基于微课的翻转课堂引入体育教学的作用分析

随着信息技术快速发展,微课作为新的教学形式在教育行业中得到普遍使用,这也为推动高校体育教学改革提供新的思路与方法。文中以高校体育教学现状为切入点,分析基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在高校体育课堂上的应用,大幅度提高体育课堂教学质量,发挥体育课程提高学生身体素质的作用,奠定学生走上工作岗位的身体基础。     

股权分置改革对我国上市公司业绩影响的实证分析

本文对我国上市公司股权分置改革情况进行了实证检验,分析了现金对价、股本调整对价和权证对价三种对价支付方式与公司业绩的关系.结果表明,上市公司进行股权分置改革会对公司业绩产生显著的正面影响.进一步就三种具体的对价支付方式而言,采用了股本调整对价支付方式的上市公司业绩有显著提高,采用其他对价支付方式的上市公司业绩变化并不显著.本文的研究结果有利于进一步深入研究改革股权分置改革的成效及其对上市公司治理的影响.     

我国体育产业的基础——体育用品业

通过文献资料、逻辑等科研方法,从国内外发展体育产业经验及我国体育用品业消费市场的发展潜力等方面,论述了我国应将体育用品业作为发展我国体育产业的基础,同时针对我国体育用品市场的现状提出了发展对策。     

创新思维在“计算机图形学”教学中的实践

文章介绍了布卢姆的认知领域分类的概念及其对传统工科教学的影响。结合思维的六个层次思想以及计算机图形学课程的特点,对扫描转换算法进行了分析,将创新思维应用于教学实践。以基于公因子的直线扫描转换算法的发现为例,说明了如何通过启发式教学,引导学生从较低的知识记忆层过渡到较高的创新层。     

基于可行能力理论的新生代农民工城市融入能力培养的实证分析

根据森的可行能力理论,采用自编问卷对232名新生代农民工的城市生活福利及城市融入能力进行了调查,调查结果表明新生代农民工的城市生活福利,尤其是防护性保障、工作生活环境和社会机会依然严峻.所构建的城市融入能力对城市生活福利影响的结构方程模型结果显示:新生代农民工城市融入能力对经济状况、工作生活环境、精神感受以及防护性保障存在显著的影响,但是对社会机会不存在显著影响,最后从新生代农民工的市民化教育和职业培训等方面提出了提升新生代农民工城市融入能力的建议和对策.     

浅谈中等职业学校如何加强素质教育

文章阐述了素质教育的内涵,分析了现今中职学校在办学模式、办学观念、师资队伍和生源等方面存在的问题。提出了中职学校应通过搞活办学模式、调整专业设置、改进课程结构、全面实施学分制等弹性学习制度,强化素质教育队伍,培养适应全面推进素质教育的新型教师;加强学校、家庭和社会三者的有机结合,形成学校、家庭和社会三位一体的素质教育体系;改进学科教学,把素质教育渗透于学科教学活动之中;把素质教育融进日常行为规范管理和学生＂三自＂工作中,建立于开放型的社会活动、课外活动上等途径和对策来加强素质教育。     

沿海城市经济增长目标约束对近海污染的影响

理解沿海地方政府经济发展行为对于近海环境治理具有重要意义.本文采用2004-2017年中国48个沿海城市近海污染物浓度以及经济增长目标约束数据,考察沿海城市经济增长目标约束对近海污染的影响,并在此基础上利用财政压力和晋升激励数据,检验了经济增长目标约束对近海污染的异质性影响.结果 表明:相比未采用任何约束,施加经济增长...     

Cell membrane-covered nanoparticles as biomaterials

Surface engineering of synthetic carriers is an essential and important strategy for drug delivery in vivo. However, exogenous properties make synthetic nanosystems invaders that easily trigger the passive immune clearance mechanism, increasing the retention effect caused by the reticuloendothelial systems and bioadhesion, finally leading to low therapeutic efficacy and toxic effects. Recently, a cell membrane cloaking technique has been reported as a novel interfacing approach from the biological/immunological perspective, and has proved useful for improving the performance of synthetic nanocarriers in vivo. After cell membrane cloaking, nanoparticles not only acquire the physiochemical properties of natural cell membranes but also inherit unique biological functions due to the presence of membrane-anchored proteins, antigens, and immunological moieties. The derived biological properties and functions, such as immunosuppressive capability, long circulation time, and targeted recognition integrated in synthetic nanosystems, have enhanced their potential in biomedicine in the future. Here, we review the cell membrane-covered nanosystems, highlight their novelty, introduce relevant biomedical applications, and describe the future prospects for the use of this novel biomimetic system constructed from a combination of cell membranes and synthetic nanomaterials.     

Fractional order sliding mode control of a pneumatic position servo system

Gas flow has fractional order dynamics; therefore, it is reasonable to assume that the pneumatic systems with a proportional valve to regulate gas flow have fractional order dynamics as well. There is a hypothesis that the fractional order control has better control performance for this inherent fractional order system, although the model used for fractional controller design is integer order. To test this hypothesis, a fractional order sliding mode controller is proposed to control the pneumatic position servo system, which is based on the exponential reaching law. In this method, the fractional order derivative is introduced into the sliding mode surface. The stability of the controller is proven using Lyapunov theorem. Since the pressure sensor is not required, the control system configuration is simple and inexpensive. The experimental results presented indicate the proposed method has better control performance than the fractional order proportional integral derivative (FPID) controller and some conventional integral order control methods. Points to be noticed here are that the fractional order sliding mode control is superior to the integral order sliding mode counterpart, and the FPID is superior to the corresponding integral order PID, both with optimal parameters. Among all the methods compared, the proposed method achieves the highest tracking accuracy. Moreover, the proposed controller has less chattering in the manipulated variable, the energy consumption of the controller is therefore substantially reduced.     

关于建构中小学教师跨文化培训体系的几点设想——基于上海市中小学接收外籍学生随班就读的管理现状

伴随着上海市基础教育国际化的悄然走近,中小学教师跨文化培训呼之欲出。本文在总结国内外教师跨文化培训研究现状的基础上,结合上海市中小学外籍学生跨文化管理实地调研的相关结果,对开展中小学教师跨文化培训提出了＂跨文化教师培训需分层部署,多方协调,注重借鉴,辐射推广＂、＂紧紧围绕‘培养文化移情能力,形成多元文化平等共存的自觉意识’和‘增强跨文化敏感度,提高跨文化交际能力’这两大基础开展培训＂以及＂跨文化教师培训课程可采用必修、选修和校本研究的形式＂等设想。
