论创业教育与社会实践活动的有机结合

创业教育的最终目的是培养具有创业基本素质和开创型个性的建设者和接班人：社会实践活动是形成和提高创业基本素质的运动载体。创业教育要想得以迅速、健康的发展，必须要将二者有效地结合起来。     

Relationship between the size of pontocerebellar angle tumor and audiology

Objective: To study the relationship between the size of pontocerebellar angle tumor and audiology. Methods: Retrospective analysis of accoustically evoked brainstem response (ABR) waveforms and pure tone threshold in 27 subjects with tumor of pontocerebellar angle. Results: ABR wave forms and pure tone threshold were significantly affected statistically by the size of tumors, especially those tumor larger than 3 cm in diameter. Conclusion: The primary symptom of the patient was unilateral hearing loss. Early discovery of the lesion is important and ABR is a sensitive tool for early diagnose of the tumor.     

Understanding teachers’ motivation for and commitment to teaching: profiles of Chinese early career,early childhood teachers

ABSTRACT

To better understand the reasons underlying attrition and the teacher shortage, and to develop ways to attract and retain high-quality teachers in early childhood education, it is necessary to explore teacher motivation and commitment to teaching. Although previous research has investigated various aspects of teacher motivation and commitment to teaching, little attention has been paid to this in the context of early childhood teachers, especially early career teachers. Drawing upon in-depth interviews with 12 early career, early childhood teachers in mainland China, this study aims to examine early career early childhood teachers’ motivation to teach and commitment to teaching in the Chinese context. Four distinct types of early career, early childhood educators were identified: committed passionate, committed compromiser, undecided, and uncommitted. Each of these had unique motives for teaching and different levels of commitment to kindergarten teaching in mainland China. The four types of early career early childhood teachers identified in this study demonstrate the diversity and complexity of teaching motivation and commitment to teaching in the field of early childhood education. The findings from this study can provide implications for policy-makers and teacher educators to enhance novice teachers’ motivation and commitment to teaching in the early childhood context.     

家长会初探

在升学和“提高”教学质量的压力下，家长会原有的功能已经丧失，正在“变味”。为了使家长会起到班主任、任课教师和家长交流，探讨教育孩子方法的“舞台”的作用，笔者认为：①做好规划追求实效；②分批召开家长会；③让家长感知孩子的优点与不足，让家长成为家长会的主角。     

治理情境下的我国高校学科交流合作的路径探析

学科是大学课程的核心,是左右高校学术命运的指挥棒,决定着我国高校学术研究和学科建设的生存发展。学科制度的运作在一定程度上造成了学科专业之间的隔阂和封闭、行政管理部门的领导使学科合作不能完全按照教育规律和学术精神处置、学科评价制度和学科奖惩制度不科学等是高校学科缺乏交流合作的原因。治理情境下协调学科交流合作的路径是:发展交叉学科、综合性学科和边缘性学科,建设合理科学健全的管理制度,构建学习型院校以及重视学科之间的横向交流合作。     

学校亟需信息主管

改革传统教学模式,培养未来公民的信息素质,规范各类教育信息资源,学校管理创新等,在教育信息化进程中,学校亟需信息主管从深化教育体制改革的战略高度统筹规划。学校信息主管应做好教育信息化网络平台建设,教育信息化资源建设,教育信息化在教学、科研、管理行为中的渗透,学校教育信息化氛围的形成四个层面的工作。学校信息主管应同时具备教育技术学、计算机科学、现代教育管理等方面的知识。     

技师培训及其评价之管窥

培养高级技能型人才是把先进的科学技术转化为现实生产力的重要措施。本文主要研究了技师培训的目的、意义，应当解决的几个问题以及设置科学的技师评价系统。建立了评价技能型人才的数学模型。     

On mathematical understanding: perspectives of experienced Chinese mathematics teachers

Researchers have long debated the meaning of mathematical understanding and ways to achieve mathematical understanding. This study investigated experienced Chinese mathematics teachers’ views about mathematical understanding. It was found that these mathematics teachers embrace the view that understanding is a web of connections, which is a result of continuous connection making. However, in contrast to the popular view which separates understanding into conceptual and procedural, Chinese teachers prefer to view understanding in terms of concepts and procedures. They place more stress on the process of concept development, which is viewed as a source of students’ failures in transfer. To achieve mathematical understanding, the Chinese teachers emphasize strategies such as reinventing a concept, verbalizing a concept, and using examples and comparisons for analogical reasoning. These findings draw on the perspective of classroom practitioners to inform the long-debated issue of the meaning of mathematical understanding and ways to achieve mathematical understanding.     

多媒体技术的应用

多媒体计算机技术使计算机具有综合处理声音、文字、图像和视频信息的能力，它以形象丰富的声、文、图像信息和方便的交互性，极大地改善了人机界面，改变了使用计算机的方式，从而为计算机进入人灰生活 和生产的各个领域打开了大门，为人们的学习、工作、生活带来了深远的影响。     

基于顾客关系营销的企业上网内容评价研究

企业上网内容的有效性从根本上影响着企业上网作用的发挥，因此，对企业上网基本内容的客观评价显得十分重要。从关系营销的角度建立了企业上网内容关系营销效用度评价模型，并选取西安市26家旅游企业，进行了实证分析。
