The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of an Information
and Communication Technology (ICT) course that was conducted using the student-centred learning (SCL) approach. In this study,
perceived usefulness was used as the dependent variable and perceived competence, course delivery, facilitating conditions
and learning environment as independent variables. The results of this study showed that perceived competence and course delivery
have direct effects on pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of the course, while learning environment and facilitating
conditions affect perceived usefulness indirectly. Overall, the results support the hypothesis that the four selected variables
in this study affect perceived usefulness and that the resulting model is an adequate fit to the observed relationships among
the factors that influenced pre-service teachers’ perceived usefulness of an ICT course. 相似文献

IntroductionReference intervals (RIs) for younger population may not apply to the elderly population. The aim of this study was to establish gender- and age-specific RIs for serum liver function tests among the elderly population and to compare with younger population RIs currently used in China and other countries.Materials and methodsThis was a retrospective study, and subjects (≥ 18 year-old) were recruited from the laboratory information system (LIS) at the First Hospital of Jilin University between April 2020 and April 2021. The following parameters were collected: aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total bilirubin (TBIL), and direct bilirubin (DBIL). The Tukey method was used to eliminate outliers. Reference intervals were established by the nonparametric method.ResultsA total of 23,597 healthy individuals were enrolled in the study. From all parameters AST, ALT, TP and ALB required no gender partition, while ALT, GGT, TP, ALB and DBIL required different partitions for age. Activities and concentrations of ALT, ALB, and TP showed a downward trend in the elderly aged 60-89. In contrast, DBIL showed a gradual upward trend.ConclusionThe RIs for liver function tests among healthy elderly population were different from those among young population in China. There were apparent gender and age differences in the RIs of liver function for elderly and significant differences compared with national standards and RIs in other countries. Therefore, it is necessary to establish gender- and age-specific RIs for serum liver function tests among the elderly population. 相似文献

As a Web 2.0 technology, blogs are gaining attention as useful knowledge sharing platforms for knowledge management in a collaborative work environment. This study investigates the relationship between trust and bloggers’ knowledge sharing practices. Based on an analysis of results from the 485 survey respondents, the research found that there is the positive relationship between bloggers’ trust and their knowledge sharing practices. This study explores trust in multiple dimensions including economy-based trust, trust in bloggers, and trust in the Internet and trust in blog providers. 本文将小生境思想融入到免疫算法中,提出了一种小生境免疫算法。该算法对抗原识别后的抗体种群用小生境技术进行重构,将搜索空间划分为各自独立的小生境,并在各小生境内独立搜索,增强了抗体的多样性;引入小生境共享机制,用共享度控制抗体的促进和抑制,适当抑制高亲和度抗体的繁殖,克服了精英种群的冗余。将提出的小生境免疫算法(NDC_IA)应用于阵列天线方向图零点生成技术中,得到了较好的优化效果。 相似文献
