中国大学网站的网络计量学研究

利用网络计量学方法，分析了国内主要大学网站的链接数、网络影响因子与这些大学在国内比较公认的大学排名中的得分之间的相关关系。同时验证了利用不同的搜索引擎的数据得到的结果的一致性，以及就某一搜索引擎而言，不同时间段收集到的两轮数据得到的结果的一致性。     

一流大学建设高校海归教师科研表现自我评价的调查分析

高校海归教师是归国留学人员的重要组成群体,他们知识储备丰富、国际化视野宽广。本研究基于跨文化再适应视角,采用问卷调查的方式,对41所一流大学建设高校的1417名海归教师回国后的科研表现及其主要影响因素进行调查分析。调查结果显示,海归教师对其在课题申报和成果发表方面的评价不高;其在海外学习和工作期间的适应情况、对院系工作氛围的认同程度以及与海外导师、同事或同门开展合作的频率,对海归教师的科研表现具有显著的正向影响。     

后保管时代建设项目原始信息档案化的研究应用——基于建设项目管理者的业务驱动型电子档案管理

《建设项目电子文件归档和电子档案管理暂行办法》的施行,标志着我国建设项目档案管理迈进了以电子档案为主的后保管时代;后现代主义哲学家德里达关于记忆的档案化理论对建设项目电子档案管理具有指导意义.论文从档案形成者角度提出的“原始信息档案化”,从电子档案形成主体和原始信息两个源头保证电子档案的真实性,其本质是对信息的实时采集和标准化管理,关键是法规遵从性机制与透明化体系的契合,目标是形成真实、完整、全息的电子档案.     

面向学术图书的Altmetrics指标分析

[目的/意义] 探讨Altmetrics指标对学术图书影响力进行评价的有效性,为学术图书评价工作提出合理建议。[方法/过程] 获取Twitter提及量、Mendeley阅读量、在线书评数量以及馆藏量指标数据,对数据集的覆盖率、分位数等统计量分析后,将被引频数与Altmetrics指标进行了指标间相关系数检验,再对高Altmetrics指标值的学术图书进行年份分布、学科差异及图书主题等实证分析,探究各指标在学术图书影响力评价中的应用。[结果/结论] 传统计量指标被引频数与Altmetrics指标之间的相关性较低,说明Altmetrics可以作为学术图书评价的一个新视角,不同Altmetrics指标反映了学术图书影响力的不同维度。未来的学术图书影响力评价建议结合学术图书的年份、学科等特征,将传统的引文与Altmetrics指标相结合,探索更全面有效的评价机制。     

Search boundaries: human flesh search,privacy law,and internet regulation in China

This research examines privacy law and Human Flesh Search (HFS) on the Chinese Internet. HFS is spontaneous, widely participated search and publication of targeted individuals’ personal information on the Internet. This research sees HFS as an important form of non-institutional information gathering and publication, and argues that the regulation of HFS is not only about privacy but also line-drawing for information collection and dissemination in the digital setting. Therefore, legal instruments and court cases in relation to HFS and online privacy must be assessed as important components of the Chinese state’s Internet regulatory scheme. This research finds that the paired concepts of ‘flexibility and populism,’ key features of legal reform and development in contemporary China, are highly relevant to analyze the growth of digital privacy laws in China. The political-legal authorities’ experimentation and innovation in the development of the law shed important light on how China’s Internet governance adapts to changing circumstances and strives to keep pace with profound social transformations in new technological environments.     

Health science libraries in Sweden: new directions,expanding roles

Librarians in Sweden are facing huge challenges in meeting the demands of their organisations and users. This article looks at four key areas: coping with open science/open access initiatives; increasing demands from researchers for support doing systematic reviews; understanding user experiences in Swedish health science libraries; and the consequences of expanding roles for recruitment and continuing professional development. With regard to changing roles, there is an increasing shift from the generalist towards the expert role. The authors raise the issue as to how to prepare those new to the profession to the changing environment of health science libraries.     

浅议会计电算化对会计工作的影响

数字资源语义互联研究(II) ——桥本体系统的设计与实现

采用静态和动态相结合的方案构建桥本体,利用Protégé 3.4静态构建桥本体的类、子类和属性,在Eclipse SDKv3.4.2开发平台下,通过语义相似度计算动态构建桥本体的实例和属性值,最终形成可共享的OWL语言描述的桥本体。
