油船货油舱内底板用钢腐蚀行为研究

研究了温度、NaCl浓度以及溶液的pH值等环境因素对WDH36NF油船货油舱内底板用钢腐蚀速率、腐蚀形貌的影响。结果表明:油船货油舱内底板用钢的腐蚀速率随温度升高而增加。NaCl浓度由5%增大到10%,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率随浓度增大而增加,NaCl浓度由10%增大到15%,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率减小。pH值由0.5增大到0.85,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率随pH值增大而增加,pH值由0.85增大到1.2,内底板用钢的腐蚀速率减小,并趋于平缓。     

Archiving the wild,the wild archivist: Bukit Brown Cemetery and Singapore’s emerging ‘docu-tivists’

In recent years there has been growing interest in the discipline of computing in relation to cultural heritage, parallel with developments in greater user participation in archives and advances in documentation work. These trends are reflected in the case of a documentation project of an old Chinese cemetery in Singapore, Bukit Brown Cemetery. This case was characterised by tensions among the ‘wild’ array of emerging individual participants and archivists that took the momentum away from both more formal NGOs and government institutions in documenting, archiving and raising awareness of the heritage of the site when part of it was announced to be set aside for a new highway. The case presents a compelling need for participatory archives, facilitated by computing interventions encouraging public engagement and visits to the site. Being actively involved in the documentation process, the authors reflect on how conceptual frameworks of records may assist in designing new media innovations and informing the ways by which a cemetery may be documented. Through these reflections, the authors argue for the active participation of archivists and records professionals in documentation work, and demonstrate how, in the creation and keeping of records, they shape the collective imagination of the public and other stakeholders in heritage sites.

我国特殊教育法律体系的现状与发展

残疾人受教育权要得以实现,需要相关法律的保障。经过几十年的发展,我国针对残疾人的特殊教育法律体系已初步形成,但仍存在着立法理念陈旧、立法层次低、法律条文可操作性不强、法律规定不一致以及内容欠缺等问题。因此,需要在特殊教育法律的价值目标和基本原则的指导下,积极推进特殊教育立法,增强法律的可操作性,以此发展和完善特殊教育法律体系。

Learning study: helping teachers to use theory, develop professionally, and produce new knowledge to be shared

The lesson study approach is a systematic process for producing professional knowledge about teaching by teachers, and has spread rapidly and extensively in the United States. The learning study approach is essentially a kind of lesson study with an explicit learning theory—the variation theory of learning. In this paper, we argue that having an explicit learning theory adds value to lesson study, as the variation theory of learning serves as a source of guiding principles for the teachers when they engage in pedagogical design, lesson analysis and evaluation. Through the use of two Hong Kong learning study cases, one from each of the two major ways of conducting learning study, we demonstrate the power of variation theory in explaining and predicting the relationship between what has taken place in the classroom and what the learners learn, and subsequently identifying ways to improve student learning through promoting teacher professional learning in a learning study setting.     

浅析背越式跳高的教法

元认知学习策略对独立学院大学生足球运动技能学习的影呐

本研究依据元认知理论,运用问卷调查法、教学实验法,针对元认知学习策略对独立学院大学生足球运动技能学习的影响作了初步研究。结果表明：元认知学习策略使用频度与足球运动技能学习成绩呈显著正相关。因此教师在教学中有意识地加强元认知策略的训练,有利于提高大学生运动技能学习的能力。
