1） The viability of PC12 cells decreased with time （1-12 h） after OGD. We regarded the model of OGD 2 h, then replacing DMEM （Dulbecco＇s Modified Eagle＇s Medium） for another 24 h as an OGD-reperfusion in this research. Furthermore, most PC 12 cells were in the state of apoptosis after OGD-reperfusion. （2） The viability of PC 12 cells preincubated with edaravone at high concentrations （1, 0.1, 0.01 μmol/L） increased significantly with edaravone protecting PC 12 cells from apoptosis after OGD-reperfusion injury. （3） Furthermore, edaravone attenuates the damage of OGD-reperfusion on mitochondria and regulated Bcl-2/Bax protein imbalance expression after OGD-reperfusion. Conclusion： Neuroprotective effects of edaravone on ischemic or other brain injuries may be partly mediated through inhibition of Bcl-2/Bax apoptotic pathways by recovering from the damage of mitochondria.

江苏省社科"十五"规划情报学项目的理论与应用研究

论文是关于江苏省社科“十五”规划情报学项目的述评。该研究项目具有显著的“知识”特征。内容有：知识的情报学定义及问题规范、知识组织的情报方式研究以及知识经济领域的情报体系建构。     

基于PLSA的大众标注资源主题挖掘*

针对大众标注中用户生成标签的随意性以及无规则性所导致的标签混乱问题,引入潜在语义索引分析PLSA算法,得到特定资源主题下的标签集,为网络信息组织及用户获取提供有效的途径。通过抽取Delicious网站中的用户标注信息,证实PLSA方法对于特定资源的主题特征具有比较好的效果。     

基于Vitro构建专业领域知识应用环境

以中国科学院国家科学图书馆开展专业领域知识应用环境建设为背景,通过对Vitro组成结构和功能特征的分析,提出基于Vitro的专业领域知识应用环境平台的设计方案,并介绍平台系统实现中对Vitro本地化应用开发的主要方法。
