数字校园背景下高校文书档案在线归档模式与实践探索——以中国矿业大学档案馆为例

随着高校办公自动化程度的不断提高,科学合理地实现文书档案在线归档成为高校档案信息化建设的一个重要课题。文章以中国矿业大学档案馆为例,详细介绍了文书档案在线归档的软件环境及归档模式,以及该模式实践过程中遇到的重点问题及解决办法,为高校文书档案在线归档工作的推进提供了参考实例。     

学术期刊从订阅模式向开放获取模式转化的经费可行性研究:OA2020的启示

[目的/意义] 对文献订购经费转化为开放出版资助经费实现学术期刊从订阅获取模式向开放获取模式转化的经济可行性进行分析,以期引起科研管理机构、科研教育机构、图书馆及学者对国际发展趋势和有关行动计划的关注,促进开放获取学术交流环境的发展。[方法/过程] 分析期刊论文全面开放获取所需APC经费与当前期刊订购体系总体投入比较的案例,对国家层面参与学术期刊向开放获取转化国际行动计划所面临情况评估、判断的基础数据需求和有关监控、报告、共享机制及规范的建立提出建议。[结果/结论] 国家有关部门应支持图书馆开展有关基础性分析研究,为文献订购经费向支持开放出版转化的策略和措施的制定提供重要支持和参考。     

Serious leisure: the sport of target shooting and leisure satisfaction

This study is designed to identify the underlying satisfaction dimensions gained through engagement in target shooting as a serious leisure pastime. The instrument design was based on the Leisure Satisfaction Scale. A total of 5502 useable surveys were collected through the Internet and a website related to target shooting and gun ownership. The results revealed eight dimensions: self-actualization, social interaction, location aesthetic, respite, physical benefit, connection and hedonic pleasure, which supplied the primary satisfiers of engaging in target shooting as a serious leisure activity. The demographic profile and dimensions of satisfaction may serve to dispel commonly held stereotypes of shooting hobbyists and those involved in gun ownership. The findings have important implications for leisure researchers and practitioners, to industry, both leisure and firearm related, and the target shooting community at large. This study adds to the literature of both target shooting and serious leisure.

Motorische Leistungsfähigkeit von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Deutschland

Motor performance is an important health resource. Review articles revealed a decline of motor performance of approximately 10?% between 1975 and 2006. In the past most of the data available for such comparisons came from ad hoc studies with non-standardized methods. Within the framework of the ”Motorik-Modul“ (MoMo) study as part of the German Health Interview and Examination Survey for Children and Adolescents (KiGGS), it is possible for the first time to directly compare two cohorts in the ages of 4–17 years in a nationally representative database for Germany. The aim of this article is to report changes in motor performance of children and adolescents in the time period 2003–2006 (cohort baseline n = 4528) compared to 2009–2012 (cohort wave 1, n = 2820). Overall, it is clearly shown that the motor performance of children and adolescents in Germany did not decrease within the observational period of 6 years. The comparison of mean values of the baseline cohort compared to those of wave 1 showed that 28 out of 52 mean values of the two cohorts with a high probability did not differ based on 95?% confidence intervals (CI). In 24 out of the 52 mean values positive changes could be noted based on the individual 95?% CI values. There were more positive changes in primary school aged children than in other age groups. Within these positive changes, most effect sizes were small to medium. The results indicate that recent activities aiming at elevating motor performance levels may have started to make an impact and should be expanded, also in secondary schools. The comparative cohort study presented in this article is currently being checked by the ongoing MoMo wave 2 survey of 2014–2017.

Exploring the everyday realities of grass-roots football coaching: towards a relational perspective

While scholars have increasingly engaged with the (micro)political and emotional experiences of coaches in professional and semi-professional football, little attention has been given to grass-roots coaches’ understandings of these issues. The aim of this paper is to outline one possible research agenda that could contribute to the development of a rich and increasingly nuanced understanding of the everyday realities of being a grass-roots football coach. In particular, we consider (volunteer) coaches’ participation in grass-roots football to be an inherently relational endeavour. Following the presentation of a creative fiction that is based upon our shared experiences of being grass-roots football coaches, we then illustrate how relational thinking might be productively applied to exploring the social, (micro)political and emotional features of grass-roots football coaching.     

国际社会视角中的美国公司犯罪问题评析

公司刑事责任是对目前越来越多以公司名义触犯刑法的法律管制,世界各国为了规范这一领域问题提出了很多有益对策。文章详细分析美国政府打击公司犯罪的微观与宏观法律措施,指出公司死亡并不是有效解决办法,关键在于制定指导公司守法行为原则后,不断补充和完善其内部法律的构建,使原则精神落实在每个具体操作环节上。其中有些法律规定也可以考虑被我国司法实践所借鉴,同时也为了向那些想多了解域外公司行为规制的人们提供必要信息。     

Tracking Pre-service Teachers’ Changing Conceptions of Good Science Teaching: The Role of Progressive Reflection with the Same Video

A CD-ROM consisting of videos of two lessons by different teachers demonstrating exemplary science teaching was used to elicit, develop and track the changing conceptions of good science teaching of student teachers enrolled for the one-year Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) at several stages during the programme. It was found that the videos acted as an effective probe to elicit student teachers’ conceptions and had significant impact on those conceptions at different stages of the programme through the provision of teacher models demonstrating exemplary teaching. The experience has extended novice teachers’ awareness of alternative teaching methods and approaches not experienced in their own schooling, broadened their awareness of different classroom situations, provided proof of existence of good practices and prompted them to reflect on their current conceptions of good science teaching. Most importantly, the strategy of asking student teachers to watch the same videos on three separate occasions at different times of the course was recognized by them as a crucial element in facilitating their reflection on their changing conceptions of good science teaching. PGDE is the standard form of pre-service teacher education in Hong Kong. It provides qualified teacher status within Hong Kong. Student teachers enrolled for the PGDE have completed a relevant undergraduate degree.     

新时期我国中学教育改革及教师队伍建设

以素质教育为核心的教育体制改革,是我国中学教育改革的战略重点。但在从传统的应试教育向素质教育转变的过程中,我们的教师队伍却面临着极大的挑战。如何正视教师队伍中存在的问题,建设一支适应新时代要求的、高素质的教师队伍,是实现这一改革的关键环节。本文从素质教育对教师队伍的要求、我国中学教学教师队伍存在的问题以及解决这些问题的思路三个方面阐述了笔者对这一问题的思考。
