我国网络计量学研究的文献计量分析

本文对网络计量学的起源与常用术语进行了探讨,并统计分析了《中国学术期刊全文数据库》的126篇网络计量学研究论文的年代分布及数量增长趋势、获基金支持情况、著者情况、期刊分布、机构及地区分布、主题分布等,确定了网络计量学的核心作者、核心期刊与核心研究机构,指出了网络计量学研究过程中存在的问题与发展趋势。     

Personnel accounting timeliness: An HPI case study from the U.S. Navy

The U.S. Navy must account for the whereabouts of 350, 000 sailors, so maintaining accurate personnel accounting records is critical. However, personnel records are not always updated in a timely fashion. The human performance improvement model was applied to the timeliness of personnel transactions performance gap, with encouraging results.     

论叙事张力——从"孤军八百"事件说起

因为时间的不可逆,任何事件的表现形式都是唯一的,因而传统的历史文本就被认为是这一唯一呈现形式的复制品,并对它产生了毫无戒心的心理依赖,也就是认为历史文本是已发生事件的镜像,是真实的。然而,新历史主义认为,事件是真实的,但经过叙事者＂加工＂后呈现的叙事文本却与文学文本一样是想象的产物。所以,同一历史事件,不同的叙事者因为视角、立场等的约制而呈现出不同的形态,叙事在此表现出强大的张力。     

美国马歇尔大学网络教育的组织管理及思考

随着网络教育日渐进入主流教育行业,网络教育的组织管理的重要性日益突出。网络教育组织管理包括发展合作团队、创建良好流程、培养技术娴熟的教师、强化网络课程的设计、发展和评价。本论文以美国马歇尔大学为例,对网络教育的组织管理进行阐述,以期能对中国网络教育发展提供有益启示。     

Dimensions of diversity: Challenges to secondary school teachers with implications for intercultural teacher education

The study used the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) questionnaire instrument developed by Hammer and Bennett (2001) to determine the level of intercultural sensitivity of Hong Kong secondary school teachers. Three hundred and eighty-six serving teachers were surveyed. Findings revealed that the majority of the teachers were operating in the beginning stage, denial/defense, of the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS). They saw the world from an ethnocentric perspective and held a negative view on evaluating cultural differences. Predominantly, emphasis tended to be placed on cultural similarities, and the recognition of cultural differences was superficial. The implications for teacher education are discussed.     

Organizational realignment case study: Adding value by analyzing performance

The U.S. Navy is a global organization with an annual budget in excess of $140 billion and employs roughly 330, 000 sailors. A multilevel adaptation of the human performance model was applied to look across organizations for functional areas where efficiencies could be gained by standardizing business practices and cooperating across organizational boundaries. The resulting 17‐to‐1 return on investment is attributed to the process of working through the model with a team of executive stakeholders.     

网络海量信息环境下的情报方法体系研究

现代情报工作呈现出网络化、信息海量化的特点,因此情报方法也发生了很大的变化。针对这种环境的变化,对情报工作中所应用到的方法按照情报工作流程进行梳理总结,主要包括信息采集与获取方法、信息分析与处理方法、情报研究与传递方法。     

针对学术定义的抽取规则构建方法研究

学术定义是学术研究中一种基础性的知识。科技文献中蕴含着丰富的定义,对定义进行自动抽取是知识抽取的一种应用。这些定义具有一定的特征与规律,利用这些特征与规律形成规则对定义进行抽取是常见的方法。定义抽取中最重要的工作是规则构建。文章通过对定义语句的结构方式和分类进行研究,提出了一种基于多重规则的学术定义抽取规则构建方案。该方案通过构建模式规则、句法规则以及加权词规则,构建学术定义抽取所需要的多重规则。     

论知识管理与知识工程的差异性及其发展

从学科学派、核心内容、外围要素以及发展趋势等四个方面详细探讨知识管理与知识工程的区别.通过分析发现以下两个结论:一、知识管理与知识工程尽管字面上比较相近,但实际上却有着质的区别,知识管理的用户是人,知识工程的用户是计算机;二、图书情报技术专家的研究正好介于知识管理与知识工程之间.知识处理一定以学术文献为主要处理对象,并适当借助自然语言处理技术,深入文献内容结构及语义表达进行分析,实现知识元层面的自动化处理.
