Tandem array of nanoelectronic readers embedded coplanar to a fluidic nanochannel for correlated single biopolymer analysis

We have developed a two-step electron-beam lithography process to fabricate a tandem array of three pairs of tip-like gold nanoelectronic detectors with electrode gap size as small as 9 nm, embedded in a coplanar fashion to 60 nm deep, 100 nm wide, and up to 150 μm long nanochannels coupled to a world-micro-nanofluidic interface for easy sample introduction. Experimental tests with a sealed device using DNA-protein complexes demonstrate the coplanarity of the nanoelectrodes to the nanochannel surface. Further, this device could improve transverse current detection by correlated time-of-flight measurements of translocating samples, and serve as an autocalibrated velocimeter and nanoscale tandem Coulter counters for single molecule analysis of heterogeneous samples.     

突出自主学习的药剂学课堂教学模式探索

药剂学是一门理论与实践结合的应用学科,提高药剂学课堂教学效果对于夯实学生专业基础以及拓展学生实践能力具有重要意义。笔者探索在药剂学课堂教学过程中主张强化自主学习能力培养,取得了较好的效果。     

四川盆地1961—2010年大气干能见度变化趋势及其影响因素

利用四川盆地50年（1961—2010）来122个气象台站观测资料,分析盆地年均干能见度时空分布特征和年际变化趋势.研究结果表明,1）四川盆地干能见度多年均值为18.8km,并存在与气候、人口分布、工业和城镇发展紧密相关的4个低值中心（约11km左右）.2）盆地中约71%的站点（87个）的干能见度呈下降趋势,其气候倾向率在-4.5～-0.07km/10a之间;约29%的站点（35个）的干能见度呈上升趋势,其气候倾向率约在0.08～3.3km/10a之间,干能见度增加的区域主要分布于盆地的北部边缘.3）盆地干能见度存在明显季节变化,夏季最好,冬季最差.4）干能见度下降趋势主要与风速下降、气温变暖、能源消耗和人口增加带来的人为排放的增加有密切关系.     

对上海市部分健身中心发展现状的调查与分析

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法以及现场交谈等方法,对上海市部分健身中心的发展现状进行调查分析,得到一些现实的结论,并提出若干建议,为以后的研究提供一定的参考.     

信息管理:透过"网格"看未来

介绍了网格计算及其研究与应用情况，重点分析了信息网格的研究问题，并以此为基础展望了基于网格的信息管理的未来。     

篮球教学与个性发展

运用文献资料法和教学实践，探讨篮球教学在满足现代大学生的合群和人际交往的需求，完善个性特征，促进社会角色获得，自我意识的形成和规范道德行为方式，以及强化价值观念和竞争合作意识等方面的作用。     

呼伦贝尔学院教师心理压力调查分析

本文通过对呼伦贝尔学院教师进行问卷调查，得出呼伦贝尔学院教师因工作任务重而产生了不同程度的心理压力，建议减轻教师的工作量，不断改进教育管理方式，逐步提高教师的工资待遇，以缓解教师的心理压力，促进高校教师的身心健康。     

红外光电子学研究

红外光电子学是在红外光电技术推动下不断发展的学科,其发展与半导体物理学、凝聚态物理学、微电子学以及光学等的关系越来越密切。中国科学院长期将红外光电子学作为重要发展领域予以支持,在任务带学科的模式下取得了一系列重要成果。文中还对该学科的进一步发展提出了一些想法。     

关于苍术植物的学名问题

This paper is the documentation of specimens and literature reffered to Atracty- lodes lancea (Thunb.) DC. etc. As a result, it is found that, in taxonomy of the genus Atractylodes, what represcents by four long-established names, i. e. Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC., A. ovata (Thunb.) DC., A. chinensis (Bunge) Koidz. and A. lyrata Sieb. et Zucc., in fact, is the one and same species.  According to the law of priority in nomenclature, the first name should be given to Chinese drug “Cangzhu”, while theother three names have to be treated as its synonyms.     

毛鳞菊属（菊科）一新异名

在比较研究标本室标本，包括模式标本以及野外考察的基础上，确认Chaetoseris hispida Shih 与Ch. cyanea (D. Don) Shih为同种植物，并把前者作为后者的异名处理。
