《周易》民本思想略论

民本思想是《周易》博大精深的思想体系中重要的组成部分。本文试从顺天应民的重民思想、益民求利的富民思想、重讼明法的治民思想，重师慎战的保民思想、尚贤任能的安民思想等五个方面对其民本思想的丰富内涵作一简要论述。

微型计算机自动控制系统在我国已经得到了广泛的应用，使用微型计算机系统构成检测与报警系统，可实现最佳的综合控制。通过I／U（即电流转换成电压的转换板）转换板和HY-6041板最终将电流信号转换为数字信号，然后由应用软件进行数据处理，配合数字或图像显示和越限报警实现报警与自动控制的功能。     

Improved cadmium uptake and accumulation in the hyperaccumulator Sedum alfredii: the impact of citric acid and tartaric acid

The elucidation of a natural strategy for metal hyperaccumulation enables the rational design of technologies for the clean-up of metal-contaminated soils.Organic acid has been suggested to be involved in toxic metallic element tolerance,translocation,and accumulation in plants.The impact of exogenous organic acids on cadmium(Cd) uptake and translocation in the zinc(Zn)/Cd co-hyperaccumulator Sedum alfredii was investigated in the present study.By the addition of organic acids,short-term(2 h) root uptake of 109 Cd increased significantly,and higher 109 Cd contents in roots and shoots were noted 24 h after uptake,when compared to controls.About 85% of the 109 Cd taken up was distributed to the shoots in plants with citric acid(CA) treatments,as compared with 75% within controls.No such effect was observed for tartaric acid(TA).Reduced growth under Cd stress was significantly alleviated by low CA.Long-term application of the two organic acids both resulted in elevated Cd in plants,but the effects varied with exposure time and levels.The results imply that CA may be involved in the processes of Cd uptake,translocation and tolerance in S.alfredii,whereas the impact of TA is mainly on the root uptake of Cd.     

Evaluation and optimization of secondary water supply system renovation

Due to pollution in second water supply system (SWSS),nine renovation alternative plans were proposed and com-prehensive evaluations of different plan based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) were presented in this paper. Comparisons of advantages and disadvantages among the plans of SWSS renovations provided solid foundation for selecting the most appro-priate plan for engineering projects. In addition,a mathematical model of the optimal combination of renovation plans has been set up and software Lingo was used to solve the model. As a case study,the paper analyzed 15 buildings in Tianjin City. After simulation of the SWSS renovation system,an optimal scheme was obtained,the result of which indicates that 10 out of those 15 buildings need be renovated in priority. The renovation plans selected for each building are the ones ranked higher in the com-prehensive analysis. The analysis revealed that the optimal scheme,compared with two other randomly calculated ones,increased the percentage of service population by 19.6% and 13.6% respectively,which significantly improved social and economical benefits.     

高校财务管理工作中存在的问题及对策

当前,高校财务管理工作存在着理财观念保守、预算编制不科学、预算执行不严格、效益意识淡薄、内部监控制度不健全等一系列问题。要提高财务管理的水平,高校财务部门必须加强预算管理,强化理财意识,树立效益观念,提高财务分析能力．完善内部控制制度,建立开放的财务管理系统。     

语言知识与语言习得

获得语言知识不是语言学习的目的,但语言知识却是进行语言交际的基础性工具。按照乔姆斯基的普遍语法理论,人类能够习得语言是基于一种本能,是习语者的内在因素和语言环境等外在因素共同作用的结果。语言、文化知识的介入对语言习得的影响是多方面的,如何克服其带来的负面影响,是语言研究者和语言教学者需要共同面对的课题。     

基于知识库建设的图书馆知识流通系统的构建

在讨论知识库功能与作用的基础上，设计构建一种以知识库建设为基础的图书馆知识流通系统，为图书馆实现以用 户知识需求为中心的知识组织与服务的知识管理提供有效的途径。     

基于科学知识图谱的国内外概化理论研究可视化分析

研究对比国内外概化理论研究的异同,为国内概化理论研究发展提供参考。基于CNKI、Webof Science数据库,分别选取2001—2020年中文373篇、外文734篇文献,借助CiteSpace软件定量分析国内外研究的发文数量、主题内容和合作关系。结果表明,国内外概化理论研究呈现积极增长态势;美国与加拿大对概化理论研究关注度一直保持较高水平,与世界各国合作紧密;国内的概化理论研究深度略低于国外,作者及机构之间的合作较分散,应加强与国际的交流与合作。     

建设合作型学习环境提升高职教育的幸福指数

教育的人文价值目标是幸福教育,教育的真正目的在于促进个体获得幸福体验,提升幸福意识,发展幸福能力。现代教学论认为,要明确倡导在教学活动中确认与重视学生的主体地位,文章通过倡导分组、合作、实施汇报的合作型学习环境使学生找到学习的意义、人生的价值,在提高学生动手实践职业能力的同时让学生掌握寻找幸福的能力。
