开拓进取 思想先行——从党的思想政治建设的发展历程看当前加强思想政治工作的重要性

思想政治工作是党的优良传统，在党的形成，建立和发展的过程中，思想政治工作都发挥了十分重要的作用，在当前的形势下，更需要我们党总结思想政治工作的历史经验，提高对思想政治工作重要性的认识，搞好当前的思想政治建设。     

新乡市人民公园景观分析与评价

以新乡市人民公园景观照片为样本,应用风景质量评价法中的心理物理学派的SD法对公园的景观资源进行量化评价;并借助SPSS17.0分析软件,运用因子分析法对量化数据进行分析,得出了人民公园景观视觉效果的评价结构.研究结果表明：公园美感突出,景观资源丰富,植被覆盖率和自然化程度高,但空间层次感差,色彩变化度单一.研究结果对新乡市人民公园今后的改造与建设有一定的借鉴意义.     

试论建立国家义务教育质量监测体系的价值

教育质量是教育的生命线,教育质量,特别是义务教育质量的保障是国家的责任。当前国家义务教育质量监测正成为我国国家层面议事日程的一部分,教育部《2003-2007年教育振兴行动计划》明确提出要深化基础教育课程改革,建立国家和省两级新课程的跟踪、监测、评估、反馈机制,加强对基础教育质量的监测,逐渐受到重视并付诸实践。为扩展国家义务教育质量监测的知识基础,本期推出华东师范大学教授崔允漷博士及其团队成员在国家义务教育质量监测的价值和实施模型方面的研究成果,同时也期望能有更多的人参与这一主题的讨论,为国家义务教育质量监测贡献自己的智慧。     

心理教育与道德教育关系研究综述

心理教育与道德教育关系研究是近年来我国教育界关注的一个重要问题。本文从五个方面，即关于心理教育在全面发展教育中的定位，心理教育与道德教育之问的相互关系、区别与联系、相互作用、有机结合。对近年来国内有关两者关系的研究成果和基本观点作了简要介绍，并提出了自己的一些思考。     

大鼠左心室流出道电生理特性的观察

目的为了观察大鼠左心室流出道组织是否具有自动节律性.方法利用细胞内微电极记录技术,观察了18例大鼠左心室流出道组织的电生理特征.结果16例(88.89%)出现了自律性电活动,并且可在局部组织记录到典型的慢反应动作电位.结论大鼠左心室流出道组织具有自律性.其生理功能有待进一步研究.     

Forming shared inquiry structures to support knowledge building in a grade 5 community

This study explores the reflective processes by which a grade 5 science community co-constructed shared inquiry structures to focus and guide its inquiry about human body systems over a school year supported by a collaborative online environment. The co-constructed structures included a list of collective wondering areas as the shared focus of inquiry and models of the inquiry process in the form of “research cycle.” Qualitative analyses of field notes, classroom videos, student notebooks and interviews elaborate the evolution of the inquiry areas and the “research cycle” model as well as students’ adaptive use of the structures to guide deeper inquiry. Content analyses of students’ individual research questions and collaborative online discourse indicate that students used the structures to develop more advanced inquiry and make productive contributions. The results contribute to elaborating a reflective structuration approach to co-organizing and sustaining long-term, open-ended inquiry in knowledge building communities.     

人格现代化与学校心理教育理念

人格教育是学校心理教育的主线和核心内容，人格现代化是学校心理教育的最高目标。本从探讨人格现代化的基本内涵入手，介绍了国外重视和加强青少年现代化人格教育的基本状况，提出了加强和改进我国学校心理教育的基本理念。     

Simple model for gas holdup and liquid velocity of annular photocatalytic external-loop airlift reactor under both bubble and developing slug flow

Based on the momentum conservation approach, a theoretical model was developed to predict the superficial liquid velocity, and a correlation equation was established to calculate the gas holdup of an annular external- loop airlift reactor(AELAR)in the bubble flow and developing slug flow pattern. Experiments were performed by using tap-water and silicone oil with the viscosity of 2.0 mm²/s(2cs-SiO)and 5.0 mm²/s(5cs-SiO)as liquid phases. The effects of liquid viscosity and flow pattern on the AELAR performance were investigated. The predictions of the proposed model were in good agreement with the experimental results of the AELAR. In addition, the comparison of the experimental results shows that the proposed model has good accuracy and could be used to predict the gas holdup and liquid velocity of an AELAR operating in bubble and developing flow pattern.     

圆-圆形槽波导结的研究

运用模式匹配法，分析了圆-圆形槽波导结的散射特性．在圆-圆形槽波导结上匹配电场和磁场的边界条件，然后在边界方程两边同乘以圆波导和圆形槽波导的模式方程，得到了散射矩阵方程，结的散射系数可由此方程得出．然后分析了圆形槽波导中放置圆形膜片的散射特性．最后讨论了数值计算结果的收敛性；当选择恰当的模式组时，得到了收敛的数值结果，同时给出了膜片散射系数的频率响应结果．     

家庭对女性高等教育投资动力、成本与启示分析?

本文旨在揭示家庭用于女性教育投资的动力、成本、风险和回报。通过发放调查问卷,收集并统计家庭投资子女教育的直接成本、间接成本以及大学毕业生和高中毕业生的基本收入情况,估算出家庭用于女性高等教育投资的总费用,以及家庭用于高等教育投资的回收期,从而揭示家庭投资于女性的教育风险,进而从政府、高校、用人单位及女性家庭自身等四个方面为家庭投资女性教育提供具体对策。
