在对1997-2004年国内外部分核心期刊上发表的知识管理战略研究论文及代表性的知识管理战略著作进行系统检索和分析研究的基础上,对国内外有关知识管理战略的理论基础、内涵、基本流派、管理过程等理论研究现状和知识管理战略在不同企业与行业中的应用研究现状进行综述;结合知识管理战略未来的研究热点,指出我国知识管理战略研究目前存在的问题。

文章通过对相关学术文献中关于可视化新闻生产的话语构成的检视,以及对瑞士五家新闻机构的可视化编辑的深度访谈,全面勾勒数字化新闻生产与传统新闻生产之间存在的理念冲突,以及这种冲突对于新闻业发展变迁路径的潜在影响.研究发现,可视化新闻生产逻辑将"真实"界定为再现层面上的操作性概念,主张将美学的维度纳入新闻专业主义体系,同时提出了重构新闻价值标准的要求,这对传统新闻理念的权威性构成了显而易见的挑战.文章进而提出可视化新闻生产所遵循的"科学-艺术"观念结构有可能导致整个社会公共空间和文化结构的变迁.     

The powerful image and the imagination of power: the ‘new visual turn’ of the CPC’s propaganda strategy since its 18th National Congress in 2012

This paper adopts the academic tool of discourse analysis to examine the ‘new visual turn’ of the Communist Party of China’s propaganda work since the 18th CPC National Congress when Xi Jinping was inaugurated as the leader of Chinese Communists. A thorough review of the new visual means the Party uses for photojournalism, TV news, animated cartoons and online promotional videos points to three developments markedly different from traditional discursive strategies: a full embrace of Confucian ethics, articulation of the Internet-based popular culture and subcultures, and an effort to fortify Xi’s personal authority as a political idol. The paper concludes that the ‘new visual turn’ of CPC propaganda after the 18th Party Congress suggests that the Communist discourse has evolved to a new stage where sophisticated manipulation of sleek technological tools substantiates a rigorous, dynamic CPC discursive system more at ease with itself and more powerful than ever in shaping the mainstream political culture in China.

Photonic orbital angular momentum with controllable orientation

Vortices are whirling disturbances, commonly found in nature, ranging from tremendously small scales in Bose-Einstein condensations to cosmologically colossal scales in spiral galaxies. An optical vortex, generally associated with a spiral phase, can carry orbital angular momentum (OAM). The optical OAM can either be in the longitudinal direction if the spiral phase twists in the spatial domain or in the transverse direction if the phase rotates in the spatiotemporal domain. In this article, we demonstrate the intersection of spatiotemporal vortices and spatial vortices in a wave packet. As a result of this intersection, the wave packet hosts a tilted OAM that provides an additional degree of freedom to the applications that harness the OAM of photons.     

数字图书馆的信息构成及其发布方式

数字图书馆不是一个机构，而是一个概念，它是一种环境，将收藏、服务、人结合起来以支持数据、信息和知识的产生、传播、利用、保管的全过程。“收藏”（collections）数据化是这一概念的核心内涵或本体，图书馆因而应最大限度地摆脱文献形式的束缚，直接对馆藏信息包括本馆通过网络所能获取的数字文献进行数字化处理，以及运用相关技术手段将所处理后的数字信息通过多种电子方式发布。     

无词典中英文混合术语抽取及算法研究

中英文混合术语可作为未登录词处理、加权处理和歧义消解等的辅助信息,并有助于提高中文信息处理的质量。依据长度递减与串频统计思想,本文提出了一种中英文混合术语的抽取方法。该方法不需要词典,不需要事先进行语料库的学习,不需要建立字索引,而是依靠统计信息,抽取出支持度大于等于阈值的中英文混合术语。该算法能够有效地抽取出文本中新涌现的通用词、专业术语及专有名词。实验显示该方法不受语料限制,能够快速、准确地进行中英文混合术语的抽取。
