警犬档案信息化管理体系构建的思路

警犬档案信息化建设是指在警犬档案行政部门的统一规划与组织下,在档案管理活动中全面应用现代信息技术,对档案信息资源进行处置、管理和提供利用服务。本文针对全国警犬档案管理现状,从警犬档案信息化建设的意义,存在的问题、信息化管理体系的设计方案三个方面阐述警犬档案信息化管理体系构建的思路。     

‘I've adopted a tiger’: enhancing teaching and learning with infants through an active and integrated approach

In Scotland, A Curriculum for Excellence [Curriculum Review Group. 2004. A curriculum for excellence. http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2004/11/20178/45862 (accessed January 6, 2010).] is being implemented in every school from August 2010. This gives teachers greater responsibility, flexibility and professional autonomy when planning and delivering the curriculum. A Curriculum for Excellence is the major priority in every school’s Improvement Plan, and schools should be adopting teaching, learning and assessment strategies that support the four capacities of A Curriculum for Excellence (successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens, effective communicators). The Curriculum for Excellence describes experiences and outcomes for children's learning in ways that will support a more active and integrated approach to teaching and learning within the curriculum. This article reports on one infant teacher’s attempt to plan and implement a programme of study for the social studies topic ‘The Zoo’, adopting an active and integrated approach to teaching and learning for her Primary 2 class (children aged 5–6 years). Dealing with children of 5–6 years requires a varied methodological approach. The approaches involved questionnaires to parents, observations of pupil involvement in lessons and focus group interviews with pupils. There was a strict ethical approach taken, which involved both parental and pupil consent as well as allowing pupils to opt out at any time.

南疆维吾尔族农民闲暇体育发展现状研究

采用问卷调查、文献资料、访谈等方法,对南疆四地州维吾尔族农民闲暇体育活动现状进行调查研究,结果表明：南疆维吾尔族农民参与闲暇体育活动频率较低,闲暇体育场所及设施匮乏,经费短缺,农村体育组织不完善,行政部门开展的体育健身活动和健身知识的普及不能够深入到农村基层等问题是造成农村体育工作发展的障碍。并根据调研结果,提出相应策略,以期促进南疆维吾尔族农民闲暇体育活动更好地开展。     

An information processing constraints approach to the conjunction of macroeconomic and macropolitical theory

Human information processing is a fundamental and critically important resource for political life. It is moreover a constrained resource. Using this fact connections can be established between ideas employed in political science and concepts in macroeconomic theory. A concept of “interest rates” can be derived from information processing constraints. These “interest rates” are analogous to the “arousal level” construct of motivational psychology, suggesting avenues for social research. A generalized Kynesian “general equilibrium” model, derived largely from macropolitical considerations, is presented.     

Identity‐trajectory: Reframing early career academic experience

Our longitudinal qualitative research program examining doctoral student, post‐PhD researcher and new lecturer experience is situated in an international literature documenting how early career academics learn through experience. In common with others, our work is framed within an identity perspective. What makes our view of identity distinct is a biographical focus: emphasizing individual agency; situating academic work within the personal arena; and encompassing transitions across roles. This paper demonstrates how the construct of ‘identity‐trajectory' which links a narrative approach with identity construction contributes to understanding how early career academics learn through experience and navigate their journeys.     

加强生命教育 共建和谐校园

珍惜生命、热爱生命、提升对生命存在价值争意义的认识,是当今时代赋予生命教育的重要使命.生命教育以生命为主线,以探求与认识生命意义、尊重生命个性、热爱并提升生命价值、实现天地人我争谐共融为目标,以在学校开展生动多样的生命教育教学活动为主要实现方式.文章从生命教育的现状阐述了生命教育的含义及主要内客,进一步提出了实施生命教育的几条途径.     

油茶饼粕中植物蛋白的提取分析

选用传统的碱提酸沉方法制备油茶饼粕蛋白,在测定油茶饼粕蛋白等点电的基础上,设计正交试验,得出提取油茶饼粕蛋白的最佳条件:料液比1:50,碱提pH10.5,碱提时间60min,碱提温度50℃.在pH为4.3时沉淀得蛋白质,提取率为41.9%,同时,对所提蛋白质进行氨基酸成份分析,结果表明,油茶饼粕蛋白是一种很好的食用植物蛋白,具有很大的开发价值.
