依托数学建模竞赛加强大学生实践能力

培养大学生数学实践能力是大学数学教育的根本任务,数学建模竞赛恰好是一条培养高素质具备实践能力人才的重要途径。在实践中依托数学建模竞赛,采取增强实践自信心,增强实践兴趣,提升实践水平,理论与实践相结合的方法,可以达到增强大学生实践能力的目的。     

以学科竞赛为支撑构建省级大学生科技创新交流平台

提高大学生的实践能力和创新能力是高校必须面对和破解的难题,桂林电子科技大学教务处,以学科竞赛为支撑,通过建立省级大学生科技文化活动月、构建开放互动的省级培训体系、打造省级大学生科技创新交流平台、充分发挥国家级实验教学示范中心的示范作用等措施,在广西构建了大学生科技创新交流平台,经多年实践,对提高广西高校大学生实践能力和创新能力发挥了积极的促进作用。     

生命中不能承受之重——评约翰·济慈的人生苦旅

约翰·济慈的命途多舛以及英年早逝一直让喜爱他诗歌的读者唏嘘叹惋。研读济慈的诗作以及他写给亲朋和爱人芬妮的书信,获得诸多启示:济慈的死亡应该是多方面原因综合作用的结果,家庭的重负、疾病的摧残、恋情的折磨以及对诗歌艺术殚精竭虑的追求等,构成他羸弱生命中不能承受之重,这些重负最终摧毁他的生命,终结了他短暂的人生苦旅。     

证券市场的信息不对称及其市场模型

主流的金融学理论是以有效市场假说为基础的,而有效市场理论又是建立在信息对称的前提之下的,这种对信息对称分布的依赖束缚了金融理论的发展,使得它在一次又一次的金融危机面前显得苍白无力。本文通过对金融市场信息不对同象的分析,推导出在信息不对称条件下的风险－收益模型。在此基础上,进一步论证有效市场模型是信息不对称条件下的风险－信息－收益模型的一个特例,从而将信息对称的有效市场理论推广到更一般的信息不对称条     

Scaling behavior of nucleotide cluster in DNA sequences

In this paper we study the scaling behavior of nucleotide cluster in 11 chromosomes of Encephalitozoon cuniculi Genome. The statistical distribution of nucleotide clusters for 11 chromosomes is characterized by the scaling behavior of P（S） ∝ e^-αs＇ where S represents nucleotide cluster size. The cluster-size distribution P（S1＋S2） with the total size of sequential C-G cluster and A-T cluster S1＋S2 were also studied. P（S1＋S2） follows exponential decay. There does not exist the case of large C-G cluster following large A-T cluster or large A-T cluster following large C-G cluster. We also discuss the relatively random walk length function L（n） and the local compositional complexity of nucleotide sequences based on a new model. These investigations may provide some insight into nucleotide cluster of DNA sequence.     

马克思辩证法的本体论批判

当马克思辩证法被庸俗化为一种方法时,它成了没有原则的代名词,通过几位思想家的评述,反思辩证法、剖析辩证法,以期正本清源。从古希腊开始的对本体的追求已经蕴含了辩证法的因子,由于把批判性的本体论探索变成了对“本体”的非批判性信仰,辩证法被形而上学的外壳紧紧包裹。马克思辩证法以扬弃的形式容涵了传统哲学本体论的种种内在矛盾,使本体论批判得以转化为“合理形式”的辩证法。     

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans in flue gas emissions from municipal solid waste incinerators in China

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans （PCDD/Fs） emissions in flue gas from two types of municipal solid waste incinerators （MSWIs） most commonly used in China were investigated in this study. The selected incinerators include two grate-type MSWIs： MSWI-A （350 t/d） and MSWI-B 050 t/d）, and two fluidized bed MSWIs： MSWI-C （400 t/d） and MSWI-D （400 t/d）, which are all equipped with semi-dry lime scrubber and bag filter except MSWI-D equipped with cyclone and wet scrubber （WS） as air pollutant control device （APCD）. Results indicated that the emission concentration and the international toxic equivalents （I-TEQs） of the PCDD/Fs from the stacks were in the range of 1.210-10.273 ng/Nm^3 and 0.019-0.201 ng I-TEQ/Nm^3, respectively. They were greatly lower than the emission regulation standard of PCDD/Fs in China （1.0 ng I-TEQ/Nm^3）. However, only the PCDD/Fs emission level from MSWI-C was below 0.1 ng I-TEQ/Nm^3. Although the homologue profiles were distinct, the contributions of the 2,3,7,8-subsituted congeners to the total I-TEQ were similar among all the investigated MSWIs. Two major 2,3,7,8-substituted congeners, 2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF and 1,2,3,7,8-PeCDD, account for 47% and 9% （average values） of the total I-TEQ values, respectively. The correlation between PCDD/Fs levels and composition of flue gas was also discussed.     

英国大学内部管理制度的研究与借鉴

建设科学、有效的内部管理制度,对形成大学竞争力具有重要意义。突破传统官僚制体系,建设适宜基层学术组织发展的制度环境,形成智力资本的集聚和以科研为导向的知识创新模式,是英国大学内部管理体制变化的新特点。借鉴英国的经验,我国应继续推进高校依法自主办学,发挥政府在大学资源配置方面的引导作用,进一步推动学校内部教学科研机构的整合。     

教师创造性能力的培养

本文阐述了教师创造性能力在创新人才培养中的作用,并深入分析了教师创造性能力缺失的主客观原因,认为当前对教师创造性能力的培养必须从"五个统一"入手:转变教育观念与增强教师主体意识的统一;培养创造性教育能力与创造性学习能力的统一;营造创造性环境与培养教师内在创造性品质的统一;发展个性与培养团队精神的统一;开发智力与培养非智力因素的统一。
