"生命课堂"是师生的生命共同体,是为了师生的发展而进行的课堂教学.对于"生命课堂"的构建需要观念的更新,理论的批判,更需要在改革中探讨和创建新的实践形态.

1何谓臭氧层 臭氧层位于距地面20～30公里的上空．假设将其移到地面只有3mm（1大气压）的厚度。而正是这像蕾丝窗帘厚度的臭氧层在保护着地球不受紫外线的照射。     

浅谈美术作品中人物形象的塑造问题

在依循典型性的创作手法时,形象的塑造要具备两个条件：即是形与神的关系。形是外在人物轮廓的勾画,是表现内涵的外在手段与基础;神是指人物的内在神采、神韵,是通过内在特征的把握表现个体特质的鲜活情态。形与神统一于画面中,共同反映对人物形象外在与内在、骨与肉的塑造,是情感立体化的展现。     

Modelling pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of an ICT-based student-centred learning (SCL) curriculum: a Singapore study

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) course that was conducted using the student-centred learning (SCL) approach. In this study, perceived usefulness was used as the dependent variable and perceived competence, course delivery, facilitating conditions and learning environment as independent variables. The results of this study showed that perceived competence and course delivery have direct effects on pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of the course, while learning environment and facilitating conditions affect perceived usefulness indirectly. Overall, the results support the hypothesis that the four selected variables in this study affect perceived usefulness and that the resulting model is an adequate fit to the observed relationships among the factors that influenced pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of an ICT course.

语言是文化的镜子,又是文化的载体,只有参悟了语言的文化因素和内涵,才能准确地掌握语言的意义和色彩,才能在跨文化交际过程中避免不必要的误解和冲突。对比英汉比喻的异同,可以为英语语言学习者提供借鉴,同时也为其跨文化交际敏悟性的培养与提高指出一个切入点。     

Identification of Wiener–Hammerstein models based on variational bayesian approach in the presence of process noise

This paper addresses the identification of Wiener–Hammerstein (WH) models in the presence of process and measurement noises, which has not been well studied yet in the existing works. To achieve an unbiased estimation, the model parameters are obtained by maximizing the likelihood function, which is solved in the expectation-maximization framework. Due to the difficulty of computing the posterior distributions of the latent variables of WH models, variational Bayes (VB) is used here, and a method for approximating the posterior distributions based on Monte Carlo integral is proposed in VB framework. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first time to use VB approach for WH model identification. Two simulation examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Moreover, the proposed method is used for a WH benchmark problem, and the results show that it improves the identification performance.     

A novel neural network to nonlinear complex-variable constrained nonconvex optimization

In this paper, a novel complex-valued neural network (CVNN) is proposed to investigate a nonlinear complex-variable nonconvex optimization problem (CVNOP) subject to general types of convex constraints, including inequality and bounded as well as equality constraints. The designed neural network is available to search the critical point set of CVNOP. In contrast with other related neural networks to complex-variable optimization problem, network herein contains fewer neurons and does not depend on exact penalty parameters. To our best knowledge, this is the first attempt to exploit the neural network to solve nonconvex complex-variable optimization problem. Furthermore, the presented network is also capable of solving convex or nonconvex real-variable optimization problem (RVNOP). Different from other existing neural networks for RVNOP, our network avoids the redundant computation of inverse matrix and relaxes some additional assumptions, comprising the objective function is bounded below over the feasible region or the objective function is coercive. Several numerical illustrations and practical results in beamforming provide the viability of the proposed network.     

我国"互联网+"政务服务标准化建设提升研究

随着我国"互联网+"政务服务的不断深化发展,"互联网+"政务服务标准化成为建设服务型政府的重要路径,也是政府标准化建设重要内容.结合当前我国"互联网+"政务服务标准化推进实践,总结现状及存在的主要问题.提出完善标准化建设顶层设计、加强政务信息数据共享、健全标准化建设监督考核机制、提高政务服务事项标准化程度的优化对策,为推进"互联网+"政务服务标准化建设提供参考借鉴.     

构建区域性青少年读者服务联盟初探

基于当前读者细分理论和图书馆联盟的研究和实践,根据我国基层图书馆现状和读者服务工作的实际要求,提出建立以服务青少年读者为导向的基层图书馆工作联盟,提高区域内青少年读者群体的服务水平,探索公共图书馆和中小学图书馆合作新模式。
