一个合格的实验室,必定有一支合格的实验技术队伍。本文提出了一个合格的实验技术人员要从思想品德、身心素质、知识技术、业务能力四个方面来全面衡量,使素质结构不断完善和优化。     

非洲英语国家图书情报院校一览表

本表列出了非洲说英语的国家（撒哈拉南部国家,不包括南非和埃及）,大学层次以上的图情院校的简单情况,不含图书馆培训、图书馆协会及有关机构。加纳曾于１９４４年在非洲最早创建图书馆学教育和培训,但一年后即中止。因此,１９５９年,位于尼日利亚的依巴丹大学图书馆学校便成了非洲第一所正式开设图书馆学教育的学校。８０年代,现代情报意识融入图书馆学科,９０年代则是非洲情报学教育的开端。目前,非洲的图情教育已具备了不同的层次规模,从大学毕业文凭到博士学位证书都相继设立,而且,众多院校始终都在程度不同地接受国际研究…     

激励与规约：产教融合型企业认定评价探索

产教融合被提升到国家经济发展的战略高度, 本着激励与规约原则开展产教融合型企业认定和评价是推进产教融合、校企合作的创新举措。评价的基础是企业的社会责任、育人主体地位及其在职教中发挥的关键作用。评价内容要突出过程,要关注融合前的资源整合、融合中的机制运行以及融合后的效果成绩等方面要素。评价必须以政府为主体,以成熟期企业为评价对象,坚持责权利的统一,并健全与之配套的政策、制度与法规体系,才能有效促进企业深度融入合作。     

Academic Self-Perceptions and Academic Achievement in Chinese Children: A Multiwave Longitudinal Study

This study examined reciprocal contributions between academic self-perceptions and academic achievement. Data were collected each year in four consecutive years from a sample of children in China (initial N = 1,156; 581 boys; initial M_age = 9.33 years). Analyses using random intercept cross-lagged panel models revealed that the effects of academic achievement on self-perceptions tended to be more evident in lower grades and the effects of academic self-perceptions on achievement tended to be more evident in higher grades. Latent growth curve analyses showed that the initial level of academic self-perceptions and achievement moderated the growth of each other. The results indicate the contributions between academic self-perceptions and achievement that occur in a progressive cascading manner in Chinese children.     

中小学校本教研实施现状调查

校本教研是新课改背景下促进教师专业成长的重要的研究方式。对校本教研实施现状的调查与分析,对深化教学研究、充分发挥以校为本的教学研究效能具有积极的现实意义。本调查通过对校本教研实施的形式、内容、态度、效果等为内容,对重庆市的三个小学和三个中学的教师开展调查。本文汇报了调查结果并进行分析,讨论了校本教研的发展现状,归纳了校本教研实施中存在的组织形式单一、教研形式趋同、教研方面偏差、教研制度不健全等问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,并提出了改进建议。     

Measurement of cell compressibility changes during epithelial–mesenchymal transition based on acoustofluidic microdevice

Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) confers migratory and invasiveness abilities on cancer cells, as well as leading to changes in biomechanical properties and cytoskeletal structure. Cell mechanical properties are considered to be promising label-free markers for diagnosis of cancer metastasis. In this work, cell compressibility, a novel and important parameter of cell mechanical properties, was measured directly and quickly using a specially designed acoustofluidic microdevice. The compressibilities of cells with different metastatic potentials were investigated. Based on a comparison of the measurement results, non-metastatic cells exhibited lower compressibility than metastatic cells. The correlation between cell compressibility and EMT status was further studied; the results showed that the acquisition of mesenchymal status was accompanied by an increase in cell compressibility. These findings imply strong correlations among cell compressibility, EMT status, and invasiveness. Therefore, cell compressibility represents a novel biomechanical marker for evaluating malignant transformation and metastasis of cancer.     

技术知识定位矩阵在技术创新路径组合中的应用

本文在介绍了知识螺旋和技术创新路径组合的相关理论后,分析了在自主创新和二次创新模式下知识螺旋的特点,并以知识螺旋和技术知识成熟度为两个维度构建了技术知识定位矩阵,然后在矩阵中比较了自主创新和二次创新的知识分布图的区别,并分别分析了技术创新路径组合的四种模式下,技术知识在定位矩阵中的分布和衔接,根据分布和衔接形成的“知识空洞”和“知识赘肉”提出相对应的创新管理措施,从而使企业的技术创新能力随着知识螺旋得以提升。     

柔性板式膜生物反应器处理生活污水的试验研究

采用新型柔性板式膜生物反应器(FMBR)对生活污水进行处理,并分别对COD、SS以及浊度等参数进行了考察。实验结果表明,当进水COD为400～600mg/L、膜通量在10～30L/m2.h时,最终出水COD50mg/L,浊度1NTU,SS几乎为0,对COD、SS以及浊度平均去除率分别达到92%、99%,100%,同时污泥浓度和反应器容积负荷都有显著提高,处理效果良好,出水水质稳定。     

薪酬公平感对企业员工责任心的影响——基于国有大中型企业的实证研究

以四川省若干国有大中型企业及下属各企业的各级主管人员和普通员工为研究对象,基于242份有效问卷进行探索性因素分析和多元逐步回归分析,以探求在我国文化背景下的国有大中型企业中员工薪酬公平感和企业员工责任心的结构维度以及两者之间的关系.     

Dielectrophoresis of DNA: Quantification by impedance measurements

Dielectrophoretic properties of DNA have been determined by measuring capacitance changes between planar microelectrodes. DNA sizes ranged from 100 bp to 48 kbp, DNA concentrations from below 0.1 to 70 μg∕ml. Dielectrophoretic spectra exhibited maximum response around 3 kHz and 3 MHz. The strongest response was found for very long DNA (above 10 kbp) and for short 100 bp fragments, which corresponds to the persistence length of DNA. The method allows for an uncomplicated, automatic acquisition of the dielectrophoretic properties of submicroscopical objects without the need for labeling protocols or optical accessibility.
