学习方式的变革:“思维导图”教学案例研究

"授人以鱼"已经远远不能适应新高考背景下的学习要求。"授人以渔"及"授人以何渔"成了教师迫在眉睫地需要研究的新课题。本文尝试用思维导图在学习方式中的运用案例分析其"渔"之效果。     

浅论英语愉快教学

英语作为一门国际化的交际用语,随着我国改革开放和经济的发展,越来越受到国人的重视。但学习外语是一个艰辛而枯燥的过程。教师应让学生们在玩中学,努力营造生动、活泼、有趣的课堂和课外学习氛围。愉快教学是让学生对英语感兴趣,愿意学习并学好英语的有效方法。     

论古希腊人“重男轻女”的性别取向

公元前6至前4世纪,古希腊人的性别取向非常明显:重男轻女,男尊女卑。女性是"间接公民",被排除在选举、司法和执政等公共权力领域之外。女性公民是不同于男性公民的"他者"。女性被书写为女妖魔和不同类型的雌性动物。女性意味着软弱、疾病和灾难。女性公民受到的教育相对较少。城邦通过早婚早育和性别比例控制女性,相对减少女性人数。     

美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校集群聘任模式剖析

为促进跨学科研究和教学的发展,威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校采用集群聘任构建校级跨学科合作网络:把教师聘任到集群,在相关院系为其安置行政归属,提供一定的资金支持。为保证集群教师的良好合作,学校创建集群专属网站,建立自上而下,自下而上的管理机制,实行诸如双管齐下,合二归一的评估方法等。     

福建省中学教师职业倦怠的现状分析

为了解福建省中学教师职业倦怠的现状,促进教师的专业成长,采用《中学教师职业倦怠问卷》对349名中学教师进行调查。结果显示:中学教师的职业倦怠不太严重,不同类型的教师在缺乏成就感上有显著差异,新手型教师和熟手型教师均显著高于专家型教师,缺乏成就感教师的职称、所教学科、学科类别的主效应均显著,去个性化的所教学科主效应显著,情绪耗竭的性别与教龄、性别与职称的交互效应显著。     

火焰原子吸收分光光谱法测定燕麦片中铁、锰、铜、锌含量

采用HNO3-HClO4(4+1)湿法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定燕麦片中铁、锰、铜、锌的含量。测得铁、锰、铜、锌的回收率分别在98%～100%、99%～101%9、8%～99%9、6%～101%之间。平均回收率为96%～101%,RSD为0.3%～0.9%,表明该方法准确可靠。     

高职教育若干问题的市场化描述

高职教育具有显著的产业属性,可以通过市场话语对高职教育的重大问题进行描述。高职教育教育属性认知的起点应是产业链,从产业链中确定职业岗位及其所蕴含的知识(技术)特征;培养目标可遵循高附加值的逻辑,以培养具有较高市场价值的人才为根本目的;发展模式应采取精英教育的路径,从而摆脱当前普遍的平庸化。     

《进出口贸易实务》中-英双语课程教学的探索——以福建农林大学农林经济管理专业为例

针对农林经济管理专业的特点,在借鉴国内外中一英双语教学研究经验的基础上,探索《进出口贸易实务》中一英双语课程教学的必要性与可行性,并提出适合农林经济管理专业《进出口贸易实务》中一英双语教学改革对策与建议。     

Asynchronous quantized control of Markovian switching Lur’e systems with event-triggered strategy

This work is devoted to investigating the asynchronous quantized control of discrete-time Markovian switching Lur’e systems with an event-triggered mechanism. To model the asynchronous controller and the quantization effects, the hidden Markov model is employed. For reducing the burden of communication bandwidth, an event-triggered mechanism is adopted. By choosing the proper stochastic Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions are derived. Finally, a practical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.     

Resilient strategy design for cyber-physical system under active eavesdropping attack

We consider a remote state estimation process under an active eavesdropper for cyber-physical system. A smart sensor transmits its local state estimates to a remote estimator over an unreliable network, which is eavesdropped by an adversary. The intelligent adversary can work in passive eavesdropping mode and active jamming mode. An active jamming mode enables the adversary to interfere the data transmission from sensor to estimator, and meanwhile improve the data reception of itself. To protect the transmission data from being wiretapped, the sensor with two antennas injects noise to the eavesdropping link with different power levels. Aiming at minimizing the estimation error covariance and power cost of themselves while maximizing the estimation error covariance of their opponents, a two-player nonzero-sum game is constructed for sensor and active eavesdropper. For an open-loop case, the mixed Nash equilibrium is obtained by solving an one-stage nonzero-sum game. For a long term consideration, a Markov stochastic game is introduced and a Nash Q-learning method is given to find the Nash equilibrium strategies for two players. Numerical results are provided to show the effectiveness of our theoretical conclusions.
