阿其图诺门汗洞阔尔满珠习礼呼图克图是清代外喀尔喀地区很有影响的掌印呼图克图之一,系理藩院注册的呼图克图,而他的前世就是16世纪末从土默特部阿勒坦汗那里得到"满珠习礼呼图克图"称号的青海洞阔尔寺喇嘛云登扎木苏。16世纪末至20世纪初该呼图克图在外喀尔喀地区共转九世,清朝乾隆帝始授其"阿其图诺门汗"称号,并授予掌管爱马克喇嘛众徒的印章。由于清朝时期该呼图克图成为外扎萨克喀尔喀蒙古地区的宗教领袖哲卜尊丹巴呼图克图的师父,拥有自己的寺庙,徒众甚多,宗教地位居高。  相似文献

The present study examines teachers’ perceptions of organizational changes in their elementary schools. These changes occurred following the implementation of a long-term comprehensive school improvement project (CSIP). One hundred and seventy one teachers who taught in six elementary schools located in two different school districts in Israel responded to a questionnaire both before and after a period of 3 years during which they participated in a CSIP. The teachers, assisted by six professional consultants, one in each school, studied cooperative learning as well as new forms of collaborative staff work. The study addressed two primary research questions: What changes in teachers’ perceptions of their schools’ organizational culture emerged from teachers’ participation in the project? How were the professional relationships between the schools’ supervisors and the teachers in the two districts reflected in the teachers’ perception of school organizational changes? Results indicated that teachers in three schools from one district recorded a significant improvement in their perceptions of their schools’ organizational culture at the end of the project, whereas the teachers from the other district indicated either no change, or a significant decline in their evaluation of their schools’ organizational culture. A cross-validation of the teachers’ data was performed through a content analysis of 500 reports written over the course of 2 years, submitted by six external consultants. The analysis yielded four categories: general difficulties to work with the school’s staff, problems implementing the project, teacher resistance, and cancellations of planned meetings. The analysis provided valuable information as to why the teachers from the two districts differed in their reactions to the project.  相似文献

传感器定位技术作为无线传感器网络的重要课题之一,为实现目标实时定位,提出一种基于核岭回归与卡尔曼滤波的定位算法。该算法在离线阶段使用核岭回归算法(KRR)对无线位置指纹数据库进行训练,从而得到一个可反映信号强度指标(RSSI)与位置坐标之间映射关系的函数|在线阶段先利用离线阶段得到的函数对目标进行粗定位,再结合卡尔曼滤波(KF)方法对目标进行精确定位。实验结果表明,在真实室内办公环境下,相比 KNN 算法与核函数(Kernel)算法,该算法能实现更好的定位精度,平均定位误差为 1.898 3m。  相似文献

Educational outcomes for looked-after children on the autism spectrum are significantly poorer than for autistic children not being looked-after by their local authority (those ‘in care’), and poorer than for most other groups of children with special educational needs who are looked-after in England. Such poor outcomes have led to calls for specific attention to be paid to the needs of autistic looked-after children within the care of local authorities. There is also evidence that the numbers of autistic children being looked-after by local authorities could be under-represented in official figures. This study sought to find the current numbers of autistic looked-after children formally recorded across local authorities in England, and whether their needs are given special attention via strategic planning and oversight, using freedom of information (FoI) requests sent to all local authorities in England. From the 147 (97%) local authorities who responded, approximately 3% of looked-after children in England are recorded as having an autism spectrum diagnosis, although this is still very likely to be an underestimation. The majority of local authorities do not routinely monitor or report on the diagnostic status of autistic looked-after children at a strategic level. Implications for research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

Discourses around Study Abroad (SA) consistently portray a transformational experience for participants who return home forever changed. This article investigates how such change is inscribed in texts addressed to Australian tertiary students considering SA. Acknowledging the significant role of the non-study component of SA in triggering change, this paper focuses on the non-academic domain of food, recurrent in the corpus, 102 SA testimonials from returnees from French-speaking environments of Canada, France and Switzerland, posted on an Australian Group of Eight university website. It investigates the templates provided to shape the imaginary of the readers as to their ideal selves and to legitimize and ascribe value to particular foods and related practices. Are students guided towards the perpetuation of their habits, or in these ‘foreign fields’, is there an opportunity to shift habitus, with food contributing to the reconstructed self? Drawing on Bourdieu and on theories of motivation and of the ideal self, the article proposes a reading that resolves the tension between the integrative use of food, and the future exploitation of the SA experience as a mark of distinction.  相似文献
