机械设计基础实验教学示范中心建设与教学改革

在调研分析国内重点高校实验中心建设和实验教学改革的基础上,结合本校的客观情况和现代社会对人才的创新能力的需求,构建了普通高校机械设计基础实验“综合、设计、创新能力培养为中心”的实验教学新体系,并进行实验教学示范中心建设和教学改革的探索与实践,已初见成效,取得标志性成果。     

论英国大学副校长的角色、特征及权力

英国大学存在着世界上非常独特的"副校长权力现象".从古到今,英国大学的副校长经历了从学术官员、行政官员到管理专家的角色演变.从最新资料来看,英国大学副校长在选拔方式、年龄、学校背景、职业背景、学科背景和任职年限等方面具有新的特征.副校长拥有大量实质性的管理权力,主要有任免权力、学术权力和财务权力,这些权力来源于副校长的职位.     

加强装备配置管理不断提高应用水平

甘孜州教育技术装备部门从“建、配、管、用、督”五个方面着手,抓好全州教育装备工作,提高设备的使用效益。同时针对教育装备的新形势、新问题做了一些有益的探索。     

A case of overlapping Bickerstaff＇s brainstem encephalitis and Guillain-Barre syndrome

Objective： There is no report on Bickerstaff s brainstem encephalitis （BBE） patients in China. We here report the first case of BBE in China. Methods： Clinical features, results of electromyography, eleetroencephalography （EEG）, magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） and cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） examination were studied to clarify the characteristics of this syndrome. Results： A 44-year-old man presented himself at our inpatient department with somnolence and dizziness as his initial symptoms. He developed multiple cranial nerves paralysis especially internal and external ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and tetraparesis within 1 week. His condition rapidly deteriorated, and he experienced coma. Electromyography showed indications of peripheral nerve dysfunction, electroencephalography revealed loss of basic rhythm, MR1 demonstrated high-intensity abnormalities on T2-weighted images of medulla oblongata, and CSF albuminocytological dissociation was defined abnormally as high protein. Ten months later, he almost completely recovered. Conclusion： BBE, fisher syndrome （FS） and Guillain-Barre syndrome （GBS） are similar clinically; BBE and FS were proposed to be the variant of GBS.     

Effects of levobupivacaine and bupivacaine on rat myometrium

Objective： To study the effect of levobupivacaine and bupivacaine on the contractility of isolated uterine muscle strips from pregnant and non-pregnant female rats. Methods： Full-thick myometrial strips were prepared from 18- to 2 l-day pregnant （n=8） and non-pregnant rats （n=7）. After contractions became regular, strips were exposed to cumulative concentrations of the two drugs from 10^-8 to 10^-4 mol/L, amplitude and frequency of the uterine contraction was recorded. Results： Two local anesthetics caused a concentration dependent inhibition on contractility of myometrial strips from pregnant and non-pregnant rats. In the myometrium from non-pregnant rats, -log/C50 of levobupivacaine and bupivacaine were 4.85 and 4.25 respectively. In the myometrium from pregnant rats, similar concentrations of levobupivacaine and bupivacaine were observed, -log/C50 were 2.7 and 2.9 respectively. Levobupivacaine produced an increase in amplitude of contractions, while bupivacaine showed an increased trend in frequency. Conclusion： These results demonstrate that levobupivacaine and bupivacaine may inhibit myometrium contractility. The inhibitory effect of levobupivacaine or bupivacaine is not enhanced by gestation in rat. Levobupivacaine may have more positive influence than bupivacaine in pregnant myometrium.     

中小型图书馆如何应对知识服务

近些年来图书馆界对知识服务的讨论持续升温,但实施知识服务的主要是大学图书馆,并认为是高科技、高层级的服务。中小型图书馆要解放思想,不要认为知识服务是高不可及,要加大改革力度,深化管理与服务,加速馆员队伍建设,培养适应知识服务的人才,迎接知识服务的挑战。     

读者满意度影响因素调查研究——以三所师范类院校为例

本文运用实证研究的方法,选取三所师范大学图书馆的900名读者作为样本,通过问卷调查的形式对影响读者满意度的因素进行了调查分析。调查结果显示,读者所需文献的可获得性、图书馆的人文环境和图书馆的自然环境是影响读者满意度最关键的3个因素。图书馆应该进一步强化读者研究,并建立一个基于读者满意度的图书馆工作评价考核体系来改进工作,提高读者满意度。

介绍图像资源数字加工标准的内容及其特色,探讨图书馆图像数字资源加工标准的应用,并主要就加工流程中的关联环节,例如元数据加工标准与元数据规范、文件命名规则与数字对象唯一标识符规范的关系等问题进行深入研究,以期为图书馆的图像数字资源加工工作提供理论和实践参考。
