网络教育之利弊剖析

网络已渗入我们生活的各方面。利用网络发展教育，将现有的学校资源延伸至校园之外，在不过多扩大教育投入的情况下，使更多的人能方便地接受最好的老师教育，这是网络教育发展的目标。但是，网络教育与传统教育模式比较，还存在一些问题，如何扬长避短是致力于网络教育事业的人所必须考虑的。本文就建设网络课程中的体会对网络教育进行剖析及探讨。

Gifted Adolescents' Perceptions of Their Roles in Nation-Building

Young people in Singapore have been urged to take an active interest in politics and nation-building. A survey was carried out on a sample of gifted adolescents to find out their perceptions of the expectations from self, parents, classmates, school and society in nation-building. The results show that the gifted adolescents wanted and were quite sure that their parents, school and socity expect them to excel in academic studies and eventually to have a comfortable professional practice. They showed reluctance in taking on a political career but showed interest in social issues, national and international affairs.

在开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动中，一项重要内容就是联系高校实际，开展为共产党员先进性具体要求大讨论，明确努力方向。本文以自己的学习体会参与讨论。     

Who drops out from primary schools in China? Evidence from minority-concentrated rural areas

One of the Millennium Development Goals is to ensure universal access to primary education by 2015. However, primary school dropout remains a challenge in many developing countries. While official statistics in China report aggregated primary school dropout of only 0.2 %, almost no independent, survey-based studies have sought to verify these dropout rates in rural areas. The primary objective of our study is to document the dropout rate in primary schools in rural China and compare the dropout rate of ethnic minorities and Han students. Using a first-hand dataset of 14,761 primary students in northwest China, we demonstrate that the annual dropout rate in poor rural areas is 2.5 %, suggesting a cumulative dropout of 8.2 %. Importantly, Hui and Salar minority students drop out at rates that are significantly higher than the official rates. Most noteworthy, 23 % of Hui girls and 22 % of Salar girls are dropping out by the end of grade 6. Our findings call for more attention to China’s primary school dropout issue—especially in minority areas. Policymakers should begin to examine new ways to increase the chances for minority students to succeed in the educational system.     

水稻新质源两用核雄性不育系CIS_(28-10)的研究——关于穗部性状及开花习性的研究

试验以水稻新质源两用核雄性不育系CIS_(28-10)的糯性和粘性株系及R_5为材料,通过在自然条件下的观察鉴定,对其穗部性状及开花习性进行了研究。研究结果表明,CIS_(28-10)的穗部性状的组合比较合理,开花习性良好,花时比较集中,单个颖花的开颖持续时间比较长,柱头外露率比较高。这些性状有利于CIS_(28-10)在生产上得到广泛应用。     

小学生综合作业的设计研究与实践

综合作业以综合为主要特征,在教师有目的、有计划的设计指导之下,从学生的兴趣和社会需要出发,融合各学科的特点,侧重知识的整体性和系统性,对作业内容、作业形式、作业时间实行变革,使学生自己建构知识,形成良好的知识结构。综合作业的类型有:研究性作业、活动性作业、操作性作业。综合作业的评价实行:无劣评价,纵向衡量,寓作业于快乐,在快乐中求发展。     

珠江三角洲农田黄毛鼠种群动态分析

根据1987～1990年和1992～1993年虎门镇农田调查的数据为依据．全面系统地研究和分析了黄毛鼠种群动态的基本特征，包括性比、年龄组成、繁殖强度等．同时，研究了种群季节迁移和季节变化．研究表明．黄毛鼠种群每年有两个繁殖高峰期和一个数量高峰期．     

谈谈实施集体决策的心理学方法问题

对于我国各种社会组织的决策活动来说,集体决策可以说是一种具有保证决策活动的民主化和科学化,从而提高决策质量的重大意义,因而应该大力加以提倡和推行的决策方式。本文就社会组织实施集体决策的“决策会议”的三个阶段(即提出决策问题、组织决策问题协商讨论和达成决策方案一致意见)中应该注意加以运用的各种心理学方法问题进行探析。     

DMD系统的环形光栅的设计和制作

本文讨论了基于数字微镜系统（DMD）的环形光栅的设计和制作方法。利用DMD系统，我们可以制作出低成本、半径可调的环形光栅，为使其集成到微光机电系统提供了一种可能。通过实验，我们获得了最大外半径为42．7μm的环形光栅。
