论图书馆自动备份系统的建构

自动备份系统的构建有利于数据备份管理，快速恢复系统和数据，保证业务高可用性运行。结合中国人民大学图书馆重要数据备份和恢复实际需求，探讨自动备份系统在图书馆中的实现。     

中国科学院文献情报系统实施体制改革组建"中国科学院国家科学图书馆"

在中国科学院组织实施“三期知识创新工程”建设的总体框架下，中国科学院党组决定在文献情报系统实施体制机制改革，整合院级文献情报机构，组建中国科学院国家科学图书馆。     

基于“任务驱动+项目导向”的嵌入式系统设计课程教学研究与实践

分析了自动化类等相关专业嵌入式系统设计课程教学中存在的问题,进而对该课程的教学方法、教学手段、考核方式进行了改革和实践。在该课程的教学中引入慕课等线上资源,充分利用微信教学立方等现代教学手段进行课堂互动,并通过"任务驱动+项目导向"的教学模式督促学生自主完成学习任务。

Adaptive finite-time control for stochastic nonlinear systems subject to unknown covariance noise

This paper is devoted to the adaptive finite-time control for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems driven by the noise of covariance. The traditional growth conditions assumed on the drift and diffusion terms are removed through a technical lemma, and the negative effect generated by unknown covariance noise is compensated by combining adaptive control technique with backstepping recursive design. Then, without imposing any growth assumptions, a smooth adaptive state-feedback controller is skillfully designed and analyzed with the help of the adding a power integrator method and stochastic backstepping technique. Distinctive from the global stability in probability or asymptotic stability in probability obtained in related work, the proposed design algorithm can guarantee the solution of the closed-loop system to be finite-time stable in probability. Finally, a stochastic simple pendulum system is skillfully constructed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.     

一次局部雹灾的天气学成因及多普勒雷达回波特征分析

利用Micaps常规资料、自动站资料探讨了2008年4月7日14时左右在泰顺地区发生的雹灾过程的天气学原因。认为：高层冷空气的侵入,中低层的增温回暖导致了大气层结不稳定,700hPa的西南急流以及风速在浙南闽北的辐合为雹灾的发生提供了充足的水汽条件;地面上泰顺附近的辐合线以及700hPa上干线的存在,为雹灾的发生提供了一定的动力条件;自动站资料对于强对流天气的预测预警有很好的帮助作用。同时还对此期间的多普勒雷达产品进行了分析,发现三体散射特征（TBSS）对于冰雹的出现有很好的指示作用,中气旋的生消与产生冰雹的对流风暴的生消基本一致,垂直积分液态含水量（VIL）值的突增对于冰雹天气有一定的识别能力,而以上多普勒雷达产品的综合比较分析可以有效的对冰雹过程做出预测预警。     

中国汽车再制造产业发展模式分析

再制造是汽车工业发展循环经济、走可持续发展道路的一个重要技术途径.目前我国汽车零部件再制造试点工作已经展开,产业发展模式的选择是一个值得探讨的问题.本文系统分析了制约我国再制造产业发展的政策性、技术性以及意识性等因素,论证了不同投入主体的投入动机、投入目标以及投入效果,根据产业发展的不同阶段所需资源投入侧重点的不同,提出了政府激励模式、技术推动模式和市场引导模式三种产业发展模式,以期对中国汽车再制造产业的发展有所启示.     

Convergent genomic signatures of high-altitude adaptation among domestic mammals

Abundant and diverse domestic mammals living on the Tibetan Plateau provide useful materials for investigating adaptive evolution and genetic convergence. Here, we used 327 genomes from horses, sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and dogs living at both high and low altitudes, including 73 genomes generated for this study, to disentangle the genetic mechanisms underlying local adaptation of domestic mammals. Although molecular convergence is comparatively rare at the DNA sequence level, we found convergent signature of positive selection at the gene level, particularly the EPAS1 gene in these Tibetan domestic mammals. We also reported a potential function in response to hypoxia for the gene C10orf67, which underwent positive selection in three of the domestic mammals. Our data provide an insight into adaptive evolution of high-altitude domestic mammals, and should facilitate the search for additional novel genes involved in the hypoxia response pathway.

欧美医学图书馆资源建设的发展及其对我国的启示

本文通过追踪研究欧洲及美国大学医学图书馆科技文献的资源建设10年来的发展,以资对我国医学图书馆的建设有所借鉴,并结合我国大学医学图书馆的建设发展和应用实际,提出和探讨了对我国医学图书馆资源建设和发展的参考性建议。
