文章分析了全媒体时代背景下,图书馆在信息资源建设、馆藏结构、公众地位、读者群体四个方面的危机形势,提出了信息技术条件下的解决建议,以寻求信息资源建设工作的不断完善和发展.     

Web3.O环境下高校图书馆文献检索课教学创新研究

Web3.0环境下蕴含的理念和技术改变了读者的信息行为,深刻地影响了高校图书馆读者教育培训工作,尤其是文献检索课.为此,结合Web3.0的理念和技术的内涵与特征及其对文献检索课的影响因素,构建了Web3.0环境下高校图书馆文献检索课教学创新模式,从利用3D视频再现学生学习真实情境、充分借助教育游戏服务激发学生的学习兴趣、强化泛在学习诱导学生学习的积极因素、Web3.0环境下文献检索课平台构建四方面详细地探讨了高校图书馆文献检索课教学改革的方略,以提升高校图书馆读者教育培训绩效的效果.     

我国台湾地区首座法学文献信息中心的创建历程——“台湾高等法院”日据时期法律文献撷英

作为具有重要历史价值的珍贵法律文献,“台湾高等法院”日据时期的法律文献经过台湾大学师生的分类整理,并根据五条编目的原则进行加工之后,按照语种,主要分为中文文献、日文文献、西文文献;按照载体形式不同,分为图书和期刊.由于在较长的历史时期内,这些文献的保存条件较差,所以应当加强这批文献的保护与利用,并充分发掘这些史料的学术价值.     

省级科技文献服务平台特色资源建设调查分析

利用网络对27 个省级科技文献共享服务平台特色资源建设进行调查,结果显示：共享服务平台特色资源 平台与栏目称谓不规范、特色资源内容芜杂、获取方式参差不齐等问题。指出,可以从建立特色资源“大共享”体系、 突出区域或行业特色优势资源汇聚程度、构建以统一智慧检索平台为主的多元化获取方式等入手来提升省级科技文献 共享服务平台特色资源建设绩效,最大限度地为用户提供知识支持。     

矿井提升机电机谐波及无功电流的一种新的检测方法探究

随着煤矿生产规模不断地扩大,提升机电机功率越来越大,其谐波和无功危害日益严重。抑制谐波和无功补偿效果好,必须解决谐波检测电路的实时性、精度高、误差小等问题,拟针对上述问题,提出一种将自适应噪声对消技术用于电机谐波和无功电流检测的新方法。通过计算机仿真实验,很好地解决了检测电路的实时性、精度和误差等问题。     

高职“概论”课社会实践教学的特点及其内容优化与创新——以中山职业技术学院为例

在为适应经济社会发展要求,各高校大力推进课程改革的背景下,为了提高高职＂概论＂课吸引力和实效性,提高学生在社会实践教学中的主动性和创造力,在＂概论＂课教学尤其是社会实践教学中,除了要将对该课程与高职育人特点相结合外,还应不断加强高职＂概论＂课社会实践教学内容的优化与创新。     

环境科学专业实践教学模式的探索

培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高、具有创新意识和实践能力的应用型专门人才是新建本科院校的培养目标,为此文章就加强环境科学专业实践教学进行了探索,介绍了黄山学院环境科学专业课程教学体系改革、创新型实验、实习实训、毕业设计和综合素质等方面所采取的相应措施与取得的经验效果。     

Effect of microcystin-LR on protein phosphatase 2A and its function in human amniotic epithelial cells

Due to their toxicity, the increased distribution of microcystins (MCs) has become an important worldwide problem. MCs have been recognized as inhibitors of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) through their binding to the PP2A catalytic subunit. However, the exact mechanism of MC toxicity has not been elucidated, especially concerning the cellular response and its autoregulation. To further dissect the role of PP2A in MC-induced toxicity, the present study was undertaken to determine the response of PP2A in human amniotic epithelial (FL) cells treated with microcystin-LR (MCLR), one of the MC congeners. The results show that a low-dose treatment of MCLR in FL cells for 6 h induced an increase in PP2A activity, and a high-dose treatment of MCLR for 24 h decreased the activity of PP2A, as expected. The increased mRNA and protein levels of the PP2A C subunit may explain the increased activity of PP2A. Furthermore, MCLR altered microtubule post-translational modifications through PP2A. These results further clarify the underlying mechanism how MCLR affects PP2A and may be helpful for elucidating the complex toxicity of MCLR.     

食品中亚硫酸盐使用及检测方法的研究进展

亚硫酸盐是一类在食品中广泛使用却常被忽视的添加剂,不恰当的使用会对人体造成一定的损伤.笔者综述了食品中亚硫酸盐的使用及检验方法,并讨论了各种检测方法的优缺点.旨在对食品生产过程中亚硫酸盐的使用及检测起到一定的指导作用.     

Comparison of different techniques for time-frequency analysis of internal combustion engine vibration signals

In this study, we report an analysis of cylinder head vibration signals at a steady engine speed using short-time Fourier transform (STFT). Three popular time-frequency analysis techniques, i.e., STFT, analytic wavelet transform (AWT) and S transform (ST), have been examined. AWT and ST are often applied in engine signal analyses. In particular, an AWT expression in terms of the quality factor Q and an analytical relationship between ST and AWT have been derived. The time-frequency resolution of a Gaussian function windowed STFT was studied via numerical simulation. Based on the simulation, the empirical limits for the lowest distinguishable frequency as well as the time and frequency resolutions were determined. These can provide insights for window width selection, spectrogram interpretation and artifact identification. Gaussian function windowed STFTs were applied to some cylinder head vibration signals. The spectrograms of the same signals from ST and AWT were also determined for comparison. The results indicate that the uniform resolution feature of STFT is not necessarily a disadvantage for time-frequency analysis of vibration signals when the engine is in stationary state because it can more accurately localize the frequency components excited by transient excitations without much loss of time resolution.
