接近企业生产实际的工程训练体系研究与实践

现有工程训练课程往往以单机训练及工艺训练为主,各个训练科目独立运行无联系,与企业生产实际不符。借鉴CDIO工程教育模式,提出了接近企业生产实际的工程训练体系,研究探索一种适应现代卓越工程师培养的工程训练方法。     

基于B/S模式的高校招标采购管理信息系统建设

针对传统招标采购管理存在资金来源多、工作效率低、档案管理难等问题,根据高校招标采购工作的需求,基于B/S模式,开发出一套招标采购管理系统,规范工作流程,提高工作效率,调动工作积极性。同时,系统可以及时查询采购工作的状态,统计采购信息,为领导决策和群众监督提供方便快捷的信息服务。     

On Fitting a Multivariate Two-Part Latent Growth Model

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of the number of targets specified on the quality of exploratory factor analysis solutions with a complex underlying structure and incomplete substantive measurement theory. Three Monte Carlo studies were performed based on the ratio of the number of observed variables to the number of underlying factors. Within each study, communality, sample size, and the number of targets were manipulated. Outcomes included a measure of congruence and a measure of variability with regard to the rotated pattern matrix. The magnitude of the main effect for the influence of the number of targets on congruence and variability ranged from moderate to large. The magnitude of the interaction between the number of targets and level of communality ranged from small to moderate with regard to congruence and variability. Consistent with theoretical expectations, the minimum number of targets to specify to be reasonably assured of obtaining an accurate solution varied across study conditions.     

An Evaluation of Latent Growth Models for Propensity Score Matched Groups

Because random assignment is not possible in observational studies, estimates of treatment effects might be biased due to selection on observable and unobservable variables. To strengthen causal inference in longitudinal observational studies of multiple treatments, we present 4 latent growth models for propensity score matched groups, and evaluate their performance with a Monte Carlo simulation study. We found that the 4 models performed similarly with respect to model fit, bias of parameter estimates, Type I error, and power to test the treatment effect. To demonstrate a multigroup latent growth model with dummy treatment indicators, we estimated the effect of students changing schools during elementary school years on their reading and mathematics achievement, using data from the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study Kindergarten Cohort.

天南星提取物的抗炎作用及机制研究

目的：观察天南星提取物的抗炎作用并分析其机制。方法：采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球诱发小鼠肉芽肿增生及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加等三种模型,观察天南星提取物对不同炎症模型的抗炎作用。结果：天南星块茎醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物,天南星果实石油醚提取物均能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀度（P〈0.01）;能减轻小鼠棉球肉芽肿（P〈0．01）;且能明显降低小鼠毛细血管通透性（P〈0．01,P〈0.05）。结论：天南星上述提取物具有明显的抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能与降低血管通透性有关。本实验为其开发利用提供了科学的依据。     

运用项目管理方法提高高职院校项目化教学效果

高职院校在实施项目化教学过程中存在着项目管理和学习协作的问题,影响教学效果,使得项目化教学有名无实。通过引入项目管理方法,构建项目管理的9大管理领域在教学实践项目中的应用模式,可以加强项目的管理和学生之间的协作学习,调动学习积极性,保证项目有效开展,进而提高项目整体教学质量。     

基于嵌入式系统移动物联网系统研究与实现

基于RFID技术的移动物联网应用已比较广泛,RFID技术最大缺陷是信息的单向传输。解决移动物体的信息双向传输,实现具有普遍意义的移动物联网需要解决三个层面的问题-感知层、网络层和应用层。选择嵌入式系统作为控制单元,通过在移动物体上控制单元建立WIFI热点解决网络层问题,应用层则通过将移动物体控制单元设置为wleb服务器实现。
