“传统互动”和“新媒体”互动两种模式的选择取向各有其合理性和局限性,增强高校辅导员与大学生互动的有效性是一项系统工程,需要辅导员从转变互动理念,关注并满足大学生的心理诉求;明确互动目的,促进大学生全面发展目标的实现;遵循互动规律,激发互为主体的能动性与创造性;总结互动经验,不断提升与大学生互动的技能来推动两种互动模式的有机结合与重构。

The International Society for Performance Improvement's journal Performance Improvement has invited readers to submit Human Performance Technology (HPT) tools for publication. These can include ready‐to‐use job aids or tools and templates used to facilitate gap analysis, process flow mapping, performance consulting, instructional design, e‐learning, on‐the‐job training, solution design, and performance measurement and evaluation, to name few. We're looking for a variety of instruments that are consistent with the principles of HPT, have broad appeal, and are applicable to a variety of workplace situations. In all cases, tools should focus on adding value to individual, team, or organizational performance. Our first submission is a Concept Map submitted by Aaron U. Bolin.     

规避国家助学贷款风险的社会保险整合对策

由于普遍信用体系的缺失，作为政策的信用性定位与中标银行的商业化运作，目前我国国家助学贷款存在风险防范的制度性缺陷，导致较高的系统性偿还违约风险。实现国家助学贷款与社会保险制度整合运行，化信用贷款为担保贷款，变事后被动追缴为主动扣除的风险规避制度创新可以在全社会范围内积累与有效配置教育资源，实现其向人力资本转化，在更广义的层面上实现效率优先与兼顾公平。

以数据挖掘与知识发现的分类为切入点,详细探讨数据挖掘与知识发现的关系.总结出关于数据挖掘与知识发现的关系问题有三种观点,即数据挖掘就是知识发现,数据挖掘是知识发现的一个步骤,数据挖掘与知识发现是完全不同的两个概念.三种观点各有道理,取决于研究者的研究背景、研究范畴与目标.最后对数据挖掘与知识发现的发展趋势进行探讨.     

网络环境下图书馆信息安全管理模型的构建与应用研究

在信息安全管理研究的基础上,根据图书馆信息所拥有的保密性、完整性、可用性的特性,构建出图书馆网络信息安全管理模型;依据该模型管理、运行与操作、人员、建筑与技术以及安全文化5个维度要求,建立信息安全管理的实践应用方案。

社会保障基金参与国家助学贷款的方案具有可行性,但还需进一步创新。如果将市场(企业)作为一个新的主体纳入助学贷款体系,将使各方实现共赢:由社保基金(也可被认为包含在市场之中)提供助贷资本金;由国家对社保基金贴息,社保基金在一个更长的期限内,高效、多次、少额回收贷款本息;学生以一个更少的负担量实现按时还款。     

Brokering Community–University Engagement

Although substantial areas of agreement exist regarding the characteristics of effective community–university partnerships for research, there is little empirical research on the relationship between the characteristics of such partnerships and their outcomes. In this study, we explored the relationship between partnership characteristics and partnership outcomes. Analyses of the relationships between partnership dynamics and perceived benefits show that (1) effective partnership management is associated with increased research on a community issue, problem, or need; (2) co-creation of knowledge is associated with improved service outcomes for clients; and (3) shared power and resources are negatively associated with increased funding for community partners’ organizations. Our findings suggest that effective partnership management and opportunities for the co-creation of knowledge are practices that are worthy of deliberate cultivation within community–university partnerships for research. Miles McNall is the Assistant Director of the Community Evaluation and Research Center, University Outreach and Engagement, Michigan State University. He received his Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Minnesota. His research and scholarship focus on program evaluation and the evaluation of university–community partnerships. Celeste Sturdevant Reed is an evaluator with University Outreach and Engagement at Michigan State University. She has an M.S.W. from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Social Science/Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. Her current evaluation projects focus on comprehensive early childhood services and out-of-school time (K-12) programs. Robert E. Brown is the Associate Director of University–Community Partnerships, Michigan State University Outreach and Engagement. He brokers, facilitates, and participates in university-community partnerships that are scholarly, community-based, collaborative, responsive, and capacity-building for the public good. He has a master’s degree in public administration from Western Michigan University. Angela Allen is an ABD Research Associate with the Charles F. Kettering Foundation. She is completing her Ph.D. in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at Michigan State University. She holds an M.S.W from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University. Her dissertation research is entitled, “Faculty and Community Collaboration in Sustained Community–University Engagement Partnerships”.     

语法开发平台的系统设计

本文以LFG为基本参考模型,提出了一个具体语法开发平台的系统框架与功能结构。语法开发平台包括三个子系统:语法提取子系统、语法分析子系统、语义分析处理子系统。文章对语法提取子系统进行了全面的系统设计,既为语法分析子系统奠定了基础,又为构造具体的应用系统留有程序接口。     

Seeing “Straight” through Queer Eye: Exposing the Strategic Rhetoric of Heteronormativity in a Mediated Ritual of Gay Rebellion

Bravo's hit series Queer Eye for the Straight Guy has garnered much popular and critical acclaim. While from a Queer theory perspective, Queer Eye's openly gay stars and their easy fraternization with straight men can be celebrated, there are reasons for critical concern. In interrogating the series as an expression of the strategic rhetoric of heteronormativity, we examine how Queer Eye functions as a mediated ritual of rebellion that domesticates Queers, contains Queer sexuality, and places straight men at the sociosexual center. The series thus supports the very heteronormative order it seems to challenge.
