东汉裴岑纪功碑及其拓本

陕西省岐山县博物馆藏有《汉敦煌太守裴岑纪功碑》拓本一件，系民国年间岐山名士孟继圣先生旧藏，建国后捐献于岐山博物馆。拓本装裱成挂轴形式，纸本，蓝绫镶边，纵210厘米，横69厘米。轴端有“汉敦煌太守裴岑纪功碑”隶书题签。拓本为深蓝色。碑文6行，每行10字。文曰：“惟汉永和二年八月，敦煌太守云中裴岑（cén）将郡兵三千人，

出版社学术影响力评价研究——基于文献计量学指标的实证研究

借鉴期刊评价研究的成功经验,提出了"出版社出版图书量""总被引频次""影响因子"和"被引半衰期"等4个评价出版社学术影响力的文献计量学指标,分析了各指标的特点和内涵。根据以上指标分别列出了排名靠前的出版社,并分析了原因。实证结果表明:指标设计科学合理,兼顾了"质"和"量",涵盖了反映"长期"和"短期"影响力的指标,从不同角度反映出版社的不同侧面,涵盖了出版社评价最重要的几个方面。     

Chlorogenic acid prevents acetaminophen-induced liver injury: the involvement of CYP450 metabolic enzymes and some antioxidant signals

Chlorogenic acid (CGA), a polyphenolic compound, is abundant in fruits, dietary vegetables, and some medicinal herbs. This study investigated the prevention of CGA against acetaminophen (AP)-induced hepatotoxicity and its engaged mechanisms. CGA reversed the decreased cell viability induced by AP in L-02 cells in vitro. In addition, CGA reduced the AP-induced increased serum levels of alanine/aspartate aminotransferase (ALT/AST) in vivo. The effect of CGA on cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymatic (CYP2E1, CYP1A2, and CYP3A4) activities showed that CGA caused very little inhibition on CYP2E1 and CYP1A2 enzymatic activities, but not CYP3A4. The measurement of liver malondialdehyde (MDA), reactive oxygen species (ROS), and glutathione (GSH) levels showed that CGA prevented AP-induced liver oxidative stress injury. Further, CGA increased the AP-induced decreased mRNA expression of peroxiredoxin (Prx) 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, epoxide hydrolase (Ephx) 2, and polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide K (Polr2k), and nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). In summary, CGA ameliorates the AP-induced liver injury probably by slightly inhibiting CYP2E1 and CYP1A2 enzymatic properties. In addition, cellular important antioxidant signals such as Prx1, 2, 3, 5, 6, Ephx2, Polr2k, and Nrf2 also contributed to the protection of CGA against AP-induced oxidative stress injury.     

嵌入新生专业导航课的图书馆信息素养教育——以河北工业大学图书馆为例

本文在阐述嵌入新生专业导航课的读者信息素养教育必要性的基础上,总结了嵌入式信息素养教育在授课内容、形式上存在的问题,提出了几点应对嵌入式信息素养教育开展多层次嵌入式服务策略。     

基于共词分析方法的中外信息可视化研究热点变迁研究

对2004-2013年CNKI和EBSCO期刊全文数据库收录的信息可视化领域的论文的高频关键词进行共词分 析,并按2004-2008年、2009-2013年两个时间段,从空间和时间两个维度对比其频次变化特点,进而构建关键词共现 矩阵。利用SPSS进行聚类分析和使用NETDRAW软件绘制可视化图谱,直观地反映出近年来国内外信息可视化研究的 热点及国内外的研究差距。结果表明,信息可视化研究选题具有多样性的特点,并由传统的技术研究正逐渐转向内容 的可视化分析,我国较早开展地理信息可视化的研究,信息可视化应用到自然界仿真的研究中有待扩展、国外学者以 此为借鉴,将信息可视化技术应用到了动物、人类和决策研究,而我国在这些方面的研究尚属鲜见,有待加强。

蝴蝶是诗词中常见的一种意象,多用来表达自由闲适、爱情新生、美丽感伤等主题。文章探讨古典诗词中的蝴蝶意象,通过对蝴蝶意象的阐释来把握诗人对世界独特的理解,以及特定时代诗歌的某种整体经验。     

“Why Give Up Something That Works So Well?”: Retirement Expectations Among Academic Physicians

For individuals with strong work identities, the decision to retire can be particularly challenging. For academic physicians, retirement is an important personal decision that also has far-reaching implications for the healthcare system. This is because academic physicians are responsible for producing the research from which key medical decisions are made, for training future healthcare providers, and for providing specialized care for patients. For this study, we conducted focus groups with academic physicians from a large research university in Canada and then performed inductive thematic analyses to examine perceptions and concerns about later life career transitions. This study highlights tensions between professional experiences for the next generation of physicians and individual struggles with personal identity. Findings suggest improvements to institutional programs that support flexible, agentive, and respectful retirement transitions will not only be beneficial but necessary as medical and university systems continue to grapple with issues of balanced recruitment and succession.     

当前国内外大学生廉洁教育比较分析研究

大学生廉洁教育是全世界各国公民廉洁教育的有机组成部分。国外大学生廉洁教育经过多年的探索积累,已经形成了以注重学科支撑、依托项目运行、加强价值渗透与社会衔接为特点的教育模式。研究当前我国大学生廉洁教育的现状和问题,结合国外大学生廉洁教育的成功经验和优势特点,提出相应的对策,对优化我国大学生廉洁教育的框架主体和人才培养,具有重要的现实意义。
