<Emphasis Type="Italic">Chryseobacterium chengduensis</Emphasis> sp. nov. isolated from the air of captive giant panda enclosures in Chengdu,China

A Gram-negative, aerobic, non-motile, rod-shaped bacterial strain, designated 25-1^T, was isolated from the air inside giant panda enclosures at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, China. Strain 25-1^T grew optimally at pH 7.0–8.0, at 28–30 °C and in the presence of NaCl concentrations from 0.0% to 0.5 %. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis indicated that strain 25-1^T belongs to the genus Chryseobacterium within the family Flavobacteriaceae and is related most closely to C. carnis G81^T (96.4% similarity), C. lathyri RBA2-6^T (95.8% similarity), and C. zeae JM1085^T (95.8% similarity). Its genomic DNA G+C molar composition was 36.2%. The major cellular fatty acids were iso-C_15:0 (44.0%), iso-C_17:0 3OH (19.8%) and C_16:1 ω7c/_16:1 ω6c (12.7%). The only isoprenoid quinone was menaquinone 6 (MK-6). The major polar lipids were phosphatidylethanolamine, two unidentified amino lipids and two unidentified lipids. The DNA-DNA relatedness between strain 25-1^T and C. lathyri RBA2-6^T was 38%. Phenotypic, genotypic, and phylogenetic characteristics indicated that strain 25-1^T is a novel member of the genus Chryseobacterium, for which the name C. chengduensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is 25-1^T (CCTCC AB2015133^T=DSM 100396^T).

A penny-shaped crack in an infinite piezoelectric body under antisymmetric point loads

In this study, Fabrikant (1989, 1991)'s new results in potential theory were used to obtain the exact and complete solution for the problem of a penny-shaped crack in an infinite transversely isotropic piezoelectric body subjected to antisymmetric point loads (point charges and normal point forces); then the complete solution for the problem of one-sided loading of a penny-shaped crack was obtained by the superposition of the symmetric loading solution in Chen and Shioya (1999) and the antisymmetric one presented here; and then the reciprocity theorem of piezoelectric media was used to deal with the problem of interaction between arbitrarily located point forces and a point charge with a penny-shaped crack and obtained the exact expressions of the crack faces' normal displacement in terms of elementary functions and some non-singular integrals; and finally obtained the normal displacement of the positive and negative faces of the crack under many loading cases as shown in figures for an infinite PZT-4 piezoelectric ceramic body weakened by a penny-shaped crack. 突发公共卫生事件网络虚假信息传播行为影响因素研究——以新冠疫情期间微博虚假信息为例

[目的/意义]探究影响突发公共卫生事件网络虚假信息传播行为的因素,为有针对性地监测预警、阻断传播突发公共卫生事件网络虚假信息提供借鉴参考。[方法/过程]基于S-O-R理论模型,综合考虑外部刺激因素和个体认知因素对传播者信任感知及传播行为的影响,提出相关研究假设,并利用新冠肺疫情期间微博平台的虚假信息进行验证。[结果/结论]突发公共卫生事件的虚假信息质量、信息发布者影响力和事件进展对信息接收者的信息传播行为具有显著促进作用,医护人员主题、呈现积极情感的网络虚假信息更容易获得信任和传播,网络影响力高的信息接收者在虚假信息传播过程中起到辟谣作用。
