数字图书馆知识服务的研究文献定量分析

选择中国知网(CNKI)中国知识资源总库的相关数据库作为检索数据来源,2001-2009年关于数字图书馆知识服务的研究论文作为分析数据,采用文献计量学方法进行统计并结合文献内容,从文献总体、时间、空间分布、著者及机构分布、内容等5个角度深度分析我国关于数字图书馆知识服务的研究状况,总结我国学者研究数字图书馆知识服务的趋势和特点,并对出现的问题作初步探讨。     

电路基础实验中自主式教学方法的探索与实践

阐述了电子信息基础实验教学中培养学生独立思考的重要性,并结合北京大学电路基础实验教学,介绍了自主式教学方法的3个重要环节,说明了在实际教学应用中的实施方法和应注意的问题.

“教师成为研究者”的提出标志着教师已成为中小学教育研究的主体。“教师成为研究者”的教育意义主要体现在生产教育知识,解决教育实践情景中的实践问题;将教育观念和教育理论转化为实践力量;在研究性变革实践中促进教师的专业发展;有利于教师主体的回归。     

快速式燃气热水器燃烧系统模拟

模拟了一种常规快速式燃气热水器的燃烧系统,研究了不同压力状况下的燃烧工况.得到的数值模拟结果与实验获得的数据吻合得较好,证明了所用物理模型和数学模型的合理性.结果显示,火焰高度和过剩空气系数依赖于系统出口和入口的静压差,而与燃烧室内的绝对压力无关.该静压差和系统中用于燃烧的空气量显著影响CO的生成,与CO的生成量呈反比关系,并同时影响燃烧区域内的温度场和速度场.为降低CO排放水平,必须增加进入燃烧系统的空气量,因此需要增加风机输出功率以提供足够的空气压头.该研究为设计快速式燃气热水器提供了一种行之有效的方法.     

"两免一补"政策对农村义务教育消极影响之探究——以山东省青州市东坝初级中学为例

"两免一补"政策是指近年来我国政府对农村义务教育阶段贫困家庭学生就学实施的一项资助政策.虽然"两免一补"政策对于提高农村地区学生入学率有促进作用,但是它给农村义务教育本身带来的消极影响同样不容忽视.以山东省青州市东坝初级中学为例,就"两免一补"政策对农村义务教育的消极影响进行了探究,希望能使人们对该政策有一个更全面深刻的认识.     

CCId对国内数字出版产业调整的影响及策略研究

从国内数字出版业呈现出一些新的特点及其一些发展中的问题入手,介绍新闻出版总署提出的数字复合出版工程,这是我国出版产业的重组、整合、调整的新战略。这其中中文内容唯一标识符(CCId)是在整个数字复合出版整个流程中的关键因素,论文从
经营模式、内部管理模式、盈利模式等方面讨论CCID对国内数字出版具有重要影响,最后从出版源头、在线支付中的版权转移、规模化与多元化经营、专家审稿与读者在线评论、内容加工颗粒度变小而带来的新的利润模式等角度为数字出版产业调整提供一些策略。     

微信政治谣言的生态治理对策研究

[目的/意义]旨在从舆情生态视角提出微信政治谣言的治理对策,从而为我国网络舆情生态治理提供理论参考。[方法/过程]通过案例分析,归纳微信政治谣言的传播特点,并从舆情生态视角剖析治理微信政治谣言存在的困境,进而提出微信政治谣言生态治理的主要对策。[结论/结果]微信政治谣言的生态治理,要充分把握微信政治谣言的特点与演化规律,加强人防与技防的深度融合,从"主体—信息—环境"整体上推进微信舆情生态的有序建设和健康发展。     

Modeling and switching control of air-breathing hypersonic vehicle with variable geometry inlet

In this paper, a multi-model switching control is developed for air-breathing hypersonic vehicle with variable geometry inlet(AHV-VGI). A variable geometry inlet with the translating cowl is adopted to capture the enough air mass flow for the scramjet engine, which can ensure a more powerful thrust. However, the using of VGI causes the unknown changes of the aerodynamics and thrust, making the model of AHV more complex. Therefore, we firstly analyze the thrust characteristic with the translating cowl and present the conception of optimal elongation distance of translating cowl(EDTC). Consequently, multiple different nonlinear aerodynamic models are constructed by curve fitting for each position of the translating cowl. Then, a switching mechanism dependent on EDTC is proposed and the adaptive RBF neural controllers are designed for velocity subsystem and altitude system of every model. Furthermore, the common Lyapunov functional is constructed to prove the stability of the multi-model switching process. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach for AHV-VGI.     

A decentralized control method for frequency restoration and accurate reactive power sharing in islanded microgrids

To achieve the frequency restoration (FR) and accurate reactive power sharing (RPS) in islanded microgrids (MGs), an improved P-f droop control is proposed. Firstly, the inverter impedance, whose value is set by the virtual impedance method, is used to minimize the impact of line resistance on powers coupling and RPS. Then, in order to restore the frequency of distributed generations (DGs) to the rated value, the reference is changed for compensating the frequency deviation (FD) caused by loads change. And the fast FR rate is achieved under a large constant k. Besides, in order to eliminate the inaccuracy of RPS caused by voltages difference (VD), the line voltage drop (LVD) is used to compensate the voltage droop characteristics. The use of voltage feedback ensures that the obtained voltage is desired after the LVD compensation. Finally, the simulation in RT-LAB indicates the effectiveness of proposed method in an islanded MG model.
