关于进一步提高师德水平一些思考

近年来，随着教育教学改革的不断深入，如何提高教师的师德水平，日渐成为社会关注的热点问题。一个教师的师德水平高低，看不见，摸不着，更说不清，正因为如此，许多地方在抓师德建设时无所适从，无从下手。如何使师德水平进一步得到提高，新疆交通职业技术学院多年来一直不断研究与探讨。     

永恒不竭的创造力使歌德不朽

创造和探究在歌德看来是一种新发现或很好的发现,他一生的激情来自不断的耕耘勤奋的创造力。歌德的作品对人性的各个方面,无论在高度上还是在深度上,都描写得竭尽无余。他用雄伟的人格,以优秀的作家品格,创造出了罕见的作品,给德国人民,乃至世界人民贡献了毕生的精力。歌德内心世界因他顽强的创造力的呵护而飞扬,并因此走进伟大。     

The pedantic 21st century freshman engineering student

This paper reviews many of the observed characteristics and study habits of first-year students in Iowa State University's electrical engineering programme (Ames, Iowa, USA). The studying and problem-solving practices of the students are discussed to identify salient traits, strengths and weaknesses, and critical symptoms thereof, which can affect learning in technical fields, as well as life-long learning. The effects the Internet and the use of computer games have on student thinking and problem-solving approaches are also discussed.

神话讲述的是宇宙的形成和人类的起源,它包容了宗教、巫术、风俗、艺术、哲学等在内的综合文化现象,具有人类文化史的意义。在藏区广为流传的罗刹女与猕猴结合的神话蕴含着这样的历史真实:早期的藏族先民对于人类起源的认识具有一定的正确性,并与达尔文的进化论惊人地吻合,青藏高原上很早就有人类生存,而现代藏族人的先民主要就是土生土长的青藏高原古代居民。     

Improving College Enrollment of At-Risk Students at the School Level

Many federal, state, and local education policy priorities are aimed at preparing high school students, especially those at risk, to be college- and career-ready when they graduate from high school. A number of programs across different institutional entities have been initiated to achieve these goals, encompassing individual partnerships with schools. Many of these programs include a variety of interventions, ranging from college and course counseling to college visits. Although there have been some evaluations of the larger federal programs, and some state and district programs, few have examined national observational data on the impact of these programmatic efforts on college enrollments. This study uses the HSLS:09 database to investigate the impact of specific treatments in at-risk schools on college enrollments. Results show that several of these programmatic initiatives have a positive effect on college enrollment; however, the effects are small compared to some of those reported by other national studies.     

内蒙古生态畜牧业的战略目标及其伦理分析

内蒙古自治区党委、政府出台的《关于转变生产经营方式发展生态畜牧业的意见》全面阐述了内蒙古草原生态畜牧业发展模式的基本思路、原则、目标以及所采取的具体措施。发展内蒙古草原生态畜牧业的最终战略目标是为经济和生态发展?还是为社会和人的发展?这一问题的深层内涵与当代环境伦理学、经济伦理学和发展伦理学的价值观有密切关系。只有充分吸收和利用当代生态伦理学、经济伦理学和发展伦理学的基本理论,树立现代生态伦理观、经济伦理观和发展伦理观,才能全面落实内蒙古草原生态畜牧业的科学发展观。     

构建高校"三位一体"的反分裂斗争的牢固防线

本文从加强高校领导干部的思想政治建设、教师队伍政治素质的培养和学生的思想政治工作三方面入手 ,阐述了在高校构建“三位一体”的反分裂斗争的牢固防线的必要性、可行性和长期性。     

Responding to the Increased Needs of College Students: A Case Study of Case Management

The psychological needs of college students lead to overwhelming demand on college counseling centers’ resources. In this article, we review models of case management in Higher Education including the administrative, behavioral intervention, and counseling center models. We also present a case study of the 3-year development of a counseling center case management service. Initial data suggest that expanding the role of a counseling center case manager to allow for frequent appointments/follow-up and standardizing counseling center case management procedures led to improved appointment attendance and increased communication with students following referral. A vignette and suggestions for other centers are also presented.
