中国高校女教师队伍发展的现状分析

This paper examines the changing status of women faculty through an analysis of statistics on China’s universities from 1994 to 2004. This paper first presents the trend of a drastic increase in women faculty members in recent years. Further details on the academic ranks of women faculty, their age and highest degrees obtained are also presented. A comparison of female representation in faculty ranks is made between China and a few selected countries. Lastly, this paper attempts to account for the low percentage of female professors in higher education. Recommendations for the professional development for women faculty are made in the end.

H∞ tracking control for nonlinear multivariable systems using wavelet-type TSK fuzzy brain emotional learning with particle swarm optimization

This paper studies the ${\mathit{H}}_{\infty }$ tracking control for uncertain nonlinear multivariable systems. We propose a control strategy, which combines the adaptive wavelet-type Takagi-Sugeno-Kang (TSK) fuzzy brain emotional learning controller (WTFBELC) and the $H_{\infty }$ robust tracking compensator. As for the adaptive WTFBELC, it is a main controller designed to mimic the ideal controller. The proposed WTFBELC is to obtain much better ability of handling nonlinearities and uncertainties, but the proposed $H_{\infty }$ robust tracking compensator is to compensate the residual error between the adaptive WTFBELC and the ideal controller. Furthermore, the optimal learning rates of the adaptive WTFBELC are searched quickly by using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, and the parameter updated laws are derived based on the steepest descent gradient method. The robust tracking performance of this novel control scheme is guaranteed based on Lyapunov stability theory. The mass-spring-damper mechanical system and the three-link robot manipulator, are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive PSO-WTFBELC $H_{\infty }$ control scheme.

企业可转换债券既是是企业市场价值的或有债权，又是利率及其期限结构的或有债权。本文以随机利率条件下企业可转换债券的定价模型为基础，探讨了5种因素对可转换债券价值的影响，这对投资者判断企业可转换债券价格的涨跌具有现实意义。     

网络在高校外语教学中的应用

从高等教育的两个主体(学生和教师)以及构建和谐的师生关系入手,从提高学生外语技能、辅助教师教学和促进教学良性互动3个方面,对如何在高校外语教学中运用网络技术进行了探讨。     

高校科研水平评估模型的建立及应用

科研是高校发展的原动力和生命力，同时也是促进教学不断进步的有效手段，科研水平高低直接决定高校的发展。本文首先建立了一个评估高校科研水平的指标体系，然后利用模糊综合评估方法建立了评估摸型，从而可以科学的、直观地评估高校的整体科研水平。最后应用此评估模型，对五所高校科研水平的能力进行评估和比较。     

一种有效缓解数据稀疏问题的协同过滤推荐算法

传统协同过滤推荐算法依据共同评分项目计算用户相似度, 进而产生推荐项目。然而, 随着用户和商品数量的不断增加, 用户共同评分的项目会越来越少, 甚至没有, 因此传统协同过滤推荐算法对用户之间相似度的衡量将会越来越不准确, 从而影响推荐系统的性能。针对这一问题, 本文对用户相似度的计算方法进行了改进, 提出直接相似度和间接相似度的概念, 同时引入关键人物权重, 进一步提高推荐系统的准确性。     

分支格局、组份分析与中值淘汰法

文章简明介绍了现代分支系统学的分支格局原理和组份分析方法，并应用于李朝銮(1990，表2)的中国白粉藤属14种植物数据的分支分析。得出13个可能的最简约的二歧分支图，图长41步。这些分支图与李(1990)图2：13的比较表明，中值淘汰法不如组份分析方法有效，而且中值淘汰法有表相学和(或)进化系统学的疑问。     

企业技术创新能力的DEA综合评价

本文在对相关评价方法综述的基础上，选择数据包络分析（DEA）建立企业技术创新能力DEA评价模型。通过实证研究，对企业进行最优值分析、规模收益分析、投影分析，确定了相对有效的企业并对非有效企业提出了调整方案。实证研究结果表明DEA评价法可以为企业与政府制定科技发展策略提供有效参考依据。
