从存在论角度看语文教学

存在是人言说、行为前的现有状态。语文教学因植根于语言的生活土壤,必然隐含着其所立足的存在论立场。本文站在存在论的角度,从师生关系、阅读、写作、口语交际几个方面分析语文教学．以期能为更好地培养学生的语文素养提供新的视角。     

集聚科技创新资源助推产业转型升级——赴苏州昆山市挂职锻炼体会

从高校和科研机构选派教授、博士,组成“科技镇长团”赴苏南县（市、区）挂职,是江苏省委省政府推动政府科技管理工作重心下移,打通科教资源与县域经济发展的“隔膜”．全面提升企业自主创新能力和产业竞争力的一项重要举措。笔者作为昆山“科技镇长团”成员,从挂职干部的角度结合开展工作情况．就集聚科技创新资源,发挥团队优势,助推昆山转型升级谈挂职锻炼体会。     

车辆工程专业本科生创新能力培养途径研究

创新能力的培养对于学生的发展有着举足轻重的作用,也是衡量人才的重要标准。很多地方性高校在创新能力培养方面做了很多工作,取得了很好的效果。本文主要从车辆工程专业学生的专业特点出发,分析本科生创新能力培养途径,从教学方法、实践教学、创新创业项目和营造校园创新氛等多个方面,促进学生创新能力的提升。     

简析南京国民政府行政督查专员制度存续的原因

南京国民政府初期，采取省县两级管理体制。自1932年开始逐步确立并推及全国的行政督察专员制度(以下用相应的简称)对省县两级制作了实质性的修正。专员制虽然有违国民政府建国大纲，也不被《五五完草》所承认，但仍然得到实施，在于该制弥补了南京国民政府地方行政管理体制的不足，满足了蒋介石扩张势力、掌控地方的政治需要，并且执政根据该制在运行中出现的问题，相应地对有关措施作了调整，使之富有弹性，能更好地发挥政治作用。     

基于物联网可交互超市智能购物车设计

物联网作为信息科学技术的第三次革命,自从2009年“感知中国”以来,受到了全社会极大的关注。文章主要介绍了采用语音识别、RFID射频识别、定位、数据处理等技术开发设计的智能交互购物车,该系统可以很大程度上解决人们在超市的不便,最大化实现了超市的智能化。

持球突破技术及时机的掌握与运用，在比赛中起着举足轻重的作用，它不但关系到集体配合的效果，而且直接关系到全队进攻的成败．为了更好地训练进攻队员掌握与运用该项技术，重点讨论如何把握突破的时机，以及该技能训练的有效途径和方法．     

将“英特尔~未来教育”理念引入电大课堂

电大远程教育的教育质量是关系到电大系统远程教育成功与失败的大事。保证远程教育的教育质量,课堂是阵地,教学是关键。如何提高课堂教学效果是一个复杂的系统工程,本文提出将“英特尔~未来教育”理念引入电大面授辅导课堂教学之中的设想,以期改善电大面授辅导课的教学效果。他山之石,可以攻玉。笔者希望引入“英特尔~未来教育”理念的电大面授辅导课堂能够充满生机与活力,吸引更多的电大学子回归电大课堂。     

Thermo-mechanical behaviour of floating energy pile groups in sand

This paper presents the experimental results of small-scale model tests of an instrumented floating energy pile group in which the piles were embedded in dry medium-dense sand and subjected to the seasonal temperature pattern of the city of Nanjing in China. The study also included a model test to assess the effect of including nonthermal piles on the thermo-mechanical behaviour of the floating energy pile group. For comparison, a model test of a single floating energy pile embedded in the same soil and subjected to a similar temperature pattern was also conducted. The results show that the thermo-mechanical behaviour of an energy pile group is different from that of a single energy pile in terms of the thermally induced change in axial pile stress and the displacement of the pile top and tip. This difference in behaviour could be explained by the higher lateral confining pressure expected on a single pile than on a pile in a group due to pile interaction effects, which could lead to different end restraint boundary conditions. We conclude that the thermo-mechanical behaviour of an energy pile is controlled mainly by the end restraint boundary conditions.     

教育个性化背景下的远程教育

该文通过审视教育个性化的历史和教育个性化与远程教育的关系,讨论如何借助 +远程教育促进教育的个性化发展。文章指出,教育个性化一是满足不同个性学习者的需要,二是促进学生个性的和谐发展。文章探讨了远程教育对教育个性化思想的理论体现和实践措施。这些措施包括办学方向的多元化、教学内容的适切性、教学方法的适应性以及教学手段的选择性。     

Bond strength improvement of GFRP rebars with different rib geometries

Based on the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) criteria,105 pullout specimens were tested to investigate the effect of different rib geometries on bond strength of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) rebars embedded in concrete. Two kinds of conventional reinforcing rebars were also studied for comparison. Each rebar was embedded in a 150 mm concrete cube,with the embedded length being four times the rebar diameter. The experimental parameters were the rebar type,rebar component,rebar diameter,rebar surface texture,rib height,rib spacing and rib width. Theoretical analysis was also carried out to explain the experimental phenomena and results. The experimental and theoretical results indicated that the bond strength of GFRP rebars was about 13%～35% lower than that of steel rebars. The bond strength and bond-slip behavior of the specially machined rebars varied with the rebar type,rebar diameter,rebar surface texture,rib height,rib spacing and rib width. Using the results,design recom-mendations were made concerning optimum rib geometries of GFRP ribbed rebars with superior bond-slip characteristics,which concluded that the optimal rib spacing of ribbed rebars is the same as the rebar diameter,and that the optimal rib height is 6% of the rebar diameter.
