台湾通识教育取得的成就有目共睹，但也陷入了深深的现代性困惑之中：整个社会的工具理性霸权使通识教育的功能变得很柔软，而台湾通识教育本身也存在着价值取向、行为取向的偏失以及形式主义思维。“大学复兴”是对台湾通识教育现代性困惑反思后得出的结论。     

Communicating Consumer Complaints: Message Content and its Perceived Effectiveness

Consumers sometimes experience discontent when they interact with companies and may complain to communicate their dissatisfaction. To date, most researchers have focused on what organizations do to remedy consumer dissatisfaction without examining the content of the complaint messages. This is regrettable considering the degree to which organizations comply with complaints may be a function of what consumers say. Using Garner's (2009 Garner , J. T. ( 2009 ). When things go wrong at work: An exploration of organizational dissent messages . Communication Studies , 60 , 197 – 218 . doi: 10.1080/10510970902834916 [Taylor &; Francis Online] , [Google Scholar]) typology of organizational influence and dissent as a theoretical guide, we created a measure of consumer complaining to determine what people say when they complain to companies and what messages they perceive to be effective in gaining compliance.

关于上博简《孔子诗论》编联排序的几个问题

在对上博简《诗论》次序的编排中，不宜把29支简之间看作有非常严密而清晰的逻辑关系。应坚持形制优先的做法，竹简上的墨节可能是“章”而不是“篇”的隔离符号，它对判断第1支简的归属关系有重要意义，留白简的空白处原来可能没有字，可作为一个单元编联，要对竹书残缺的部分进行补字，必须根据形制来确定字数，用“句式法”和“篇名法”补字是有效的，但不能把这种方法扩大化或绝对化。     

试论WTO规则对我国行政诉讼制度建设的影响

加入WTO必将对我国的行政诉讼制度产生深刻的影响。我国已建立的行政诉讼制度为我国加入WTO提供了良好的平台，但在行政诉讼的司法审查范围、司法审查原则以及法律适用程序规范依据等方面与WTO规则要求相比还有较大差距。及时修订和完善行政诉讼制度，以应对加入WTO的需要，具有十分重要的现实意义。     

Quality early childhood education in Costa Rica? Policy,practice, outcomes and challenges

High‐quality early childhood education has been shown to improve school outcomes in several developing and developed nations. The history of policy around pre‐school education in Costa Rica is described as background to presenting cross‐sectional data on the emergent literacy skills of low‐income Costa Rican children in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade from six schools (n?=?335). These data suggest that Costa Rican children show rather limited emergent literacy knowledge at the end of kindergarten. In addition, instruction in nine kindergarten classrooms is described and evaluated in order to provide vignettes of educational practice. The need for developmentally appropriate practice around emergent literacy skills and articulation with 1st grade is discussed and appropriate professional development is called for.     

论现代化理念及其两个维度

本文前半部分从文明形态转变说、社会形态转变说以及资源利用形态转变说三方面清理了现代化作为一种理念的内在涵义,试图为现代化问题提供某些共识基础。文章的后半部分分析了现代化的两个维度—既成的事实与未来的筹划。针对前者,作者认为,关于现代化的研究首先是历史的研究即现代化史的研究;针对后者,作者论证了后发现代化国家的现代化发展过程总是表现为政府和个人对未来的筹划过程,重要的是对筹划的方式、内容及其实施效果的评估。作者最后强调一个观点：东方的现代化乃至现代化史,不是自然而然地发生的,而是错综复杂的人为建构的。
