创业者先前技术经验对创业企业创新活动的影响

创业者的技术经验作为企业竞争优势的重要来源,对新创企业获取、转移和有效利用技术知识,开展技术创新活动具有重要影响.从创业者技术知识转移出发,分析了创业者的先前技术经验对创新活动的周期和集中性的影响,并运用美国"创业动态跟踪研究"的调查数据进行了实证分析,发现有先前技术经验的创业者创办企业的创新周期短,创新集中度高.     

Thermal mixing of two miscible fluids in a T-shaped microchannel

In this paper, thermal mixing characteristics of two miscible fluids in a T-shaped microchannel are investigated theoretically, experimentally, and numerically. Thermal mixing processes in a T-shaped microchannel are divided into two zones, consisting of a T-junction and a mixing channel. An analytical two-dimensional model was first built to describe the heat transfer processes in the mixing channel. In the experiments, de-ionized water was employed as the working fluid. Laser induced fluorescence method was used to measure the fluid temperature field in the microchannel. Different combinations of flow rate ratios were studied to investigate the thermal mixing characteristics in the microchannel. At the T-junction, thermal diffusion is found to be dominant in this area due to the striation in the temperature contours. In the mixing channel, heat transfer processes are found to be controlled by thermal diffusion and convection. Measured temperature profiles at the T-junction and mixing channel are compared with analytical model and numerical simulation, respectively.

基于贝叶斯网络的空间受限项目风险管理研究

空间受限项目的事故风险源多,且易诱发连锁反应。如何快速识别空间受限项目的风险源,并有效评估各个诱发节点的风险大小,对空间受限项目的风险管理具有重要意义。识别空间受限项目风险源并构造贝叶斯网络,通过贝叶斯网络推理的正向预测、反向诊断,获得各个风险源节点的后验概率,并计算风险源概率与事故发生的互信息,同时引入风险可控值概念及指标量化,构建基于贝叶斯网络的二维四区风险管理模型,提出空间受限项目风险源管理策略,最后通过一个实例对研究结果进行说明。     

浅析地方高校构建公共技术平台的作用

公共技术平台为企业的技术创新提供了有力的支持,是政府服务企业的重要措施。本文分析了公共技术平台的现状,认为在高校构建面向企业的公共技术平台具有多学科综合优势、人才资源优势、信息资源优势、设备资源优势,以及中立性、公正性和非盈利性优势,符合社会公共技术平台的社会公益性原则。     

APL-based flexibility analysis of manufacturing grid

With the characteristics of diversity, randomness, concurrency and decomposability, tasks in manufacturing field are very complicated, and so manufacturing grid(MG)should have considerable flexibility to deal with this problem. With the definition of node and arc, MG structure is converted into a small-world network. Given construction cost constraint, the problem of shortest task waiting time is transformed into the constrained optimization problem, and a corresponding flexibility analysis model based on average path length(APL)is proposed, and the premise of arc-length and node-distance are defined. The results of application example show that the analysis model is effective.     

Temperament, Harsh and Indulgent Parenting, and Chinese Children's Proactive and Reactive Aggression

This study examined the additive and interactive effects of temperament and harsh and indulgent parenting on Chinese children's proactive and reactive aggression. Participants were 401 children ( M age = 9.29 years, 203 girls) and their parents who were recruited from 2 elementary schools in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. The results showed that children's sensation seeking was associated with proactive aggression, whereas anger/frustration was associated with reactive aggression. Both subtypes of aggression were negatively related to children's effortful control but positively related to harsh parenting. Significant Temperament × Temperament and Parenting × Temperament interactions were also found. The findings point to similarities and differences between proactive and reactive aggression in relation to children's temperament and harsh and indulgent parenting in the Chinese context.

大型复杂项目的空间网络结构及其特征研究

大型复杂项目的网络不是多个子网的简单叠加,而是分层的空间结构。本文运用复杂网络理论和方法,构造了大型复杂项目空间网络结构的三元组模型,并定义了空间网络的联接运算与收缩运算;然后对子项目关联系数、子项目关键度指数、活动关键度指数及求解算法进行研究,由此可以从项目层次、子项目层次和活动层次分析大型复杂项目的空间网络结构特征,并提出针对性的管理策略。案例研究表明,本文提出的空间网络结构及网络运算可准确描述大型复杂项目的网络结构,同时通过分析网络特征可提出有效的项目管理策略。
