医学院校生物技术专业发酵工程课程改革与实践

针对医学院校生物技术专业特点,结合我校生物技术专业特色,对发酵工程课程进行了教学内容和教学方法等方面的改革和实践,即优化了教学体系、对教学内容进行重组、教学方式采取多样化手段、改革实验教学方法和内容、改革和完善课程考核制度。     

医学院校生物技术实验室建设的探索与实践

针对医学院校生物技术实验室建设特点,结合我校生物技术专业特色,探讨了医学院校生物技术实验室建设的背景和必要性,并对生物技术实验室建设进行了探索与实践,即加强医学生物技术实验室师资队伍建设、大力加强实验室基础设施建设、完善实验室各项规章制度,并简要论述了实验室建设所取得的成效。     

从认知图示看文化意象翻译——以《红楼梦》中诗词为例

《红楼梦》诗词与中国古典诗词一脉相承,其中大量存在的文化意象误译,是文学翻译中的一个无法回避的问题。翻译的过程中,译者相关文化认知图式的缺失或不匹配是造成误译的重要原因。该文用认知图示理论探讨《红楼梦》两英译本中诗词文化意象翻译的异同。     

学术期刊体制改革背景下的《办法》热议述要

包括高校学报在内的学术期刊,长期深陷于体制性、结构性矛盾的重围之中,改革势在必行,已成学界共识。但国家新闻出版总署《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》的横空出世,却在期刊界、学术界产生了强烈反响,如潮热议至今未止。学者们主要围绕《办法》存在的纰漏、实施后可能产生的影响和出现的问题等,进行了多角度、全方位、立体式探讨。笔者对诸多观点进行概括性梳理与综合性解析,试图为进一步的研究提供参考。     

学习管理系统的社会性交互功能比较——基于对Blackboard、Moodle、Sakai的调查与使用体验

教育信息化的快速发展对技术支持的学习环境提出了更高的要求。学习管理系统集教学、学习与管理功能于一身,为辅助教师开展教学活动,以及实现教学交互提供了有力的技术支持。通过对国际和国内使用较为广泛的Blackboard、Moodle和Sakai三款学习管理系统在社会性交互方面的比较发现,三款学习管理系统在支持学习者与教师间的交互方面主要体现在通知、日程、作业、成绩簿、内置邮件、投票、测验等模块,在支持学习者与学习者间的交互方面主要体现在聊天室、讨论区、Wiki、内置邮件等模块。三款学习管理系统在细节设置上各有特色：Sakai的通知和日历功能最为强大,Moodle和Sakai支持在线协作编辑;Moodle在论坛模块的用户界面呈现良好、使用便捷;Blackboard能够方便地支持用户角色设置。因此,教师在选择学习管理系统时,应充分挖掘各类系统的特色功能,综合运用多种交互工具,整合各种教学系统,使之能更好地促进远程学习者的有效交互和有效学习。     

Stochastic input-to-state stability of random impulsive nonlinear systems

In this paper, the stochastic input-to-state stability is investigated for random impulsive nonlinear systems, in which impulses happen at random moments. Employing Lyapunov-based approach, sufficient conditions for the stochastic input-to-state stability are established based on the connection between the properties of system and impulsive intervals. Two classes of impulsive systems are considered: (1) the systems with single jump map; (2) the systems with multiple jump maps. Finally, some examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.     

Limitations on the human capital transferability of adult migrants in Spain: Incentive or barrier for a new investment in education?

Many empirical studies on immigrant integration document the benefits of an education acquired in the country of destination. In this article; we study how the degree of human capital transferability affects an immigrant's chances of studying in Spain. We used data from the Spanish Labour Force Survey (2008–2015) for a sample of adults aged 18–55 who had left the educational system. The main findings show that natives are the ethnic group with the highest likelihood of re-enrolling in education. Amongst immigrants, those with fewer limitations on human capital transferability also invest more. These results question the predictions of the Immigrant Human Capital Investment model which expect that immigrants whose human capital depreciates upon arrival and those who can obtain a higher return on a new investment in education are therefore more likely to study. Moreover, the effect of skill transferability differs depending on the type of obstacle and the kind of education. Immigrants with less linguistic and cultural familiarity with the host country are less likely to undertake non-formal education than formal education. However, when the transferability obstacles are related to administrative requirements and legal restrictions, the probability of investing in non-formal education is higher. We conclude that immigrants with low skill transferability are not only less well integrated in the labour market upon arrival, but are also less able to redress that disadvantage through a new investment in education.     

Altmetrics的形成与演进:理论假说、发展阶段及学科关系

[目的/意义] Altmetrics诞生十周年之际，对其前期发展情况进行总结，有助于推动其往积极方向发展。[方法/过程] 利用文献计量方法进行量化研究以展现Altmetrics领域的总体研究和发展情况；从术语变迁、定义等方面揭示其内涵；提出三种理论假说寻求Altmetrics存在合理性的理论支撑；划分不同阶段梳理其发展程度；分析它与其他学科的关系以明确学科属性及价值。[结果/结论] Altmetrics为计量学提供了一种新思维、新方法；开放科学假说、数字学术假说和学术传承假说符合新环境Altmetrics发展的新特点，有效支撑了Altmetrics的存在与发展；Altmetrics发展迅速，但现阶段处于发展初期，且国内外发展程度存在差异；在辨析与其密切相关学科之间关系的基础上，认为需推动Altmetrics自身学科纵深发展以及加强跨学科的合作研究。     

女性话语的身体性

身体在伊瑞格蕾（Irigaray）的“女人话”（parler-femme／female language）,西苏（Cixous）的“女性写作”（ecriture feminine／women＇s writing）和克里斯蒂娃（Kristeva）的“符号界”（the semiotic）理论当中都占有重要位置。但前两者所强调的女性话语依然是建立在本质主义的女性身体基础上的,因此在颠覆男性-意识／女性-身体这个西方传统二元对立项的同时又无形中使之强化。克里斯蒂娃则摆脱了本质主义的身体,倡导回归母性空间和身体性的符号界。这就取消了原有的二元对立,使女性话语成为男性和女性都可以介入的反男性中心话语和理性主义的表达方式。     

Students with special educational needs and cooperative learning in the ordinary classroom: some learnings from teaching practice

This article presents the results of a study to determine the strategies used by teachers to include students with special educational needs in regular classrooms, primarily using Cooperative Learning strategies. It aims to identify the factors of inclusive learning in order to enhance the participation and learning of all students in the classroom and in their cooperative teams. A qualitative case study was carried out in the context of the teachers participating in a postgraduate course ‘expert in cooperative learning’ offered by the University of Alcalá (Spain), over a period of six years (2011–2017), involving the participation of 176 professional teachers. All the participants attended an annual university continuous training course on cooperative learning. Document analysis, in-depth interviews and a questionnaire designed ad hoc were used. The conclusions include the importance of cooperative work in facilitating inclusive education, with a variety of different strategies used to respond to all students' needs, and those with special educational needs in particular, and the coordination required between teachers and special educational needs specialists to implement those strategies.
