建设一支高素质的实验队伍是我国高校面临的迫切任务

要建设一流的实验室必须有一流的实验队伍,如何建设和提高实验队伍的水平足大家比较关心的热点问题.在对高校实验队伍现状分析的基础上,从创新制度、提高素质、科学激励、优化管理等方面,提出建设高素质实验队伍的对策和思考.

本文根据中国社会科学院语言研究所方言研究室资料室《汉语方言词语调查条目表》归纳整理出了石陂方言与中古音系的对应关系表。方言与中古音的对应条例是确定方言词语用字的基本依据,也是比较词源异同的基础工作。     

知识传播中的知识安全模型及其技术策略

随着知识共享范围的扩大和共享程度的提高,知识安全逐渐上升为组织保持竞争优势的核心问题。知识传播作为知识链的关键环节,对安全的需求尤为突出。从知识需求者和知识提供者互动的角度出发,以信任为中心讨论知识传播过程中的安全问题;结合传统信息安全的访问控制技术、信任评价机制、隐私保护数据挖掘技术构建组织知识传播安全模型,并简要阐述相关技术实现策略,以期对组织知识管理实践有所裨益。     

定向越野的运动伤害与预防

定向越野运动因场地复杂、路线多变而具有一定的运动伤害风险。定向越野的运动伤害主要表现在软组织和关节的损伤、骨折、皮肤伤害和昆虫叮咬引起的感染,应根据其项目特点进行全面预防。预防的主要手段包括运动前的热身、补液、防晒和合理衣着等,运动中主要注意针对不同地形路况的不同跑跳方法和保护,树林中奔跑的自我保护,运动中的补液等。运动后的预防则应加强放松运动、营养和休息,并防止感染。通过对定向越野运动中运动伤害的预防,将有利于提高定向越野的训练效果和比赛成绩,从而推动该项运动的普及和发展。     

Diversity in the Information Seeking Behaviour of the Virtual Scholar: Institutional Comparisons

The logs of four universities using the OhioLINK journal system were evaluated for a period of fifteen months using deep log analysis methods in order to compare and contrast the information seeking behaviour of their users. Large differences were found, especially between the research and teaching universities. Methodological problems associated with making the comparisons are discussed in some detail especially in terms of defining online sessions.     

天津市微小企业主的知识素质开发

微小企业主在管理活动中的职能具有极大的综合性,其必须具备一定的基础文化知识,还要懂得生产操作,善于设计和开发,而且要具备多方面的管理能力。对天津市微小企业主知识素质现状的调查表明,企业主的基础文化程度普遍偏低,管理知识匮乏,大部人没有参加过相关培训。鉴于此,建议:引导企业主树立正确的自我定位,激发其企业家精神;引导企业主形成注重自身知识素质的意识;积极组织开展对微小企业主的教育与培训。     

执著的探索——中国政治体制改革的发展进程

改革开放30年来,作为中国整体改革的关键环节,政治体制改革一直是一个备受国内外、党内外高度关注的敏感话题.在讨论中国政治体制改革时出现了各种各样的意见,有一种较为流行的观点,认为改革开放以来,中国的经济、社会变化巨大,但政治体制却没有实质性变化,政府采取的是"先经济,后政治",甚至是"经济体制迈大步,政治体制不迈步"的策略.     

Determination of peak cardiorespiratory fitness parameters in children: which averaging method should we use?

The purpose of this study was to identify which averaging methods most accurately measures peak cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) parameters [peak O₂ uptake (VO₂), peak O₂pulse and peak respiratory exchange ratio (RER)] in a sample of healthy children and adolescents. In this cross-sectional multicenter study, we recruited 278 healthy children aged 12–17 years. We compared the mean peak value of three CRF parameters using the recommended averaging methods (30-second block average) with alternative averaging methods such as moving averages or shorter smoothing periods. We also assessed averaging methods for accuracy by individually reviewing breath-by-breath scatter plots. The 30-second block average method resulted in a lower mean peak VO₂ and in an increased proportion of underestimated peak values. Using a 30-second moving average significantly increased mean peak values which increased accuracy. Similar results were found for peak RER and peak O₂pulse. In conclusion, the currently recommended averaging method (30-second block average) increased the risk of misinterpretation of peak CRF values in children. Using a moving average approach decreased misinterpretation and increased accuracy.     

Learning design and learning analytics in mobile and ubiquitous learning: A systematic review

Mobile and Ubiquitous Learning (m/u-learning) are finding an increasing adoption in education. They are often distinguished by hybrid learning environments that encompass elements of formal and informal learning, in activities that happen in distributed settings (indoors and outdoors), across physical and virtual spaces. Despite their purported benefits, these environments imply additional complexity in the design, monitoring and evaluation of learning activities. The research literature on learning design (LD) and learning analytics (LA) has started to deal with these issues. This paper presents a systematic literature review of LD and LA, in m/u-learning. Apart from providing an overview of the current research in the field, this review elicits elements of common ground between both communities, as shown by the similar learning contexts and complementary research contributions, and based on the research gaps, proposes to: address m/u-learning beyond higher education settings, reinforce the connection between physical and virtual learning spaces, and more systematically align LD and LA processes.     

转化融通在合作研究中生成——四论教育理论与教育实践的关系

教育理论与实践的关系,是教育研究中一个根本性的方法论问题,也是教育学学科建设与发展的深层问题.从一般到特殊再到具体三个层面,展现了教育研究中理论与实践的关系及其如何实现转化融通.首先,在哲学层面上,通过对影响我国教育学界较深的西方哲学史上的代表人物及其观点的再认识和选择性判断,澄清理论与实践的要义、相互关系及其发展演变.其次,进入对理论与实践关系在教育研究中的特殊性再认识,提出"教育是什么"的底线式认识、教育复杂事理研究的特殊性,以及教育理论研究者与实践工作者自身发展变化对推进教育理论与实践发展的重要性.最后,以总主持并持续亲历二十余年的"新基础教育"研究为例,阐明教育理论与实践如何在合作研究中实现转化融通、交互生成,概括理论与实践"魂体相融"的关系表现及其达成.
