加强师资队伍建设 推动学院快速发展

加强师资队伍建设,抓好教师队伍素质的提高是办好学院,提高学院教学、科研水平和人才培养质量的关键。高等职业院校师资队伍的素质要求,既不同于普通高校,也不同于中等职业学校,这是高等职业教育的人才培养目标所决定的。根据学院总体发展目标和目前教师队伍的实际情况,制定2005—2010年师资队伍建设规划。     

提高高校学报办刊水平的对策

在科教兴国的伟大战略中,高校学报肩负着重要的历史使命,学报不能仅仅追求经济效益,实现社会效益是其更根本的责任与使命.为此,高校学报应采取一系列的措施,进一步提高办刊水平,才能适应社会的发展,更好地发挥自己的职能.     

关于"今所见汉人小说"写作年代的研究

鲁迅先生在《中国小说史略》第四篇认为8部"今所见汉人小说"都不是汉代小说,为后人伪托,此观点有失偏颇.这主要是由鲁迅对资料占有的缺失所导致的错误.从古今的研究资料来看,其中4部小说应为汉代小说,1部难以确定,另3部为后人伪托.     

Degrees of value: comparing the contextual complexities of UK transnational education in Malaysia and Hong Kong

This paper reveals the complex diversity that underpins ostensibly similar transnational education programmes (TNE), through a comparison of UK TNE in Malaysia and Hong Kong. It draws on data from two different yet cognate studies on the role of UK universities in delivering higher education in Asia. Some fine-grained and informative differences between the ways in which ‘value’ in TNE is constructed in different host contexts is revealed. The paper brings to light the ‘voices’ of TNE students and graduates, which are very seldom heard. The arguments adapt and extend the concepts of education as a positional good, and as cultural capital. For various instrumental, intrinsic and personal reasons the authors discuss in detail, UK TNE is more highly valued in Malaysia than in Hong Kong. The paper makes a wider contribution to knowledge on the changing landscape of international higher education and the impact on social and personal (dis)advantage.     

Using a modified argument-driven inquiry to promote elementary school students’ engagement in learning science and argumentation

This study explored the effects of a modified argument-driven inquiry approach on Grade 4 students’ engagement in learning science and argumentation in Taiwan. The students were recruited as an experimental group (EG, n?=?36) to join a 12-week study, while another 36 Grade 4 students from the same schools were randomly selected to be the comparison group (CG). All participants completed a questionnaire at the beginning and end of this study. In addition, four target students with the highest and the other four students with the lowest pretest engagement in learning science or argumentation to be observed weekly and interviewed following the posttest. Initial results revealed that the EG students’ total engagement in learning science and argumentation and the claim and warrant components were significantly higher than the CG students. In addition, the EG students’ anxiety in learning science significantly decreased during the study; and their posttest total engagement in learning science scores were positively associated with their argumentation scores. Interview and observation results were consistent with the quantitative findings. Instructional implications and research recommendations are discussed.     

西方人文心理学的知识形态与核心理念

西方心理学中的人文传统和形态非常丰富,早期有布伦塔诺的意动心理学、狄尔泰的人文心理学思想、弗洛伊德的精神分析以及随后的人本主义心理学、现象学心理学等,尽管形式各异,但核心精神上,它们都试图从人的本质和要求出发,以适合于人之为人的心理现象的概念、原则和方法发展心理学,试图真实、全面、细致地分析和描述生活中的具体心理体验,把握心理学个案中心理的结构和意义,实现对独特个体的心理意义和价值的敏锐理解。     

浅析偷税的认定

偷税是当前普遍存在的一种税务违法行为,应当具备主体、客体、主观和客观四要件,其中主观要件在理论和执法实践中最具争议性。依据偷税概念进行分析,从行为方式上讲,偷税本身均有主观故意的成分,因此,其主观方面也是故意的。从时间界限上看,认定偷税的时间界定应当是法律规定的申报期限。自查补报、虚开发票和认定偷税的时间界限等是执法工作中分歧较大的几个具体问题,研究认定自查补报是一种偷税行为,对虚开发票的行为人,只能按发票违法进行处罚,核定征收不能认定为偷税行为。     

从苏格拉底到马克思--关于人学思想的简要考察

人学问题贯穿于西方哲学发展的全过程 ,只是不同的历史时期 ,人学研究的侧重点和表现形式不同。它大致经历了古代的理性人学 ,中世纪的宗教人学 ,文艺复兴至近代的理性人学的否定之否定的过程 ,其后现代西方人学则向非理性、个性方面发展 ,马克思人学转向社会性、实践性方面发展 ,使人学成为真正的科学。     

贫困地区发展体育旅游产业的思考

在当今的旅游业中,体育旅游以其内容的丰富性、活动的欢乐性、效果的健身性尤为被人们喜爱,在我国的发达地区,体育旅游业的发展已取得相当的成功,而广大西部地区拥有丰富的旅游资源和体育旅游资源,有些省份未充分地把旅游业同体育旅游结合起来,没有实现资源的充分利用,从云南省的贫困地区昭通市来看,有着丰富的的体育旅游资源,但没有加以充分利用。应充分认识体育旅游的发展前景,利用现有资源,实现昭通旅游业的腾飞,为贫困地区经济发展做出贡献。     

高职旅游管理专业人才培养工作若干要点的再思考

高职旅游管理专业的人才培养规格、毕业生从事工作岗位群的重新定位,应以能力本位教育(CBE)的职业教育思想为指导,对培养对象的工作岗位职业能力进行分析,并在此基础上,确定该专业课程体系的构建方案,试行“2 0.5 05”工学交替人才培养模式,走专业教学团队建设的思路。
