基于VPN的网上仿真实验平台的研究与实践

从建设网上仿真实验平台的需求分析入手,简述了平台开发的目标和功能需求,进而对实现网上仿真平台的两种方案进行了对比分析,并给出了平台建设的步骤与应用情况,最后文章对平台未来的发展方向进行了展望。     

开局良好继续深入——再论大力宣传共和国老一辈教育家

中国高等教育学会与兰州大学、北京大学、延安大学于2005年12月,共同举办了老教育家江隆基诞辰100周年纪念活动,拉开了宣传共和国老一辈教育家活动的序幕。此后,2006年1月,中国高等教育学会与清华大学联合举办了老教育家《蒋南翔传》的首发式,教育部部长周济出席并讲话。5月,本刊刊载了南京大学纪念老教育家匡亚明诞辰100周年的纪念文章。12月,中国高等教育学会举办了由中国教育电视台播放的《共和国老一辈教育家风采》专题系列片(共18集)首映座谈会,教育部副部长袁贵仁出席并讲话。上述一系列活动,取得了良好的宣传效果。一年来,宣传共和国…     

抗病毒蛋白Mx抗病毒机制研究进展

Mx蛋白是由干扰素诱导表达或病毒感染时动物机体产生的一种抗病毒蛋白.Mx蛋白属于GTP酶动态蛋白家族成员之一,具有广谱的抗病毒作用,并广泛存在于动物体内.简要介绍了Mx蛋白的发现和结构以及表达调控,并对不同家族病毒的抗病毒机制进行了综述.     

从单中心大型超声心动图数据分析近十年中国心脏疾病患病率的变化趋势

There is a paucity of data regarding trends in the incidence of heart disease in China during recent years. Using a large echocardiography database in our center, we analyzed trends in the prevalence of several common heart diseases from Dec. 2003. This study retrospectively analyzed the echocardiographic database in our Department from 2003 to 2012. A total of 385 682 cases were included in the study. The prevalence of rheumatic heart disease decreased over the 10-year period, from 4.04% in 2003 to 3.06% in 2012 (P<0.01). Infective endocarditis also decreased, from a mean prevalence of 0.37% in July 2003 to 0.27% in Dec. 2008 (P<0.001). The prevalence of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which includes 20% apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and 20% hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, was about 1.8%. The prevalence of the three most common adult congenital heart diseases (CHDs) decreased by about 10% from July 2003 to Dec. 2008 (all P<0.001). The prevalence of moderate pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) or left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) decreased during the 10-year period (P<0.001), but there was no change in the prevalence of severe PAH or LVSD (P>0.05). The present study indirectly demonstrates that the prevalence of several common heart diseases in China has declined in recent years.

准确把握和应用边际效用递减规律

20世纪70年代以来,经济学帝国主义兴起并不断扩张,经济学中的一些概念、规律自然也要被借用,如边际效用递减规律.多视角、全方位分析问题有助于认清问题的本质,提供新的思路,但拓展不能滥用,必须准确把握和应用边际效用递减规律.规律指向的对象需要拓展,规律成立有严格的条件限制,并且规律表明的是最终的趋势.     

Web应用漏洞扫描检测系统

Web应用系统已在生活中得到广泛应用,针对这些系统的黑客攻击也十分严重。黑客大多是利用已知漏洞进行攻击,因此如果修补系统存在的已知漏洞,即可防御大多数攻击。采用分布式架构与多线程技术设计并实现了一个Web应用漏洞扫描系统,将主动扫描与被动检测相结合,并通过相应插件对Web系统进行扫描,从而快速识别出owasp10常见漏洞。用户部署该系统后,可以定期对Web应用进行检测,以识别Web应用中是否存在漏洞。通过及时发现漏洞并进行修补,可有效保障Web应用的安全性,将黑客攻击风险降到最低。     

Iris recognition：a biometric method after refractive surgery

Iris recognition,as a biometric method,outperforms others because of its high accuracy. Iris is the visible internal organ of human,so it is stable and very difficult to be altered. But if an eye surgery must be made to some individuals,it may be rejected by iris recognition system as imposters after the surgery,because the iris pattern was altered or damaged somewhat during surgery and cannot match the iris template stored before the surgery. In this paper,we originally discuss whether refractive surgery for vision correction(LASIK surgery) would influence the performance of iris recognition. And experiments are designed and tested on iris images captured especially for this research from patients before and after refractive surgery. Experiments showed that refractive surgery has little influence on iris recognition.

Preparation of Vitamin E Intermediate from an Inexpensive Substrate by Selective Oxidation of Pseudocumene in HCOOH–H_2O_2 System

In this paper, 2,3,5-trimethyl-1,4-benzoquinone(TMBQ) was synthesized through the direct oxidation of1,2,4-trimethylbenzene(pseudocumene, TMB) in the HCOOH–H_2O_2 system. The influence ofthree active species was studied, including performic acid(PFA) generated in formic acid, peracetic acid(PAA) generated in acetic acid, and trifluoroperacetic(TFPA) acid generated in trifluoroacetic acid. The effects ofsulfuric acid and sodium formate addition were investigated, the overoxidation ofTMB was discussed, and the main reason for the decreasing selectivity was revealed. The oxidation ofTMB can be controlled and improved through adjusting the reaction temperature, mole ratio ofoxidant to substrate, and reactant concentration. The TMBQ yield of28% was achieved with a TMB concentration of0.2 mol/L, H_2O_2/TMB mole ratio of6:1, and reaction temperature 37 °C. The selectivity of72% was obtained with a TMB concentration of0.2 mol/L, H_2O_2/TMB mole ratio of5:1, and reaction temperature of27 °C. The reaction mechanisms were proposed and discussed based on the gas chromatography–flame ionization detection(GC–FID) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometer(GC–MS) results.
