独立学院自动变速器课程教学改革研究

随着车辆智能化程度的不断提升,中国正孕育着一个庞大的自动变速器市场,必然需要大量精通自动变速器维护与修理的技术人才.从独立学院的办学特点出发,结合自身教学经验,对自动变速器课程教学改革进行一些分析研究.     

高职院校校本教材建设的现状与策略

校本教材建设是衡量高职院校教学工作水平的一个重要尺度,直接影响到培养人才的质量高低,也影响到院校的生存与发展.高职院校校本教材建设取得了一定的成绩,但也存在不少问题.通过对江苏财经职业技术学院校本教材建设在高职特色、内容、定位及"文工交融"等方面的现状进行分析,对存在的问题加以探讨和思考,可以制定高职院校校本教材建设的策略,即厘清理论,学生为本;定位准确,全盘规划;特色立校,素质立"本".     

地方本科院校建设特色型大学的战略探索——以上海对外贸易学院为例

本文以上海对外贸易学院建设国际经贸人才培养基地和决策咨询思想库为案例,提出地方本科院校建设特色型大学的学科发展战略,即非均衡发展战略、＂人无我有＂的空档战略和＂人有我强＂的入流战略。     

Ag-SiO_x金属陶瓷薄膜光学常数的尺度效应

对Ag金属颗粒镶嵌在SiOx陶瓷基体中形成的金属陶瓷薄膜光学常数的尺度效应进行了研究。用修正的M-G（Maxwell-Gannett）理论对Ag-SiOx金属陶瓷薄膜,在金属微粒体积百分比不同情况下光学常数的尺度效应进行了理论计算,并将理论计算结果与Evans的实验数据进行了比较。结果表明：金属微粒在低体积百分比（f1 25%）情况下,所用修正M-G理论计算金属陶瓷薄膜所得的光学常数更符合Evans的实验数据。从而得到金属陶瓷薄膜光学常数微尺度效应的最佳修正因子,为实际研制开发新型薄膜材料提供科学的分析方法。     

对当前大学生道德学习的认识与思考

大学生道德学习是高校德育研究的新领域,不仅具有重要的理论价值,而且具有重要的实践意义。研究大学生道德学习现状,要深刻把握当前大学生道德学习的时代境遇,注重发挥大学生道德学习的主体能动性,把处于客体地位的大学生视为主体,充分尊重其主体地位,并且认识到当前大学生道德学习素质的提升,有利于更好地把握大学生道德学习的规律,为我们制定适应当前大学生道德学习的策略提供必要的依据。

Relation of uric acid levels to aortic root dilatation in hypertensive patients with and without metabolic syndrome

Objective:Uric acid(UA) is considered to be a powerful predictor of cardiovascular risk and hyperuricemia might be involved in the metabolic syndrome(MS).This study aims to investigate the relation between UA levels and aortic root dilatation.Methods:A total of 348 hypertensive patients [age(67.5±9.8) years] with or without MS were included in the study.The aortic root diameters at the aortic annulus,the sinuses of Valsalva,the sinotubular junction,and the proximal part of the ascending aorta were measured using a two-dimensional(2D) echocardiography.Serum UA levels were also measured for all patients.Results:A high UA level is independently associated with aortic root diameters at the sinuses of Valsalva(P=0.001) and the proximal ascending aorta(P0.0001) in the hypertensive patients without MS.In contrast,aortic root diameters were not significantly related to UA levels in the hypertensive patients with MS.Furthermore,increased UA levels were associated with an increased risk for aortic root dilatation in the patients without MS(sex-adjusted hazard ratio 1.75,95% confidence intervals(CI) 1.27-2.41),but not in those with MS.Conclusions:This study demonstrated an independent relationship between the aortic root dimensions and increased levels of serum UA in the hypertensive patients without MS.Further understanding of the mechanisms underlying these associations may allow a clearer interpretation of the potential value of specific urate-lowering treatment on cardiovascular disease.     

Clodronate-containing liposomes attenuate lung injury in rats with severe acute pancreatitis

Objectives:Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) can lead to acute lung injury(ALI) .The purpose of this paper is to investigate the protective effect of clodronate-containing liposomes on ALI in rats with SAP.Methods:The thin film method was used to prepare liposomes.Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups.After the SAP model was established by injecting 5%(w/v) sodium taurocholate(2 ml/kg body weight) into the subcapsular space of the pancreata,normal saline was administered to the control(C) group,phosphate buffer solution(PBS) -containing liposome to the Pgroup,and clodronate-containing liposome to the Tgroup through tail veins.Blood samples were obtained from the superior mesenteric vein at 2 and 6 h to measure the levels of amylase,interleukin-6(IL-6) ,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) .Morphological changes in the pancreata and lung were observed using hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining,while cell apoptosis was detected using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling(TUNEL) .In addition,the macrophage marker cluster of differentiation 68(CD68) in lung tissue was detected with immunohistochemistry.Results:Blood levels of amylase,IL-6,and TNF-αwere significantly increased in the Pgroup compared to those in the Tgroup(P0.05) .In the Tgroup,large numbers of TUNEL-positive cells were observed,but no or few in the C and Pgroups.Gross inspection and HE staining of pancreata and lung showed dramatic tissue damage,including inflammation and necrosis in the Pgroup.Less remarkable changes were noted in the Tgroup,and the C group exhibited normal histology.The histological scores according to Kaiser's criteria were consistent with HE findings.The number of CD68-positive macrophages decreased in the Tgroup.Conclusions:Clodronate-containing liposomes have a protective effect against ALI in rats with SAP.Blockade of macrophages may represent a novel therapeutic strategy in SAP.

大学生恋情对幸福感的影响研究

探索大学生恋情对幸福感的影响,为开展心理健康教育、校园安全预警、提高大学生思想教育的实效性等提供理论及数据支持。采用自制大学生幸福感量表对1466名大学生进行了测查。经调查认为热恋中的大学生性别之间的总体幸福感没有差异,不同恋爱阶段的大学生总体幸福感存在显著差异,恋爱质量是影响幸福感的重要因素。
