民族院校思想政治教育与大学生就业能力提升——以中央民族大学为例

本文探讨了就业能力的概念,结合工作实际从实务角度提出我国大学生就业能力是指毕业后两个月内毕业生获得工作的能力。按照曼茨.约克的观点,从专业素养、技能和品质、自我效能感三个方面对民族院校毕业生就业能力现状进行分析,提出发挥思想政治教育在大学生就业能力提升中的作用等三条途径。

自我主导理论的形成、价值及发展

自我主导理论是在美国较有影响力的学生发展理论,由玛歌达在基根所提出的自我主导性概念基础上创立.该理论认为,自我主导性是一种内在建构自我信念、自我身份和社会关系的能力,横跨认知、内在自我和人际关系三个维度;自我主导性的发展要经历"遵循外部权威""十字路口""自我主导性形成"三个阶段,且具有明显的阶段特征;"认知反思模型"和"学习伙伴模型"是自我主导性培养的基础和工具.自我主导理论的价值在于其在大学生事务领域、教师教学及发展域具有广泛的应用空间.未来研究将聚焦于评价工具的本土化及实践应用.     

Stabilizability of complex complex-valued memristive neural networks using non-fragile sampled-data control

This paper investigates the stability and stabilizability of complex-valued memristive neural networks (CVMNNs) with random time-varying delays via non-fragile sampled-data control. Taking the influence of gain fluctuations into account, a non-fragile sampled-data controller is designed for CVMNNs. Compared with the existing control schemes, the one here is more applicable and can effectively save the communication resources. The assumption on activation functions of CVMNNs is relaxed by only needing the complex-valued activation functions satisfying the Lipschitz condition. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), new stability and stabilizability criteria are derived for CVMNNs. Different from the existing results with the maximum absolute values of memristive connection weights, our ones are based on the average values of the maximum and minimum of the memristive connection weights. Finally, numerical simulations are given to validate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.     

Adaptive fuzzy output feedback fault-tolerant tracking control of switched uncertain nonlinear systems with sensor faults

This paper investigates the adaptive fuzzy output feedback fault-tolerant tracking control problem for a class of switched uncertain nonlinear systems with unknown sensor faults. In this paper, since the sensor may suffer from an unknown constant loss scaling failure, only actual output can be used for feedback design. A failure factor is employed to represent the loss of effectiveness faults. Then, an adaptive estimation coefficient is introduced to estimate the failure factor, and a state observer based on the actual output is constructed to estimate the system states. Fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the Lyapunov function method and the backstepping technique, the proposed control scheme with average dwell time constraints can guarantee that all states of the closed-loop system are bounded and the tracking error can converge to a small neighborhood of zero. Finally, two simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.     

浅谈智能化书架在高校图书馆的应用——以我市高校图书馆为例

随着科学技术的日益更新,图书馆智能化服务开始走入大众视野,此项举措不仅节省了读者的时间,而且大大降低了图书馆馆员的劳动强度,使馆员有更多的时间投入到提升读者服务质量的工作中.智能化书架,是一款依托RFID技术的图书馆智能化设备,其优点是以往传统书架无法比拟的.本文通过探讨智能化书架在我市高校图书馆的应用"零"现状及原因,对于以后如何做好智能化书架的推广工作提出升级RFID系统,提供部分免费服务,借助业内活动平台宣传等对策.
