新媒体时代电视新闻的创新与发展

在网络技术发展迅猛的背景下,新闻传播方式发生很大变革,新媒体迎来了发展的机遇期。与此同时,传统新闻媒体受到了很大的冲击,面临着严峻的挑战。要想获得可持续发展,必须与时俱进,借助新技术和新优势,不断在内容和形式上进行创新,实现新的发展。本文主要分析了传统电视新闻发展中存在的问题,结合新媒体时代电视新闻的发展趋势分析其创新路径。

引言美国当前的基础教育标准化运动始于1989年国家数学教师委员会编撰的著作《学校数学课程与评价标准》。在此之前,80年代中期已经出现了几项颇有影响的著述为基础教育标准化运动奏响了序曲。这些出版物包括:《国家在危急之中》,《我们需要的学校》,《文化脱盲》,《美国精神的闭锁》。所有这些著述都从不同的角度反映了这样一个问题:美国学校教育没有能够成功地实施学术性教育,其主要原因是缺乏统一的严格的核心课程。

利用对高校教师隐性知识转移的调查,分析了高校教师隐性知识转移的现状、影响因素及对绩效的影响.分析表明,个人接触是最好的隐性知识转移方式,而对人际关系忠诚、情感距离及团队的目标、氛围、领导风格是影响团队成员隐性知识共享的重要因素;在隐性知识共享对绩效的影响方面,普遍认为,隐性知识共享能够增加团队成员科研成果的数量、质量,节约科研时间、成本,同时也有利于团队成员获得更多的发展机会.
