美国成人教育的主要特点

美国是世界上成人教育最发达的国家之一,至今已有100多年的历史。因其独特的历史与文化背景。美国成人教育发展呈现出以下特点：成人教育专业化;成人教育法制化;成人教育终身化;教学手段现代化;教育资源的多元化。     

Moral Values and Science Teaching: A Malaysian School Curriculum Initiative

Implicit in teaching science has been the teaching of a set of values. However, its presence has remained unacknowledged because of assumptions made that its products are value-free and that work of science involves positive values. Malaysian schools have introduced a set of noble values to be taught as a subject called moral education while at the same time expecting all subjects, including the sciences to actively inculcate these noble values in their lessons. A search for values related to science included studies from science education curriculums, studies by scientists and philosophers of science, feminist and Indian critics of science. These values could be categorized into four categories representing epistemological values, supporting values, societal and moral values and power-oriented values. While some categories compliment each other, others are in contention. This paper argues for the inclusion of societal and moral values in the science classrooms. A compassionate scientist should be a reality. The task for Malaysian science educators is to find a way to raise awareness of these values.

老年病科中西医结合辨病与辩证

针对老年病多病共存、起病缓慢、表现不典型、无症状(亚临床型)多、变化迅速的临床特点,分析中医辨商辩证诊治和西医辨病施治的各自局限性,指出在老年病科临床实践中,坚持中西医辨病辩证相结合,促进中西医诊治方法上的优势互补,避免误诊误治,漏诊漏治。

在整个情报咨询活动中,咨询人员的思维是极其活跃的,其思维的表现形式有全局性思维、换位思维、主题思维、逻辑思维、创造性思维等等,本文就咨询人员的换位思维,谈一点初浅的看法.     

具有二次性能指标的最优输出反馈的一个必要条件

本文用矩阵的秩这个工具考察了有限维线性系统具有二次性能指标的最优输出反馈问题，得到了一个必要条件。特殊情形下，这一条件可以演化为最优输出反馈增益与观测矩阵的乘积即为状态反馈增益这个相当清晰的关系。

Conclusion In order to make PIHnet forum more usable and useful, we recently redesigned the forum tool based on findings from a survey, interviews and observations of user posting patterns. We also developed a journal tool to assist teachers with their personal reflection. Interviews with four users showed that the new forum was easy to use and effectively helped them communicate with other members. We are still developing the journal tool, so user experiences with the new journal tool have not been investigated yet. We will continue to improve the tools based on critical feedback from actual users.

计算机技术及网络技术的高速发展和信息资源数字化的不断拓展为图书馆发展提供了一个新的发展平台,网络的发展给图书馆读者服务工作带来了深刻变革.本文结合笔者工作实际,就高校图书馆如何利用网络技术深化读者服务工作展开了讨论,只有深化服务内容和服务方式,塑造新的服务环境,才能使信息资源利用最优化,从而更好的促进图书馆事业的发展.
