新时期大学生廉洁观生成机制探析

大学生是高校开展反腐倡廉教育的重要对象,如何准确理解和把握大学生廉洁教育的切入点,引导大学生树立正确的廉洁观,这是大学生廉洁教育的重点和难点,也是广大教育工作者面临的新课题.为确保大学生廉洁教育取得实效,高校应不断探索和完善大学生廉洁观教育工作机制,切实提高大学生廉洁教育的实效.     

Microfluidics based on ZnO/nanocrystalline diamond surface acoustic wave devices

Surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices with 64 μm wavelength were fabricated on a zinc oxide (ZnO) film deposited on top of an ultra-smooth nanocrystalline diamond (UNCD) layer. The smooth surface of the UNCD film allowed the growth of the ZnO film with excellent c-axis orientation and low surface roughness, suitable for SAW fabrication, and could restrain the wave from significantly dissipating into the substrate. The frequency response of the fabricated devices was characterized and a Rayleigh mode was observed at ∼65.4 MHz. This mode was utilised to demonstrate that the ZnO/UNCD SAW device can be successfully used for microfluidic applications. Streaming, pumping, and jetting using microdroplets of 0.5 and 20 μl were achieved and characterized under different powers applied to the SAW device, focusing more on the jetting behaviors induced by the ZnO SAW.

转型期我国退役运动员就业形势与对策的分析与研究

退役运动员的就业安置工作,关系到中国体育体制改革的深化,关系到竞技体育事业的健康、可持续发展,也关系到社会的和谐稳定。从退役运动员目前的就业途径、就业现状以及影响就业困难因素进行阐述,并提出对策,希望为解决退役运动员就业难的问题提供依据。     

Boosting financial literacy: benefits from learning study

This paper reports on a study that employed a theory-based approach in the form of a learning study to enhance a domain-specific generic capability, financial literacy, of Grade 12 students to empower them to make informed and independent financial decisions. Financial literacy is seen in this study as a function of student understanding of a limited set of interrelated economic concepts that can be used as tools to assess financial situations and make sound financial decisions. Twelve teachers participated in the study. Six worked together in a learning study group and drew on a particular theory of learning in planning and carrying out lessons designed to serve the learning aims, whereas the other six worked collaboratively in a lesson study group. To evaluate the effectiveness of the two learning conditions created by the two groups, 193 students answered questions on complex, everyday financial situations in four tests: a pretest, a posttest following the research lessons, and delayed posttests 6 weeks and 6 months after instruction. The results showed that students in the learning study group outperformed their counterparts in the lesson study group in all three post-lesson tests, and that the inter-group performance gap was maintained or widened over time.

教学文化的平衡转型就是在个体的认识上,教学文化模式通过冲突、变迁或建构向另一种教学文化模式转换以求达到一种平衡状态,而且这种平衡不是绝对静止的,是动态生成的.其重要性主要体现在有助于教学理论的不断丰富和发展;有助于正确认识教学文化的内容,把握教学文化的发展方向;有利于新课改的顺利实施;有利于教师的专业化发展.根据发展的观点,实现传统与现代教学文化的平衡转型要在尊重传统教学文化的基础上,实现教学文化创造性和渐进性的转型.

美国"基于认知发展的数学教育"项目简介及其启示

美国“基于认知发展的数学教育”是当前国际数学教育领域颇具影响力的著名促进项目。该项目以帮助教师建构有关儿童数学认知发展的概念体系为切入点，通过教育实践与合作研究并重的方式促进教师专业发展。这对我们改革现行的教师专业发展模式有不少有益启示，如以关于儿童认知发展的知识为基础建构教师专业发展的知识体系，组建合作探究式的学习共同体，采取多种途径促使教师的实践知识与经验向教育能力转化等。     

英国中小学男生学业成绩相对落后问题透析

针对义务教育男生学业成绩相对落后于女生的现象,英国教育界积极应对,既从男生自身和学校教育等方面分析根源,更努力探寻破解之道——从政府的数据监测、资助专项研究,到学校在校园风气导向、教学组织调整、教学策略选择和男生个人辅导等方面的具体措施,使学校教育中性别维度的差异得到了更大范围和更深层次的关注,男生学业成绩有了较为明显的提升。我国应引以为鉴,对性别等维度的学业差异实施监测,给予相对落后者及时、有效的援助,以逐渐走向更加全面、更为充分的教育公平。     

天水市地膜番茄高产高效施肥配比研究

采用三因子二次通用旋转组合设计,对天水市蔬菜主产区地膜番茄高产高效施肥配方比例进行了研究。结果表明:在甘肃东南天水生态和地膜大田栽培条件下,N、P和N、P、K不同配施,对番茄产量和效益有显著影响,其经济最佳N、P、K施肥量分别为N 177.0Kg/hm2、P2O5 166.5kg/hm2和K2O 184.5kg/hm2,此时其单产可达113163.0 kg/hm2,施肥纯收益可达77597.13元/hm2,施肥成本为1616.97元/hm2,投产比为14∶8.99.
