推进新农村建设的每一项战略部署和具体措施都离不开农业信息化的有效支撑。本文首先探析了农业信息化促进新农村建设的机理,随后从农业信息化系统展开分析农业信息化存在的问题,最后提出加快推进农业信息化建设的对策建议。

近几年来国外信息检索模型研究进展

信息检索模型是信息检索的核心.近几年来国外对于布尔模型的研究主要表现在对布尔模型的改进及对扩展布尔模型的进一步优化.对向量空间模型的研究,主要集中在对向量空间模型的扩展研究及对向量空间模型的应用方面.概率模型的发展主要集中在继续对概率模型进一步的研究,其与其它信息检索模型的结合,以及语言模型的研究和发展.近年来对于新兴的基于本体的信息检索模型的研究,主要集中在对基于本体的信息检索模型理论的研究,与其它检索模型的融合,以及基于本体检索模型的应用.国外信息检索模型研究的最新成果,为国内此方面的研究提供了前沿性的参考信息.     

Financial Feeling: An Investigation of Emotion and Communication in the Workplace

There is growing interest in the role of emotion when considering communication in the workplace. This work has most often considered workers in front-line service positions in investigations of emotional labor, and human service workers in investigations of empathy and emotional work. In this study, we consider processes of both emotional labor and emotional work in the financial planning profession. Financial planners occupy a role requiring ongoing relationships with clients, conversations about the often emotional topic of money, and a need to manage emotion in a variety of interaction contexts. Thus, from extant theory and literature regarding emotion and communication, we proposed research questions regarding the roles of emotional labor and emotional work in the financial planning profession. These questions were investigated in a web-based survey study of almost 300 professional financial planners and supporting interviews with 14 financial planners. Results indicate support for existing theory on emotional work, extensions to current research regarding emotional labor, and important implications for the role of emotion and communication in a range of professional service roles.     

Communicating Knowing Through Communities of Practice: Exploring Internal Communicative Processes and Differences Among CoPs

Knowing is an enacted, communicated process that is difficult to observe, let alone manage, in organizations. Communities of practice (CoPs) offer a productive solution for improving knowledge and knowledge management, but the communicative processes that enact CoPs have not been explored, leaving CoPs as an organizational black box. This research extends CoP theory as a means to determine the presence of a CoP and distinguish between various CoPs, and as a practical means to evaluate the communicative processes of organizational knowledge. CoPs enact the communicative nature of knowing through the elements of mutual engagement, negotiation of a joint enterprise, and shared repertoire. Specifically, two groups of volunteers are examined through a combination of participation, observation, and interviews in order to explore CoP theory as a dynamic system for examining and evaluating organizational knowledge.

从知识管理的角度将协同电子商务组织定义为由多个主体构成的、主体之间以资源交换为目的、以资源信息为交互主题的多主体知识交互系统,提出一个多层次的知识交互组织模型——RAI模型,并给出模型的代数集合形式定义。

读者荐书服务日益成为图书馆采访工作的重点。通过对港台地区大学图书馆先进荐书模式的透彻分析和对INNOPAC书目管理系统工作流程的详细测试,清华大学图书馆总结出完整全面的读者荐书工作模式,并于2008年5月份正式向读者提供新流程的荐书服务。     

导入PDCA循环对高校图书馆义务馆员进行管理

PDCA循环法将管理流程划分为计划、执行、检查、总结处理4个阶段,义务馆员管理工作同样可以导入PDCA循环法进行管理。基于海南医学院图书馆的现状,招募义务馆员参与到图书馆工作中是缓解因人员不足给图书馆带来压力的有效方法之一。该馆运用PDCA循环法对义务馆员进行招募、培训、指导工作的实践以及管理的具体运作取得了一定的成绩,值得借鉴。     

图书馆联盟知识资源建设对知识转移与共享的影响

图书馆联盟是为了实现资源共享、利益互惠而组织起来的,受共同认可的协议和合同制约的图书馆联合体。它在数字化知识资源建设方面的具体内容包括协调采购、联合编目、合作开发数据库、建设网上联合知识导航系统、进行图书馆联盟之间的知识交流。可以通过强调知识资源共建共享的观念、加强图书馆联盟机制创新与制度创新、加强图书馆联盟文化建设与技术支持等方式更好地建设图书馆联盟知识资源,提高知识转移与共享的效果。     

应重视中专图书馆工作研究

A relatively fast development has already taken place in the academic research of the Chinese special or technical secondary school libraries,but there were only 10 research papers published on the subject before 1980.with an annual averrage of less than one.During a period of ten years from 1981-1990,however,the number of papers had gone up from 10 to 127.Still,there were problems to solve,such as,the dispersedness of content of the papers and the periodicals that had published them,and furthermore,key periodicals had not been taken shape.The author suggests that the ralated publications should start a special column called the "Special or Technical Secondary School Libraries"or established oneself special key periodicals so as to promote the academic exchanges.illus.1 tab.4
