ＮＯＴＥＳ是实现和运行办公自动化的最有效的平台之一．本文首先简要地介绍了企业创建内联网（ＩＮＴＲＡＮＥＴ）的必要性，并总结了基于ＤＯＭＩＮＯ／ＮＯＴＥＳ构建ＩＮＴＲＡＮＥＴ、实施企业办公自动化方面的优势和特点；通过论证，提出了使用ＤＯＭＩＮＯ／ＮＯＴＥＳ开发“智能小区信息管理系统”的解决方案；最后介绍了本系统的设计思路及各部分功能模块，并对一些关键问题进行了讨论．

大学生感觉寻求人格特质与网络成瘾

目的:调查大学生网络使用情况、感觉寻求特点及其与网络成癌的关系.方法:采用基本信息问卷、网络使用情况问卷、网络成瘾问卷、感觉寻求问卷对651名大学生进行调查.结果表明:(1)网络成瘾总分不具有性别、年龄、年级、专业、家庭类型、父母学历、网龄的差异性;(2)网络成瘾总分具有上网地点、生源、网络功能使用、网络使用目的的差异性;(3)网络成瘾总分与周上网时间、周上网次数、每次上网时间具有高相关;(4)网络成瘾总分与去抑制分量表得分与感觉寻求总分相关显著.结论:网络成瘾与网络使用情况、感觉寻求特点具有一定的关系.     

You’re hired! A library’s collaboration with the career services department

The library collaborating with nonacademic departments to further strategic goals is beneficial for both parties. In the summer of 2016, the Hubert Library at Florida International University began working with the Career Services Department to provide career research assistance to students, alumni, and employees. This paper highlights the elements of this collaboration, discusses the obstacles encountered and how they were dealt with, and provides practical tips for creating better partnerships.     

吐鲁番市空气质量变化趋势分析及对策研究

为了解吐鲁番市环境空气质量变化趋势及引起质量变化的主要因素,收集了吐鲁番市2001—2009年空气质量监测数据并进行了分析,结果发现污染负荷系数由大到小排列为PM10^-2^-2,而且浓度随时间（年际）呈上升趋势。由此可知吐鲁番市空气质量正在下降。     

改革教育拨款制度 提高人才培养质量

现行高等教育财政拨款制度是影响我国高校人才培养质量的因素之一,拨款制度应该与学校办学水平、社会声誉等相结合,激励高校把人才培养质量作为工作中心。努力实现质量评估与财政拨款的有机结合,培育教育中介组织,将教育财政拨款与毕业生实际就业率适当挂钩以及建立社会监督和举报制度等,均是保证人才质量的外部力量。     

“What Are You Reading?”: How School Libraries Can Promote Racial Diversity in Multicultural Literature

While many educators state beliefs about the importance of selecting fiction that will engage a diverse student population, use of multicultural titles in secondary classrooms has lagged, in part due to increasing focus on the Common Core State Standards in the United States. The purpose of this study was to determine if high school students in a Southern California district were using school libraries to access multicultural literature characterized by racial diversity. Four years of circulation data from the district's five comprehensive high schools were examined. Analysis revealed that the titles with the highest circulation were overwhelmingly written by White authors and about White protagonists. Suggested are ways that educators can use resources within school libraries to promote more racially diverse multicultural literature, even as classroom titles remain static. Included are recommendations for how teachers and teacher-librarians can encourage students to select from a wider range of texts, as well as guidance on conducting a circulation analysis.     

Coping strategies and the influence of perceived parental support in junior national age swimmers

This study examines how national junior age group swimmers cope with poor performance and explores whether coping strategy use changes with perceptions of parental support. One hundred and four junior age group swimmers (mean age 14.2 years) completed a modified version of the COPE scale (Crocker & Issack, 1997) and the perceptions of Perceived Parental Support Scale (Van Yperen, 1995). Results showed that the swimmers in this sample used a mixture of behavioural and cognitive strategies with an emphasis upon individual or internally focused approaches. When analysing coping strategies and perceptions of parental support (high, medium and low), significant differences were found in the use of behavioural and cognitively orientated approaches. When perception of parental support was low, swimmers reported using less active and training-orientated mechanisms and a tendency to use strategies such as self-blame and venting of emotion. These findings suggest that the effectiveness and ability of coping strategies to adapt to differing situations may be contingent upon perceptions of perceived support for junior swimmers. This highlights an area for future research.
